Passport photo - the staff doesn't even know the requirements for the photo and signed the back himself; even though I told them that it was supposed to be signed by the guarantor, the staff said it was fine. They don't even pay attention to the glare. Go elsewhere if you need a photo for a gov't document.

I had a disappointing experience purchasing perfume. The supervisor demonstrated a lack of knowledge and expertise, making it challenging to address my concerns. If you're looking for a more satisfying shopping experience, I would recommend exploring alternatives, as this one fell short of expectations

The staff are very friendly The service at the pharmacy is 5 star they are very accommodating and exceptionally knowledgeable There is no waiting and for some one to say the owner was in her office and on the phone ignoring clients that's false There is always more than one person behind the counter Great store and I would not go anywhere else

Ms Shokooh and Ms Yasmin are very helpful and friendly. We got the fantastic service with warm welcoming from them. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family. They deserve 5 star. Thanks again

Took passport photographs 2 weeks ago. Got the passport. I needed one extra photo for visa application. Went back with the digital usb formate and asked they couldn’t do it. Bc they have gotten computer viruses from a usb they have issued, makes no sense but I chose to move on. Fine, I shallow the pill and re take. Go to visa appointment next day, it was not dated on the photos, at my own expense I re took photos at a different organization. I went back to shoppers with everything and receipt; explained the situation. Bc I didn’t get a photo rejection letter from visa ppl they couldn’t refund store credit or partial refund either. At all cost for passport photo avoid shoppers!

Don’t come here if you’re a teenager.the workers here always think my friends and I are shop lifting so they watch us with every move that we make you can feel their stares piercing through you.i had this one worker with blonde highlights in her hair and she pulled aside all of her coworkers to point and make fun of my outfit or whatever but i could tell that they were laughing at me.i’m 14 years old, why am i being bullied by the shoppers employees who are 10x my age? Ridiculous & pathetic and by reading the horrible reviews left by several other customers this shoppers doesn’t seem to care about their customers at all

What’s wrong with pulling out grey hair? Assistants treat me like I’m a person gone crazy, saying it’s gonna freak out other customers. Well, thanks for being so considerate, I guess “other customers” will appreciate it. Pulling out grey hair isn’t the same thing as making up? It’s all for beauty. Your store may remove those mirrors so people will stop looking at themselves.

Where are all your red bulls? Is it a case of the employees being too lazy to restock them or is there nationwide shortage of red bull. Please restock them, I can’t take it anymore.

Extremely unprofessional security guard who walks around and stares at customers like they are all thieves. He really knows how to make it an uncomfortable place for people to shop at.

Please teach your stuff if they spend time for someone they are getting paid fir that, is not their business if i want to return anything within a month.

This location needs new management and new staff asap. Shoppers is by far my fave place to go and shop and I hate that this is my home location. The staff are unfriendly, unhelpful and judgemental! I literally shop there everyday and not once did someone acknowledge me I have only been followed. The pharmacy team is great but everyone else has made me feel very unwelcome in this store.

The new location of Shoppers Drugmart under Empress Walk and beside Loblaws is quite convenient. It is a lot better than the old location further south of Yonge Street. They store is a lot more bigger and the facilities are cleaner, organized and better. The customer service is very professional as well each time I go there and the workers are always working hard there. If you ever need products even on Holidays, this store is always open. They carry basic needs, foods, medicines etc if you cannot go to big box stores

This branch is always so on top of expiry dates. Sheppard location doesn't take care of expiry dates as much, and staff are quite rude too compared to Empress branch. The empress location is cleaner too. Keep it up!

I called this store to ask about stock on a product advertised on their website. When their customer service representative answered the phone she immediately spoke over me without letting me even ask what I was looking for. There was no professional greeting, the employee didn’t identify themselves, no stock check was performed, and I didn’t even get to ask what I was looking for. Management of this store really needs to utilize training in the area of customer service, especially during the holiday season.

Have called for the past 3 days to book vaccine appointment, left on hold for more than 40 minutes each time. And when i went to the store and confronted the pharmacy, i was treated with a heavy lack of care and told that i needed to book online. Thursday October 7th 7: 00pm, the worker behind the pharmacy counter clearly does not care about doing their job.

I went to this branch for the second time since was very close to my home, wanted to get some perfumes and had no idea which one is better, Miok in cosmetics helped me the best and she wrapped the packages professionally and I really felt welcomed there

For those who are looking, they do have passport and visa photos at this location. The hours should be the same as the store hours since there is no separate department and the cashier did take the picture with a store provided DSLR camera and printed them right away.

Note that the print quality is not good and it's a bit pricy ($22.5 for 2) and there is no editing/enhancement. You get all of these with better quality for lower price (x4 photos) for less than $20 in a photo studio. The only plus side is that the availability and convenience (for which I'm happy with the service). But if you have time, try a photo studio.

Aside from that, store itself is very clean and the staff I interacted with were helpful and respectful.

The pharmacy department at this location has the rudest call receiption ever. Would never call or go to this pharmacy again.

