I went to the pharmacy today to pick up two medications I was supposed to be taking because my pharmacist urged me not to wait to get them renewed until I saw my doctor next month because that would be too long to wait. I was also asked about my covid vaccine status by the pharmacist who performed my medical review and encouraged to receive my next bivalant shot today between 2-4 pm because they had 2 Pfizer shots available and my wife and I are immuno compromised. I went to get that shot today shortly after 2 pm and I was also encouraged to receive my flu shot as well and they told me to wait for the new shot in September. They didn't call me to inform me their system was down I can't say for sure but I could have come in contact with people who have the new variant while I was out. They told me how important it was to get the booster but they neglected to call me to let me know I couldn't get the shot today severely disappointed by the service and I hope their head pharmacist follows up with me.

Very frustrated and rude front end cashier. When I asked if another cashier was available she snapped at me and told me to pay cosmetic counter. Now she was real nice but couldn't get her cash register to work. I left without my purchase and will not go back.

Can’t get a refill until 2 days before my medication is due for refill (controlled substance) but it takes 3+ days to fill, get left on hold for 30 mins trying to inquire if it’s ready and now won’t deliver to me and my sick child because I don’t have cash. What a joke. Stick to mom and pop shops cause at least they care about their customers

UPDATE 2/6/2023 - today the pharmacy changed one of my prescriptions from 30 MG to 10 MG without authority from my doctor when I called to see what happened they deleted the script and when I called back for a 3rd time the associate SONYA decided to hang up on me. What a joke

UPDATE 3/3/2023 - I’ve made 3 requests to have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy and they’re ignoring the new pharmacy. How is this place still in practice?

Good in-store service and generally friendly/helpful staff, but do not waste your time trying to call the pharmacy. You will wait 15+ minutes on hold with no answer.

I went to the pharmacy to get my puffers that I absolutely needed tonight.the pharmacist said they are open until 10, when we went back at 9: 45 they were closed
