It’s alright.you can never get on the phone right away, always have to call like 3 times.wait time for everything is like 15 min.

Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Has taken several days to get a prescription filled that was sent by my doctor on several occasions. Have had them tell me I will get a text when my prescription is ready then never received one at all or gotten it several days after I’ve already picked up the script. Also took several months of using the pharmacy for them to finally get my insurance cards set up correctly and I still always have to check they’re charging correctly as I’ve had them try to charge me hundreds of dollars incorrectly on a few occasions. Not really sure what the issue is here if there under staffed or if their computer system doesn’t work properly but it’s consistently problematic

Pharmacy service is terrible. They never answer the phone and it also takes too long to fill a prescription. I was asked to come back in 48 hrs.

I’ve had some challenging experiences at this pharmacy, but today was the last time. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Beachers, there are plenty of smaller, independent pharmacies in our neighbourhood where professionalism still means something. Let’s give them our patronage.

The pharmacy team here at SDM's 2000 Queen Street East at Bellefair location is just outstanding. I am very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and efficiency demonstrated at this pharmacy from day to day, and unreservedly recommend it to anyone looking for a new pharmacy.

If I could given a Zero I would! I was horrified today with shopping at the store today! I had never had experience this before and is abusing and scary. I’m local for over 30 years I know the staff very well never had any problems. Shopper’s Drug Mart (Beaches Location) decided to hire an undercover security guard. However he was not so NOT undercover. I’m a single white female with a disability and he was following to the point he was harassing me. WOW! Is this how Shoppers (Beaches Locations) behave Now? By harassing customers?

One of the WORST experiences I've had at this location in 5+years.

The Pharmacy rep provided NO solution, showed NO empathy and Poor Poor customer service.

I have seen and heard that this rep has had multiple issues with customers at this location.

Will be taking my buisness somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The worst pharmacy in Canada!

Expect to be on hold for ever or have your calls not get through.

If your call goes through and you talk to someone at the pharmacy they will tell you they are working on your prescription and it will be ready in 45 minutes to an hour.

When you arrive there 1.5 hours after calling and 4.5 hours after your prescription is sent they will tell you they are working on it. (What there definition of working on it means I have no idea). They will tell you again 30 minutes but prepare for 2 hours more)

You will leave go for a coffee and come back to a line up down the isle and wait another 30 minutes in line. Then they will tell you it almost ready. But really they make your wait again for another hour.

Don’t plan your day around this shopppers.
Expect to get your prescription the next day. They are the absolute worst place to go to!

If I could rate this store and pharmacy -100 stars I would. Absolutely horrific service and incredibly rude staff. Overall, it’s consistently the worst customer service and shopping experience you can witness. This is concerning considering they are in charge of helping people and dispensing medication. Bad, terrible, horrific, rude, unhelpful, disinterested, and lousy don’t even begin to describe this place. If you wish to punish yourself then you should shop here.

I got harassed and threatened by a homeless person smoking crack in this store. Staff refused to call authorities.

The cashiers here are some of the rudest I have ever encountered (coming from a cashier). I was told when I had purchased an SD card 3 hrs earlier that as long as i had the original packaging and the receipt I would be able to return it. When i came to return it I was given a hard time about not having all the packaging so I went home and got all of it. When I came back a second time I was told that it no longer mattered if I had the barcode or not they would not return it (I even had the receipt on my phone attached to me debit card to show I paid for it) When I asked why this was changing now the old woman who works there (a supervisor i believe) looked at me and siad "Why would you even buy this if it doesnt fit? " Ive never felt more belittled by a customer service worker in my LIFE, I just didnt know! Then she began to cash people out OVER ME! As i stood there waiting for someone to explain why all of a sudden the rules had changed. As i stood there and tried to figure out what was going on I was completely ignored. Its the first time ive ever called customer service to make a complaint about an interaction.

Absolutely Garbage customer service.

(also i took it to VP and danfoth shoppers drug mart and was in and out with my return in 15 minutes).

Its worth the extra travel time to go literally anywhere else.

We stopped using the pharmacy a long time ago due to long waits, rude staff and multiple Rx mix-ups. Their food goes off very quickly too. I stopped buying milk because i was fed up with it turning sour a day after I bought it. My husband bought a pack of ham last week (not expired) and it was actually grey on the bottom

The old woman that works cash is one of the rudest cashiers I’ve ever come across. On more than one occasion she has been rude to me, and the last time I was in I had to tell her to stop being racist to the man in front of me. This is totally unprofessional and shouldn’t be happening (on more than one occasion with me, and by reading other reviews it’s not just me who has had bad interactions with her).
The fact that SHOPPERS DRUG MART is ok with employing people like this is appalling and says a lot about the corporate side letting things like this slide.

Will not being going back, I gave too many chances.

Incompetent, un helpfull, rude, stupid.
I take a time sensitive medication. I received a text telling me it was ready, went to pick it up. It was the incorrect medication. It's a long weekend. Who knows when they can sort this out and get back to me. Was in the store for 45 minutes with a growing line behind me. On the medications that he could fill for me were overcharged. Would not give me the seniors prescription price.
Go anywhere else

Every time I go in here, I’m always followed like I’m gonna steal something. This never happens to me another shoppers. I enjoy looking at the perfumes, but I never can here because I feel uncomfortable.

Horrible. The worst shoppers. Constantly miss priced products. They like to remove the sale stickers early so you don't know what is still on sale. Burtal availability of products, never restocked. I'm also skeptical that they enforce their product limits. Always sold out so fast. It's like some variety stores are buying them out before other customers get a chance?
Finally there staff is generally surly and unhelpful like you're bothering them or something, including the manager. Stay away if you can.

The worst pharmacy. Slow, unfriendly, seemed confused by the concept of insurance coverage.

I legit have never experienced this level of incompetence/negligence in ANY health setting before. I would say that they have made mistakes/messed up 60% of my familys scripts. Not only that, but it genuinely does not seem to bother them and they blame the patient most of the time. Someone is going to die or be seriously injured bc of their lack of skill or caring; go to Hoopers down the street (we just transfered and they are lovely!). Also, manager has been supposed to call my twice due to medication filling errors, and has not bothered.

I had an important question about my medication and called the pharmacy. Machine told me to “wait a minute” and then kept me on hold until the line was disconnected. And tried again. Same thing. For hours. No one ever answers the phone here. This has been several times now. There are a lot of people back in there and customer service should be better than this. I don’t remember it being like this 5 years ago so it is in rapid decline.
Extremely disappointed.
Also, prescriptions are rarely ready when I go in to pick up; always end up waiting half an hour or so.
Smaller pharmacies are a better option.
This pharmacy is too busy and the care for customers is nonexistent.

Waited over 20 minutes for someone from the pharmacy to pick up their phone, and still no answer. Answer your phone!

Great location but they are ALWAYS out of stock of the basics. Slow to restock shelves. Staff are pretty nice though.
