Being my local neighborhood shoppers, I’m here alot and have never had any issues. Weather it be the pharmacy or beauty department. Everyone is always nice and I always leave with happy results
It’s disappointing how poorly I was treated with an associate (in the beauty) & a supervisor. I was returning some items which were clearly on the receipt & they wouldn’t take “used” makeup which is so strange because that is clearly not the policy at others shoppers I’ve been too and nonetheless, the makeup products were in tact and in the packaging.
They don’t even have testers for most of the products and expect shoppers to clearly know what will work for them,
which is why I prefer shopping at Sephora. Not only can you try makeup & return it but also the employees are so accommodating and friendly.
I agreed with keeping some of the products that have been used but in general the customer should be able to return items within the 30 days! And this store location clearly doesn’t understand this common rule.
I did have a skin reaction to a product, and the lady didn’t acknowledge it at all, but instead was SO concerned about how I had used a small amount of makeup product on my hand and therefore it’s unsellable.
They should re do customer service training with their associates because there is no respect for customers at all. I felt discriminated against & would not recommend this location at all.
They need an outdoor bench for those without a vehicle that are waiting to be picked up or rely on public transit. Not everyone has a car, medical issues prevent some of us from driving.
Tragic pharmacy staff. They screwed up my prescription and then had the audacity to blame my family doctor for the mistake! One phone call to my doctors office set them straight, but this pharmacy is an actual joke. Do not fill your perceptions here!
