Honestly the worst shoppers in Cambridge, the cosmetic workers are always suspiciously following you around for no reason even when you tell them you don't need assistance. They are rude for no reason, especially to students. Very unprofessional and no customer service whatsoever. The owner just stands around watching customers have a bad experience. I'm not recommending anyone to go here from now on.

I went in to get my daughter's prescription at 6: 20pm. The longer I have ever been asked in any pharmacy to wait in the past 10 year is 30-40 (max). Here, I was asked to wait 1 hour. I told them that I would be picking up my other kids (night school) in roughly 40 minutes, and asked them if they can get it ready in 40 minutes (courtesy). They agreed - so I went to run errands with my 5 year old in the mean time. I got stuck in traffic, got there in 45 minutes instead. Asked them for my prescription, they went quiet for 5minutes. I asked again if it's gona take any longer because I have kids waiting to be picked up. (Already 8 minutes late). The other pharmacist took over and told me it's gona be 20 minutes atleast thinking they are serving me for the first time. I told him I came 50minutes ago and went thru all this. He goes, in that case it's gona be atleast 10-15 minutes. I said it's been an hour already and I need to pick up my kids and because I have served my time already! He asked me to wait in line until I get called "very rudely"! I was already 15mins late for my kids so I left saying, "I will pick up tomorrow"! He said "OK", NOT CARING ONE BIT ABOUT WHAT I HAVE BEEN THROUGH OR TRY TO SHOW ANY COURTESY FOR WHAT THEY MADE ME GO THROUGH! I will not be taking my business there ever again! #Peace
>I am sad and angry because my little one is still in pain because I couldn't get her prescription because of their lack of professionalism! And I also just called to cancel my prescription because I can't go in there to experience the same unprofessionalism again!

Just got back from shoppers, and I had the best customer service from Amelia from the cosmetic/beauty section.she went above and beyond, and helped out so much. Thanks Amelia!

Website says flu shots between 10 am and 12 am. Went there and was told after 12 only. I suggest you change your Website!

I frequently visit the Shoppers Drug Mart on Franklin Blvd in Cambridge. Which is fantastic. I decided to visit the Shoppers on Dundas in Cambridge. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this particular Shoppers site. Mostly with the service & responses at the check out. I rarely use self-ckout in hopes that workers can keep their jobs.

The pharmacy at this location is beyond deplorable. Arrogant pharmacist and slothful, insenseive staff. I can appreciate tech glitches, staffing issues and medication shortages.what I will not accept is a clear disrespect for a clients time and well being. I was told it would take one hour to fill my prescription. Upon arrival nothing was ready, staff was in no rush, questions about mu child's weight and age were being asked.which would have been provided by my doctor.just ridiculous. After 35 minutes of waiting i was given my daughter's prescription with no consultation from the pharmacist.who was too important to interact with any of his customers. When I arrived home and opened the bag the prescription said please see written note for directions.and none were included.
My daughter is 2 years old with a viral infection. To wait in a pharmacy when I simply could have been told over the phone what the realistic wait was is unacceptable. This is a routine issue here and my entire family will be pulling our portfolio to another location.
Mistakes happen.but the unapologetic lack of respect and ownership for this disgusting customer service is here is noteworthy.
I implore you to support ANY other pharmacy than this one!

I am disappointed with this location I spoke with Jasmine today who clearly has advised if I have a problem with the pharmacy I can move else where.

They have failed to send perceptions in and when you ask for details in order to explain it to the Dr they get very upset and unprofessional.

Unfortunately customer service is not a priority at this location and I would encourage you share your story to head quarters to ensure quality valued staff is working there because they care in the future.

Don't call this store- it's a waste of your time. I called 4 times and waited 3 minutes each for someone to pick up the phone. Then once they picked up, they had me on hold for over 5 minutes. I asked if they sold strep throat tests. Shouldn't have to be so hard to get a simple answer.
