Shoppers Drug Mart

Very disorganized store. So many times the prices on the shelves don’t match when you check out. Staff are not very helpful. My least favourite shoppers. Small and does not have many options

I rarely write reviews however this place has me so upset that I thought it a public courtesy to caution others. This is the worst Shoppers location I have ever been to. I am specifically speaking about the pharmacy. The staff rarely answer the phone. More importantly they rarely had my medication in stock even though it’s something I take daily and is necessary for my survival. I gave them a year to sort themselves out then transferred to the Rexall down the road which is 1000% superior. Super unfriendly female pharmacist. Always a long wait when picking up as the pharmacy techs often seem confused and are searching for things in the system or on the back shelves. Avoid this Shoppers pharmacy at all costs.

RIYA NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED!
Wish i could give zero reviews. I am a regular customer and have been dealing with a rude and disrespectful staff member for quite a while but never thought of leaving a review, but after the last incident. The staff members name is Riya, and she is very rude and disrespectful. She made a rude comment about someone who was with me and has autism. He is a regular customer here like myself, and they know he has autism especially this staff member, because it has happened in the past, and I had to inform her about it. I didn't make a review in the past because I thought she made an honest mistake, but after this incident, i can't help myself and have to leave a review and make a complaint.

Is this the type of staff that shoppers is hiring? Why would I come and continue to shop here after how we have been treated. Shopper drug mart needs to step up and have this staff member (Riya) terminated. I would say she should be trained professionally but not after treating someone with autism this way.

Worst shoppers. Can never find anything you need. No pet stuff. Staff doesn't wanna work and are unfriendly.

I always have a positive shopping experience at this location.

Never go to this shop I told the guy give the USB for charger the give me wrong items and they don’t give us refund

The store may be small, but the staff here are absolutely fantastic. Especially Monica, the cosmetic manager. She has helped me and mother out so much whenever we have come by to do some shopping. We come here every day, and we have a positive experience with the staff every single time. Support smaller Shoppers, as they have good stuff too! Excellent store.

I really like this pharmacy, although it is small the store staff are so welcoming and polite. They could use more help in the pharmacy, but the staff there do their best to meet your needs.