Went to this store last night to buy foundation and instead got a lecture from the assistant about the evils of Capitalism and if I bought the foundation I was contributing to human trafficking and the destruction of the planet. But she sold makeup to an Iranian couple before me no problem. Seriously, where do shopper recruit their staff?

Been to this Shoppers location a couple times and I can't say enough. The ladies in the beauty boutique are lovely, so pleasant and helpful. I ended up getting exactly what I was looking for each time. Unlike other locations where they never have the item in stock or don't colour match me properly. This is the only location I will go to for Luxury beauty products. Keep up the good work!

I always have such a great shopping experience at this location. It is always clean, well stocked and the staff is very friendly.

Raphael is not welcoming, looking at you like you did something wrong. Whats the point of putting your name tag when you can't even help customers.

The pharmacy woman staff was very rude. Around Nov 07 2020 AM8: 20, she was very arrogant and rude to the guest. It's a disgusting place for me that I don't want to go again, and personality education will be needed regardless of the staff's ability.

I personally REALLY enjoyed Paul’s help. He is super knowledgeable about the products and super friendly. I would recommend everyone to go when Paul is working as he is one of the best beauty expert out of all the Shoppers I’ve been to.

The first time I came there, I was trying to find a lipstick. The girl was new but she was trying really hard and afford what counts. The second time I also was buying makeup. I came to the cashier to purchase my inexpensive makeup pallete and a lipstick and he sent me to the cosmetic section, which was all the way on the other side of the store: (and I had to come back to exit passed the cashier. This is such a sad start for a new store

This is one of the convenient place to shop with excellent service, you can easily find an employee if you're looking for one to check with anything in need. Most of them are very helpful and having that friendly attitude. They have recently moved to this location, to be fair I haven't experienced any shoppers doing this level of service recently where I have been through.

They have things on stock most all the time, which is hard to find. They have also specified the tags and boards very clear on each section to make it stand out, which actually helps to find things easily. Overall it's one of the best you can find in this location.

Great staff and location. Too bad the neighborhood is filled with entitled brats supported by their rich parents living overseas.

Been a long time customer for some time now. More than 15 years, I have to say most of the staff are very helpful and will do whatever they can to ensure the experience is good and above all others.

Rude lady stocking the pop in the fridge today at 3: 37 PM. Asked her a question about the pop and she was rude, unhelpful, and provided zero customer service. Went to line up and staff were horsing around, before noticing that I was in line waiting to check-out. Cashier was unhelpful as well, and not ready for me to scan my PC Optimum Card with a "I was not prepared for that. " Shoppers Drug Mart, retrain your staff at this location. Question - Is customer service not a priority for you?

Not the biggest location, but very friendly staff in the pharmacy that always help answer questions

It used to be my favourite location, The crew are always friendly but, I recently have an awful experience, The yonge boy Cashier, I think his name was Raphael not polite at all, I was looking for some travel package, and asking him to help me, but he persist that this shop is ran out of stock on this product, But I could find it between the shelves. It was really bad experience. I have been shopping from this location almost 2 years, it was not his first time I have received rudeness costumer service from him.

I came in here as a I had time to waste in the area. The clearance section was full of items with prices that were not marked for clearance, they were the prices you'd find on the shelves. It was very odd.

Over the last two years, Pharmacist Parisa has on numerous occasions filled my hard to stock prescription (all Canada shortage) calling all the Shoppers locations and/or expediting from manufacturer. Never expected such great friendly service from a big chain. Very thankful to Parisa and team there, they are consistently professional, polite and caring. A great experience every time! Thank you!

Update on April 5/19 - The consistency of great service received from the pharmacy area that I patron, is exceptional and requires another mention. The pharmaceutical team is caring, attentive and above all, most helpful. Results matter. Ran out of my prescription and refill, they offered to contact my doctor and were successful in getting a prescription, they filled it and shortly after was in my hands. Now that is service, an unexpected delight of convenience and care.

Thank you Shoppers pharmacy team, again and again you raise the bar of customer service excellence! You rock!

I absolutely love everyone here. Great service and crew and fantastic varitey. However careful when dealing with Purvi or try not to deal with her at all at the beauty counter. I bought a few make up items from Marcelle line and brought them back the very next day because none of the eye shadows sadly showed on my skin. She flat out lied in my face saying they take none of it back. When in fact I have personally seen her taking stuff back previously telling the patrons: "thats ok we'll say on the reason form you had an allergic reaction". So I emailed Marcelle the company and guess what they stand behind their products and said Shoppers has to take it back no questions asked. I absolutely did not want to deal with that horrendous lying discriminating woman so I brought the stuff back to Shoppers at Scarborugh Town Centre. They took it back! Refunded me! Just for fun I took one item to a random Shoppers and even she issued me a refund! To products purchased not even at this location. If you don't like your job hun, just quit!

Since we became customers of this pharmacy store some 8 years ago, we were always greeted by a friendly and polite staff. We want to use this opportunity to express our gratitude and special thanks to our favorite staff member Ms. Parisa who was always there for us whenever we needed any help or advice.
