Shoppers Drug Mart

Racism at its max from the staff. Worst experience, not visiting again.
I had been to many other shoppers drug stores and i always loved the mode of interaction of staff.

The front door is always locked you have to use back door only.
There's never cashier's up front? And you can't get or do lotto tickets after 6: PM? People that work there don't want to help you find stuff?

Yesterday i had a prescription delivered and the person delivering the prescription started yelling at me that i did not answer my phone.i told him no one phoned me but he kept on yelling at me.i have a heart condition and i am a senior and i don't need people yelling at me at my door.i checked my phone.no one phoned me.i texted the pharmacy but got no response.i phoned them.the woman told me she would talk to her manager.but said that i should answer my phone.

The worker refused my raincheck, claiming that the issuer staff was mistaken. But it's not my fault and I wanted the sale items. I asked for the manager, who took too long to arrive because she planned to repeat everything the first worker said. They refused to accept my raincheck even after long arguments. It was a waste of transportation costs for me, plus so much time, for nothing! So from now on, I'll shop at WALMART and GIANT TIGER, where they're honest about raincheck!

The individuals working in the pharmacy will verbalise outloud in front of everyone your medical conditions when they are dispensing your medications. They need more than 15 minutes of training. The situation was pathetic. These people in white lab coats have no concept of customer/patient privacy. If you like to be treated like a rat by all means come to the pharmacy department at 600 Oullette Ave. Enjoy your post traumatic stress disorder

The pharmacist and the pharmacy team are entirely unprofessional. They don’t acknowledge their clients and even during their interaction, they make the client feel unwanted.

I was just greeting to staff at shoppers like i was just saying hi how r you where u from Thats just main first time introduction ryt but their pharmacy staff member did bad behaviour with me and use rude language even when i asked for help to pharmacy staff to fill vaccine form they didn’t helped me and they told me we can’t help you and you have to call someone. All these things they said to me in very aggressively. I will 100% submit the complaint against that staff at shopper pharmacy. They only deserve 0star rating.

Never thought I’d have to write this kind of review, but the customer service person here seems exceptionally bad. Stay away and shop anywhere else! Especially if you are a person of colour!
