Had a wonderful experience. I was hesitant about taking my meds, but pharmacist (Maria) helped me understand how to take it and the impact process. Even gave me alternative options to supplement my condition. Coming back after a month to leave this review as I was skeptical, but it has significantly improved my lifestyle! Thank you!

Came to fill a prescription for my child. It was not a pleasant experience dealing with an angry pharmacist. From the very beginning of the conversation zero curtesy, consideration and empathy was demonstrated. At the end I got what I came there for, but wondering how many people that vulnerable and need their medication must have this experience. Funny she even asked me whether I wanted her to go over the instructions. Interestingly this is the first time a pharmacist asked me that, on all other occasions instructions were verbally detailed. I felt as though I inconveniently interrupted her day with my child’s prescription.

Very good experience, manager was very kind and had no troubles. Would recommend if in the area!

If you want to be reminde that you live in a drivethrough small city go to the shdrugmarts.so depressing.

WARNING! I would give this Shoppers Drug Mart Zero. They tried to give me vaccines that are to be kept refrigerated from the drawer.
My doctor refused to inject me with them because the vials of this vaccine Twinrex and Shinrex where warm. They refused to show me video of them taking the prescription out of the refrigerator. HORRIBLE THE OWNER OF THIS SHOPPERS DRUG REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK UNTIL I MENTIONED THAT MY LAWYER WOULD GET INVOLVED.

Very rude "customer service" from the pharmacist working today. Period.

Very rude new pharmacist.
Had to return to pharmacy for instructions on how to use puffers. (As the phone was not being answered)
Pharmacist thought it would be more helpful to explain all the ingredients in the puffer, rather than how to use it.
When I asked a question the pharmacist, very rudely said, “can I finish”.
Very unhelpful, condescending and misogynistic.
Never had these problems at this location before, new pharmacist working there is terrible.

Waited for 30 minutes in the pharmacy, there was three people working and only 3 people in line.by the time i got served they didn’t’t have my prescription… this is my FOURTH time coming in and every time i’ve come in they have said they’d fax my dr for a renewal and every time i’ve come back they still haven’t done it.ridiculous.horrible service.

I had 4 milk bags that have gone bad, and I went to get them exchanged because the expiry date had not passed, and the front lady working at cash named MARIA said that I was only able to get one exchanged. I tried to explain to her that if not 4, I would be fine getting 2 bags, and she would not listen, called the manager (white, wearing glasses, average height, short white hair) who was even more rude. She tried explaining the situation to the rude manager and said that she does not believe that 4 milk bags have gone bad right in front of my face. The manager told me that "I threw the old bag out and it looked like someone had left it in their car". I'm sorry but what dumb person leaves their milk bag in the car? I asked if I was able to get a refund if not 4 milk bags and even to that the manager said no. She was trying to say that I was lying. She was very racist and SUPER RUDE to me in front of customers and her employees. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. This was not my first racist experience at this place. This was the second time that a manager was rude to me based on my skin-tone. DO NOT GO HERE.

Visited the store this morning to purchase razor blades. The blades are locked up like Fort Knox. I understand, with thefts on the rise, ruins it for the good honest people of Orangeville. I asked a store employee how access the blades, she asked me to go over to the Cosmetic kiosk as they have the key. Walked over to the cosmetic counter and no one was working there. Went back to the original employee and she asked another employee to unlock the blades for me. I selected my blades and given no further instructions. Payment was a hassle as I tried to collect the PC points but was unsuccessful. I wish they would have Maria work everyday. She was great. Not impressed with the current staff. Looking at the reviews posted, this store has numerous problems and the manager doesn't seem to do anything about it. I will never shop at this store.

I have been going to this Shoppers, for mine and my families prescriptions, for the last 6 years. The newer male Pharmacist is horrible! So rude, and doesn’t let you talk, and talks down to you! I will now be taking my business, along with my families, to another pharmacy!

Try and get through to the pharmacy and speak to someone…!? Continually put on hold and left there. Terrible service!

Stuff in pharmacy is very unprofessional and rigid. Looks like they hate the job they do. It's not easy working with people, but at least put a fake smile on your face and be professional or let someone else do it better. My last visit there!

Says it's open till 12 but when we drove here to get medication at 10: 45, all the doors were locked. Notice on door says open till 9pm

There are some very racist staff working at this location. It is uncomfortable to simply walk around and browse without having them either follow you around or constantly watching you from a distance.
Especially this short, large white lady with glasses and light hair (couldn’t get her name, but this is the best I can do), who on multiple occasions I visited this shoppers, has followed me around for no reason.
Once I was shopping with my mom and she would conveniently come in the same aisle to “fix displays” or simply to stand there.
Very uncomfortable experiences.
She seems like she has been working there for a while, maybe retraining her on how not to make customers feel uncomfortable would be good. Really should start hiring staff that isn’t racist or has such untameable personal beliefs against minorities.
AVOID THIS SHOPPERS DRUG MART.
Drive couple extra minutes into orangeville and pick the other two locations over this one.

The pharmacist at this store is constantly late causing the store not to be open when advertised. I have written customer care but it seems to do nothing. Clearly there is a lack of respect for the patrons of this store.

Horrible customer service @ the pharmacy. Will be switching to the urgent care pharmacy who appreciate their customers unlike this pharmacy. Do not recommend this location.

My wife developed an infection after surgery and got a prescription from her surgeon for antibiotics.
When I went to the pharmacy to have it filled I was told it would be a 20 minute wait so I went into town to get a few things.
While I was out I get a call from my wife telling me the pharmacy had phoned her and told her they didn't have the drug she needed to fight her infection also that all the other Shopper's were out.
I now had to drive back and get the prescription so I could find the drug my wife needed so badly.
Luckily for me Rexall had it and were able to fill the prescription.
What good it a so called drug store if it can't help people when they need it.

Every single time you call the pharmacy you are put on hold.no hello.just hold. I have been on hold 20 minutes as I type this.
The girls at the pharmacy have a major attitude also.
