Shoppers Drug Mart

I came to look for Sambucol medication at Shoppers Drugmart Lodestar Northyork, on sat at 5pm 12/30/2023 not sure the managers name but he told me that they have the medications but since its all wrap up on skid he does not have access to it until Monday (01/01/2024) Newyears day. I work at Pharmaceutical company and deals with thousands of customer and when the Pharmacy required to have the medication it doesnt matter how long will take we make sure the customer gets their product.
No Customer service with the Manager at the store and not helpful
Bad experience and will never want to come to this store.

I like how the staff are always willing to check the back for me if I don't see something on the shelf. They are pleasant and always friendly.

Always out of stock on everything! No toilet cleaner the last 3 times. Havent had sodastream refills the last 4 times I went. Post office often with on break sign. Always a let down. I avoid this place as much as possible.

Made my mum cry! My poor mum worked her night shift came by to smell some perfumes and the woman there looked her up and down and said 'are you buying? '

Cashier Manager Carol is amazing. She was very professional and detail oriented assisting me to purchase my gifts. Looking forward to my next visit.

Me and friends came here to look for something and we had people follow us around the store acting like we were going to steal, as a person of colour i feel targeted considering the fact that the woman who was following of us was also person of colour as a teenager who’s been profiled and targeted for being poc thsi behaviour is immature and unreasonable.shoppers do better in looking for employees.

This place is a joke. I’ve never seen so many empty shelves so often. Pricing on items is frequently inaccurate. The place seems entirely staffed by apathetic teenagers so that there is just a perpetual long line at the cash register. I am constantly disappointed by my experiences here. Just close the place and give this neighbourhood a proper grocery store.
Management should be ashamed.
