Hi Angela,

This review is for shoppers drug mart Overlea blvd manger (Angel). Yesterday, I came around 10: 15pm in your store to get some help in your beauty department. The lady in the beauty counter she showed me alot of attitude.when I have asked her help she said it in the following section you did not see like I am blind. Then she clipped her nails in-front of me. I would say that’s the disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life. I had never received such a bad customer's service. Someone has to give her training how to act in front of the customer because customers is your revenue.

Never been so insulted by a person how's job it is to help. I'd give you a zero.but 1 star is the lowest I can go. Unwilling to to your job as a pharmacist is against your oath.but what does it mean to have a oath if your word isn't anything.your the worst type of person. Unwilling.

The supervisor name: Shagufta is so rude that she does not care about customer. Please check before spending their as you will not get customer service. Also I was spending $30 yet the behavior didn't change. If there was option for 0 star then I would give that for sure. Not recommended store.

Staff here are not trained properly on the AODA Accessibility for Ontarins with Disabilities Act law. Even manager has no idea. Wow this is disgusting AODA has been around since 2005 we are supposed to be fully accessible by 2025 and when this type of behavior is tolerated. Wow just wow.

Never ever have I had this kind of bad experience, I went today at approximately 10 am on Sep 6 and I was greeted with the worst attitude ever by the cashier. She was wearing a hijab and she looks South Asian, today she was working at the Cashier facing inside the mall not from the outside. She was really rude and dismissed me and my questions regarding the PRESTO card I had. She was rolling her eyes and Scrunching her brows at me and dismissing everything I say making me look so stupid.

If I could, I would give this place a mark below zero. On a number of occasions the pharmacist has shown himself to be condescending as if the job is beneath him. Never again! 3 years later. 9: 05 and supposedly it should have opened at 9. They have us waiting like dogs outside

I bough sonic care products, and day after went to return them. The assistant manager Aslannnnn was very unpleasant and annoying, he accused me the product was open, I never opened it, I tray to explain to him but he just ignored me and went back. What kind of manager and staff they have I never ever will go to this location, I always do my grocery from that location but no more. If I was from they’re back ground with out any problems they will take my product, even do I did not open it, big accusations from that guy!

Probably one of the worst run pharmacies in the entire city. They regularly run out of basic medicines and make ppl wait weeks for a refill that should be available automatically. Getting prescriptions filled for my elderly family member is excruciating and painful. Shame on Mehdi Samiee the pharmacy owner. …. Still waiting on hold for over 45 mins on the phone to request a basic refill. Pharmacy is Poorly staffed & operated. Shame! Zero stars ️ Avoid at all costs trust me

Hi dear my name is Farida desai my son fahad desai ODSP fil about desposibal diper every month I take it Today and of the month I’m coming to get but your stuff didn’t know how to du it special I’m complain about pharmacy name is ALIYA she show rude with me I told her 5 for a day 30 days 150 Total plus hand gloves 2 for a day Total 60 Eazy to count but she says not Total amount I told her count like this but she don’t know I just hambal Rqwest to Tech all staf to how to du it (only one parsons know how to du it, not good) jast thing one parsons know those going to vacation then hu du it please just tech to everyone how to du please and thank you

The most appallingly terrible pharmacy I’ve ever visited. Even trying to call them is a horrible experience.

Horrible service, lied to twice by Staff on if a product was on sale, told just a "cashier" i guess customer service doesn't exists apparently not a manager on shift. I mean how does the door get locked at night, a person in charge not on site?

I mean serious issues here at this location.over twenty minutes of awaiting and zero care, to even speak in another language for the matter was completely ignorance at is best!

Very awful experince. I called up at 11 pm. The guy named ALI picked up phone and banged it after saying Hello once. I called up again and complained he started lying. He was rude and iresponsible. It's very unfortunate to have such person posted on such emergency service. Regrets

It is good place to buy most of products I need. They have a good service. Especially it is every where in Toronto. Usually I like to buy from shoppers because I can use my points card and I can charge my presto card in the same time
