The staff here has always been great. They help so much over the last few months. I have been having so many problems with two teeth that were recently filled. They were understanding, informative and caring! Keep it up!

Best Saturday and Sunday sales! Open till midnight and on the southern end of town where nothing is opened late.

I had a migraine today and needed my prescription filled. This is not my regular shoppers, so they didn’t have it on file. The lovely lady Jen told me to contact my pharmacy and have them send it over and she could fill it for me. She then spent about 45 minutes looking for the prescription then realizing that they were out of stock. She called and apologized and sent my prescription over to another pharmacy.
This was super helpful as I was in a lot of pain and she was able to help me out and give me options, all over the phone.

I went there to get money broken up and the guy I had there wouldn’t do it and told me they didn’t have enough change and I’ve went there before to get money broken up but for some reason this guy wouldn’t do it for me!

Would give 0 if I could, had a nurse practitioner call in a inhaler for me and they refused to give it to me told me to go to the walk in clinic… I had an on line appointment with the Ontario virtual clinic… but the pharmacist behind the counter made it seem like it was me that called in asking for it in front of other customers… the way the customer behind me was looking me… very stressful and anxiety filled experience. Made me feel like a junkie looking for a fix. Very unprofessional… not sure what the practitioner sent in but if it wasnt a prescription that was sent in props for the pharmacy knowing what I was there for. I wont ever set foot in another shoppers. Thank you for my anxiety attack trip!

I have been in this store several of times. There is never a cashier present. I feel like you are forced into using self check-out as there is never anyone at the counter. Then when you need help you are waiting for long periods. The only positive experience was when the lady at cosmetics checked me out (this lady was friendly and helpful)

I had a surgery on my toe, and went to get my pain killer prescription and antibiotics (I believe), from 1: 50pm we are still waiting, and not only once they were ready they then informed us they needed to see some ID.
Meanwhile I am in pain!
Worst place ever!

New to this pharmacy and Cooper in the pharmacy dept.is incredible! He went above and beyond to transfer my info and keeping up to date even helped me find a new doctor in the area. Awesome customer service from Cooper!

Shoppers Drug Mart is a well-run pharmacy with a wide range of products and services. However, on my recent visit, I was disappointed to find that they were out of cold and flu medicine. Despite this, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to find other items that I needed. Overall, I would recommend Shoppers Drug Mart, but be aware that they may not always have the specific item you're looking for in stock.

Staff are really great, store is stocked well and staff are pretty knowledgeable about the products and location. It was quite busy, wait times were pretty long
