Worst customer service at Post Office on Friday ever. She finally walked over, had the grumpiest face, and literally never spoke one word other than to ask if I wanted a receipt. No excuse for not a hello or thank you. I'd be ashamed if that was my daughter or employee.

Tried using the online self serve tool to refill my prescription on 3 occasions over the last 3 days. Never received any texts stating that my prescription has been filled.
I’ve tried using the self serve tool over the phone. Not a chance.
I’ve now been listening to godawful hold music for 21 minutes trying to get through to someone. Absolutely brutal.
The owner of this pharmacy should be ashamed.

Edit: After 1 hour of the awful hold music, I have given up.

Switching pharmacies.

PATHETIC!

DO NOT GO FOR PHOTOGRAPH PRINTING, MY PERMANENT RESIDENCY APPLICATION GOT REJECTED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT STAMP IT CLEARLY AND I PAID OVER 270$. THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE TO LISTEN TO ME OR HELP ME WHEN I CAME BACK TO GET THOSE PICTURES REPRINTED AND HAVE THEM RE-STAMPED. MANAGER AND OTHER EMPLOYEES AT THAT COUNTER ARE NOT POLITE, RUDE AND RACIST. I NOW HAVE TO GET THE PICTURES RECLICKED AND WILL HAVE TO PAY $2900 AGAIN FOR MY PR APPLICATION JUST BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW YO STAMP AND CLICK PICTURES. THEY ARE NOT EVEN ACCEPTING THEIR OWN PROVIDED DIGITAL PHOTO TO REPRINT, THEY ARE RACIST AS I SAID AND LIKES TO DEMEAN PEOPLE.

Someone having been prescribed a new inhaler should NOT have to wait 3 days to get it filled, being able to breath is kind of a necessity! And saying "oh sometimes we don't answer the phone because it's too busy". HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. There are no excuses for this lack of customer service.

I have had so many issues when trying to call the pharmacy and not getting my medications on time because the staff don't follow up make the phone calls or send the paperwork. This has happened 4 or 5 times now and it's incredibly frustrating. Be prepared to wait 15+ minutes on the phone if you ever need to talk to the pharmacy staff. They are basically impossible to reach in the evenings especially.

The store part is always good, however, my experience with the pharmacy has been poor. After being told my prescription would be ready within four hours, when I returned I was told by another pharmacist assistant that it wouldn’t be ready for 5 more days. I tried to explain that I was told it would be ready same day and she just kept repeating the same thing that it wouldn’t be ready for 5 more days and brushing me off. No attentiveness whatsoever and no effort to explain or anything it felt like I was talking to a wall. Went out of my way twice in one day for no reason at all. Very disappointed.

I spent an hour and a half on hold at 9pm until 10: 30 for simply asking if i can get my medications delivered… what a joke

Always slow. The most disorganized counter ever. Even if they properly fill ypur prescription (which is a rare occurence) plan on it taking an extra 20 mins for them to find it in the mess behind the desk.

I just moved in the area and needed a new pharmacy. I opted for this one because of their hours. Every single experience that I had with them was bad. It takes them an eternity to answer the phone. I went in store to transfer my file from my other pharmacy, the next week I called to refill one prescription (was on hold for almost 20 minutes) and they didn’t even have a file opened for me. Will be transferring to another pharmacy.

Pharmacy service needs to be critically improved. My wife came in for a prescription for a cream to treat a bug bite. The prescription was billed for the entire amount of 30 grams. We were only given 10. They told us to come back for the balance We are out of town visitors and we are leaving Sudbury the very next day (Sunday). They said no problem you can pick up the balance at your home pharmacy. We were not going home for another week and asked if we can go to another Shoppers elsewhere. They said yes. We went to a Shoppers in Huntsville and they were very helpful and professional. They tried to process it, but could not due to the fact that the Sudbury store charged for the entire amount through our insurance. The Sudbury store was very uncooperative in trying to simply correct the issue and move on. We spent 2 hours here at the Huntsville store. We are still waiting to have this corrected

Was not impressed at all during my last visit to what used to be a great location. Had to take a detour around the 10 carts that were parked outside their doors, all to walk in to not see a single staff member on the floor besides the makeup guru. Thought I would be greeted by a cashier at the front while checking out, but unfortunately (still) saw no staff around to even check out. Won’t be taking my business there again anytime soon.

UPDATE: A month later, Issues have not changed at all. Spent an hour and a half on hold waiting for pharmacy, called night before for prescription to be told to call back the next day, when they finally picked up the phone I’m told 3 hour wait for meds I have to take every morning. Completely fed up with this place.

Kobe (Pharmacy Assistant) deserves a promotion and a raise. I’ve been having some issues with this location over the last few months. After this mornings issue, I was certain I would not be returning after this months refill.
Kobe took the time to genuinely hear out my frustrations, took immediate actions to prevent them from recurring going forward, and diffused what was likely an uncomfortable situation with a very frustrated and anxious customer in a professional and very genuine manner. I have no doubts he is a key member of this team and they are lucky for it.

Never in my life I’ve been more disrespected by a beauty department employee than I had today.

They follow you like vultures, they’re very aggressive, and flat out admitted they thought I was going to steal products. I will never in my life be shopping at this location again.
