Hats off to Teo at Shopper's Drug Mart! They're a rockstar. Super friendly, incredibly helpful, and knows the store like the back of their hand. Teo went above and beyond to assist me, making my shopping experience top-notch. A true gem in customer service. If you're at Shopper's, seek out Teo – you won't be disappointed. Kudos for making my visit awesome!

Okay shop but not consistent, they never have the same thing twice, lots of parking though

I had considered this my pharmacy so made my first flu shot appointment (I have in the past just done walk-ins). After another customer told me I needed to check-in, I notified the clerk that I had arrived and continued my wait in line. Apparently, there is a further check-in procedure that the clerk didn't tell me about. He said I left too quickly. Sometimes I have felt invisible in this pharmacy, so did not realize he needed more information. I didn't go far, certainly visible to him, but he didn't bother to tell me that the check-in procedure wasn't done. I felt confused and insulted by this snub. I'm a customer, not a staff member. Since I had entered a lot of information on line while making the appointment, I had no idea there was more to do in store. I don't know their procedures and I got no help. As a matter of fact, I was made to feel that everything was my fault.

Received a text that my prescriptions was ready but they filled the wrong amount and told me it would take an hour to re do when I got there. I then got a call from someone saying to come back tomorrow and then got another call saying it was actually ready and to come now very unorganized

It's one of the better shoppers I've been to. Clean, organized, and very helpful staff.

Today I was told to leave the store for no reason. I have never stolen anything before and I was not even given a reason for being "banned. " I had a friend with me who was also told to leave, however she asked to pay for the items she was carrying before she left. Of course, the employee said no. No matter how many times we asked, we were never told the reason. Prior to this day, we have never been told to leave the store or told that we were banned. IN addition to this the employees there are all mostly rude. I remember going in this store and the lady working there kept snapping at the kids asking her questions. (they were asking where an item was located) There was only one person there that was kind to me and she was around my age. This place needs better employees that treat people nicely and fairly.

I hate being forced into self checkout which is the case with most stores in this chain unfortunately.

Suddenly you can’t self checkout by myself anymore. Bags are kept behind the customer service desk and the self checkout employee has to interrupt the customer service employee to grab bags for every self checkout customer then punches in the bags herself and watches you ring everything in like you’re a criminal lol what a joke

Pharmacy is an absolute circus. Pro tip: when they tell you your prescription will be ready in 15 minutes, stay put. We caught them twice forgetting to fill our prescription, wasting over 30 mins of our time. At the end of failing to fill, only to find out they don't have the drug in stock.

Seems simple order of operations is missing from this place. Staff don't even talk to each other and lose papers all the time.

Shopped here for many years. Bought my prescriptions here as well. But when I had an encounter with a young new employee who had a bad attitude, the floor manager looked at me with a blank face, and when I emailed the owner pharmacist about the situation he didn’t even reply to me. Not even the courtesy of a thank you I received your letter.

Anyway long story short my three expensive prescriptions and my three times a week shopping will be done elsewhere.

Moved to Heritage Pharmacy just west on Danforth near Coxwell sooo good.
