Shoppers Drug Mart

Amazing staff today. BUT PLEASE have a better cart system. You have to go back inside the store and do the whole loop to put the cart back.today in the freezing rain with my 1 year old either waiting in the car (scary) or dragging her back inside again just to put the cart away.

I come to your store and shop, I buy your products and you send me next-door to a gas station when I need to use the restroom! Really a multi million dollar company like shoppers/Loblaws can’t provide a public restroom. You can bet I won’t shop here again.

I have had basically very good service here. Pharmacist, Tammy etc always very helpful. One young girl (not sure of name) could be a little more welcoming/smile maybe. Otherwise no complaints.

Booked a flu shot using web, went for appointment and pharmacist said he could not give my shot until he filled all the prescriptions and he would be leaving to go home before that happened so I would need to wait until the night pharmacist came in and then he would be too busy as well so I might as well go home. Why post you do shots, staff the pharmacy with a nurse for flu season.

Tammy from the pharmacy was amazing! I’m on a new medication and I have had trouble remembering to call in. Tammy was amazing at preparing a plan for her to do weekly packets for me. Now all I have to do is go in once a week and everything it all there! Thank you so much Tammy! I really appreciate it!

Shopping for cough syrup. 125 ml bottle regular price $12.99, but tag on edge indicated sale price of $9.99. At register came up $12.99. Asked the cashier about the difference and said that a mistake was made and the tag was inadvertantly left by mistake. However tag indicated sale price was effective till Sept 29. Called manager, Vicky who ripped the tag off the shelf and told me that they would not honor the sale price. She left me standing there. Extremely rude and quite indifferent. There are two other pharmacies in Bancroft and rest assured I will never go into that store again.

I was in Shoppers one day and there were cute hats, so I tried one on and forgot I had it on my head. I blame my age lol, however when I was attempting to pay for my items at the cashier, some guy a 30ish something goof, came quite aggressive at me and reminded me in a belligerent way and said "are you paying for that hat"? He embarrassed me, and I can guarantee if my husband was standing there he would of NOT spoken to me like that. Dude could of approach me in a different way, but that is why he works for Shoppers.

Worst service ever pharmacists is a tool no one helps you I don't shop at that store any more treat everyone like drug Attic terrible store staff sucks

Weird that the cosmetics are had enough staff to harass me the entire time I was in this store on Saturday but not enough staff in post office or pharmacy. Cashiers are miserable and rude. This whole establishment needs a redo on staffing and customer service. I doubt I’ll be buying anything here unless IDA doesn’t carry it. This kind of service doesn’t deserve so much as a cent from me.

Wish I had another option

Way too much stress dealing with these people, and by the time they di decide to answer the phone, I have a migraine from the music playing in the hold section

Very disappointed with the service, it looks like there’s a lack of communications between the stuff. Yesterday I received medication that I didn’t order and today when I tried to explain it the person was very unfriendly…
Had many problems in the past and think it’s time to look for a new place.
