Shoppers Drug Mart

Pharmacy wait is absolutely ridiculous. Always a long wait in line in the evenings. They need more staff!

I visited this location last night to pick up my mail. Just before 10pm my son asked to used the restroom as we were walking. He was refused and when I told the lady I didn't want to be a customer if we can't even use the restroom she told me they were a billion dollar company so she and they didn't care. I asked for her name to make a complaint and she refused so I took a picture which infuriated her. She then chased my son and I out while telling us to get out. I won't be using this store in the future and will now have to move my po box to a more professional location.

So disappointed in the pharmacy. Made a mistake with my benefits and refused to try again on 3 occasions when I insisted it needed to be re-entered. A simple entry issue. No apology once they realized their mistake. Rude.

Worst pharmacy I seen in my life. The young stuff cannot answer simple questions and the seniors are super rude.

They have always electrical and technical issues and the place looks dirty, I think last time they had inspection was when Shoppers invented.

Don't expect to run in quick before they close. They lock the doors before 11: 55pm and aggressively pressure you to get out if you are still shopping after 11: 50pm because Shoppers Drug Mart owners are too cheap to pay their employees anything after 12am and obviously there's still things that have to be done before the workers can leave after the store is closed. Workers seem stressed and it reflects on how they treat costumers.

During a family emergency overseas, Lisa Silverthorne helped us through all the vaccination details and got us all lined up with medications we would need within 24 hours. Cannot thank her enough. What an incredible service for our local pharmacist to offer. So grateful!

I visited the cosmetics counter yesterday. I was a tiny nuisance because I needed three separate things. My needs were met with ease and enthusiasm! I was properly appreciative and the experience makes me want to shop there again soon! I think the person’s name was Gerry…. Absolutely wonderful

I have been here multiple times and every time I do I’m always followed around, it happened ever since I can in with my mom who is clearly indigenous. Every time I go in they follow me around call security and print off another receipts.

I’m 99% sure it’s because I'm indigenous, tell your employees to stop harassing indigenous people in your store.

Because of him I will never go to another Shoppers Drug Mart again.

My family (me, my wife and two young children) have been great customers of this store as well as many other Shoppers Drug Mart stores for the last 10 - 20 years. We are optimum point collectors and we use all of our pharmacy services here, as well as get our groceries.

Unfortunately today I was kicked out of the store for trying on a knee brace before attempting to purchase it by the store manager Jay.

Yes, that’s right. Kicked out of the store for trying on a knee brace.

I have never been kicked out of a store in my life. I go in, keep to myself, complete my purchases, and get out.

There are plenty of other pharmacy’s and stores around who know how to treat their good customers well. What goes around comes around Jay. I work and volunteer in this community.

I won’t be back.

I will tell everyone I know not to go to your store because of how you treated me. Nor will I ever go to another Shoppers Drug Mart again.

Dont bother booking an actual appt time for a shot booked one and finally got the shot 30 minutes after my appt time. Signed in and people who didnt book appt times were taken first? Took 55 minutes total time. Brutal disorganized mess

Fantastic service form the staff administrating the Covid vaccines. Fast and efficient with a kind attitude from everyone. THANKS FOR YOUR HARD WORK

Please have your self checkouts wiped down. I go in about once a week and have never seen this done.

Yesterday i went there for photographs for citizenship applications.really disappointed charged 56$ for digital for 2 and still my photographs rejected.photo quality is worse and the person who took that photographs doesn't have any idea of photography.very bad experience

Pharmacy is operated well and most always efficient in distributing medications. Store itself is well kept.
Other than for meds, I primarily go here for the eye candy present... There are several extremely attractive women employed here... My apologies if this latter statement comes across as sounding chauvinistic or whatever but DAMN!

Pretty much what you would expect from a Shoppers Drug Mart. Helpful staff, and we'll stocked. Pleasant experience.

I called the number for Covid vaccine. Phone is lifted, nobody answers, and then after 30 seconds, it is disconnected.

I went all the way there on the morning of a sale, like first thing in the morning. And shelf was empty.

Don't sanitize between customers, prices wrong last two times I was in, not enough staff, tooany customers in store for spacing.

They got me my prescription called in pronto. I suffer from diabetes and I was put at ease after speaking with the kind and courteous young lady on the telephone.

Pharmacy line to the front of the store. Blocking mail service. Have to stand in line wait for people to fill prescriptions just to get my mail or into the mailboxes. Rediculious. The line should be going towards the cosmetics and vitamins. NOT.blocking the post office. It clashes and impossible to social distance. Almost should be reported

Sent a prescription renewal through on line at 10: 30 am. Stopped at 6: 30 pm to be told it wasn't ready yet. Waited another 15 minutes to receive it. Next time, if there is one, I will just come in and wait to pick it up.

Called the pharmacist as shoppers was my preferred pharmacy, I called with an urgent question about a medication I had filled at another pharmacy as I wanted to ensure this medication was safe to take. Instead
of answering my question (that would be common knowledge amongst all pharmacist) the pharmacist was rude, rushy and didnt answer my simple question. Seemingly no compassion, I will no longer visit there pharmacy again.

While getting my prescription filled I went to see if they had the perfume I might be looking for in cosmetics. The cosmetic clerk was talking to a customer about how they have horrible boyfriends and bashing them. One was a druggy and the other a serial cheater. Yet you both were with them! Really!? Can we not air personal business and see to the next customer obviously ready to buy for the past 5 minutes. Instead of getting the perfume I just went back to waiting for my prescription. The lady that was consulting me was really nice and told me about my meds and how to use them. Simple, easy and pleasant. The saving grace was the positive experience at the pharmacist counter or else one star at best.

I am completely outraged about the pharmacy at this location. My mother who suffers from very bad migraines and takes a prescription for it. Anyways she got public shamed by the pharmacist and the assistant at this location for getting her pills because they are apparently doctors now. Anyways I will be filing a formal complaint about this pharmacy and I hope someone at this store sees it and does something about this. I would like to know who they think they are. Anyways be careful about this location because they are rude and very much upset my mother. There are going be consequences.

Always great customer service. They always have the purple shampoo that I use at this location.

I was completely dismayed with the store today. I stood waiting for the cosmetic staff to help for 10mins while she took phone calls.one of which was to discuss with a fellow employee who was dressed as what for Halloween. I walked away. Then the cashier was ill equipped to actually ring cash paying customers through due to not having enough cash in her till to make change. Forcing me to use the self-checkouts, which only take debit or credit is appalling. I'm sure the store is getting kick-backs from the banks forcing all those transaction fees. Guess it's time to find a new pharmacy. Too bad. I liked supporting this Canadian company.

Friendly staff, most of the pharmacy workers know me by first name. Very helpful and they have a lot of knowledge.
