I dislike going here simply because of the horrible employees. In particular the young Indian gentleman that likes to make underhanded comments to customers. He likes to call you "Bro" and "Boss". Sir, I am neither your "Bro" or "Boss". He is not the only one who does not conduct himself in a professional manner but it was this incident a few days ago that made me drive out of my way to no longer patronise this location any longer.

When I wanted to return something that was marked down incorrectly on the shelves, the older Hispanic woman huffed like she did t want to be bothered with doing the return.

I'm sorry, but it seems that customer service here does not exist and being new to the area and with so many other choices, you have lost my business. It also seems to be a pattern with other complaints about customer service from others. I would suggest a closer look at the employees and perhaps a shake up to protect this Shoppers from being the worst in the area and a steady decline in sales.

The pharmacy staff is not considerate about their patients. They are never on time for prescription pick up and they are very rude on the phone. I called to ask about a medical concern as directed by my doctors office and the response I got was “you have to come in, ok bye”. If you can go to a different pharmacy, I suggest you do.

This is absolutely the worst shoppers drug mart I have ever encountered. 40 years with shoppers at multiple locations in multiple cities and never have I encountered such poor service, waiting 90+ minutes to get through on the phone, rude employees, no follow up, multiple requests to contact doctors, unbelievable. Do yourself a favour and find a shoppers that is NOT owned by the same franchisee. If no stars was an option that would be the most appropriate review.

We were in this location earlier on this morning and were assisted by a very courteous and mannerly young man Heeman. He was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and a credit to the store. He should receive recognition and we'd rate him as creating 100% customer satisfaction

The pharmacy takes upwards of an hour to answer their phone. I wasted 58 minutes of my life stuck in the loop of the "ringing" and then the "one moment please" and then the music and then the ringing and then the "one moment please". 58 minutes and they still didn't answer, I had to go directly to the store and they didn't even apologize, blamed that they were busy. Should be able to answer your phone quickly and say "can you call back. "

It is very pointless trying to call the pharmacy at this location! I have called for 3 days and waited on the phone for 30-40mins each time with no one answering my call! I understand that they are busy but It seems they need to hire extra help!

Nothing special, just a normal shoppers Drugmart, but they have frozen food (too expensive) if u need something last minute. They close at 10 pm, though

Every time i go to the 831 Big Bay Point shoppers the shelves are never stocked and i always end up having to go somewhere else for what I need. I went in last week to grab something and they were out of stock, i came in again this week and they were still not stocked. This is the only shoppers i have this problem at. Not trying to complain just making it known.do better please:)

No service at pharmacy. Trying to renew prescription. Doctor faxed them refill. I was told fax not received. My doctor had a confirmation that fax was received. And only after confronting staff that they looked for the fax and they received it but doctor forgot to sign it. They lied to me and prevented me from getting medication putting me in an emergency situation. Why treat your customers like this?

Omg fix the problems with the phones! Been the same for months. Re directed and in hold over n over then hung up on. Busy busy signals calls dropped. Have serious medication issues i need delt with only to end up neeeding to drive to speak with pharmacy. Not good.
Ive been shopping at this location almost from day one. Gee its been quite some time
I switched my meds from the young street location.
Young had its ups and downs but ive been so happy with this location!
The pharmacist altho have changed over the years have allways been fantastic! They take their time even when very busy to come around the corner to help with medications on the shelf and dont rush you. They are very professional, curtious, friendly and understanding.
The cash for the main front of this store are mostly very friendly and professional as well.
Sure a new emoyie may not know everything but us as customers understand good help is hard to find and have appreciation for new young employies.
What i like is the small town feeling where most employies know customers by first name. I get a conversation about life in general when i stop in to this location.
All around 5 star. Everything gets 5 stars. Clean, organized, professional staff and vety caring pharmacists.
Good for you shoppers.
Id love to see a employee of the month go up monthly and a ballot box.
Give back to these dedicated staff members. Remember while others sat on their butts duri g covid, shoppers employies were there for us and stuck there. They could of sat at home but no! They were part of a much needed work force and just like nurses gave us all their time! Keep it up you are all fantastic.

If I could leave a zero I would. Wait on hold for 10-20 mins before anyone answers the phone. Wait in line sometimes up to 20 minutes. Wait 24-48 hours to have my prescription refilled. I phoned to switch my prescriptions to another pharmacy around the corner. Within 30 mins they had my file transferred and my refil ready. And they called me personally to tell me it was ready.

The Pharmacy actually is incompetent. Sometimes people complain and its unwarranted, but in this case I have to say with confidence, they are not very well organized

I recommend going elsewhere. Anywhere else. There is a pharmacy at the other end of Prince William that I think we will give a try. Its small, likely will be more interested in customer service.

This shoppers is right near my house so I usually come her to grab quick things or makeup. All of the cashiers are usually very nice but there is a woman who recently started working there. She wears glasses, and lots of makeup, and has followed me around the store each time I’ve been there. I hope that she sees this and realize how rude and inappropriate it is to be doing this. I am a teenager, but have been going there since it opened and would never take anything, nor have I ever made myself seem suspicious. On this occasion, I spoke up and kindly asked her to stop following me, which she replied no and commented to her coworkers that my friends and I were “running away” as we were walking to another isle because we felt uncomfortable about it.

This place is a joke, if you need the pharmacist to prescribe antibiotics they cant. They can only prescribe you Tylenol which you can already buy over the counter.

Just shopped at the 831 Big Bay Point Road location. The cashier had zero customer service skills and looked and acted miserable. Very surprised this is adequate to have a job in customer service. Not even a smile or a Good Morning!

Stopped by the Canada post inside this location the other day to send something off as well as pick something up. This is my second time visiting this location and the gentlemen that works there was so incredibly nice and friendly! Almost every post office, Canada post, UPS experience I ever had has been terrible. It’s usually a middle aged women that is working at these places, that always make you feel like such an inconvenience. If you don’t know exactly how to send something off, or the price you almost always receive some sort of attitude from them. Isn’t that their job to inform us.and that’s why we aren’t always sure? Anyways, that’s besides the point. It was just very refreshing not experiencing that type of service for once. Very helpful!
