They are 50/50 sometimes there amazing sometimes they can be difficult to deal with depends on who you get at the desk.

Manager was really rude. Doesn’t know how to talk with people. I went to drop my resume but she said she is not hiring right now. She did not even tell me to leave the resume for next hire.

I have been dealing with this shoppers drug mart located on Sherwood forest mall at 1225 wonderland road north over 7 years. The more employees of this shoppers changed the more l witnessed odd employees even pharmacy department is included. Today July 13,2023 at 5: 34 pm, l went to pick my medication which wasn't ready somehow but it's understandable; l had to buy some personal things that l picked them up than l went directly to the cashier. Cashier was fast even l didn't have a second to ask for a bag. When l asked the cashier to give me one, l was told by moody cashier that l should have asked for a bag before cash register closed. Cashier was not willing to sell a bag which is there to sell. I was wondering what would be the duties of a cashier towards customers? Customer may forget something. Isn't it employees' job to remind any customers to need of something such as a bag. Or since bags are for sale like any other items in the store, aren't they for sale? Why don't employees try to sell them? What l am trying to say is employers should train employees very well not to have a lack of communication towards customers. I have had customer service experience for years and years even now l work a job related to customer service accupation. Customers don't want to meet moody and mean employees when they paying. They need to see some happy faces and expect some respect and courtesy. Every single employees of this location need an advice and productive training to keep going well. Please, to those whom may concern take this seriously. Thank you

My two friends and I went to the store to buy cosmetics. But a female staff kicked us out because we were eating ice cream. First of all she didn't tell us in advance that ice cream can't be eaten inside. Second, I didn't see any sign in the store that says you can't eat outside food. Why did they kick us out of the store? Because we are teenagers? We did nothing, they were so disrespectful as employees and discriminated against others. Bad experience.

I went to this store this afternoon with my daughter. As my daughter was looking for items, one of the sales associates kept hovering around her making her feel like she's a thief. Even when I came by to stand next to my kid, this same sales person kept giving us the "look". Are we being profiled because we are a person of color? My thoughts were validated, as I was at the cashier, this same sales associate called another staff and told her in a low voice to "check/look out" at another customer who was at the end of aisle 2 as this person has a lot of stuff with them. Is this how you treat your customer - assume that they are there to steal? If that's the case, then place all your items under locked glass so no one " can steal" it. My daughter and I do not appreciate being "negatively profiled". This sales associates is female with short bleached slightly curly hair. So disappointing and to management - train your staff better.

Amazing! Always stocked in the beauty section with all the products I love and can't find at other London locations. Also, the beauty manager was generous enough to give me an exchange on a Quo beauty product I bought. 10/10!

I want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to Melissa, one of the amazing delivery staff from Shoppers Drugmart, Sherwood Forest! And to Brian Kim, the thoughtful owner/pharmacist who assisted my parents last month. Their kindness, quick thinking, and willingness to go above and beyond her job duties is commendable.

My parents recently received a pharmacy delivery and Melissa arrived to find my Dad had a fallen from his chair. She tried to lift him, couldn’t, but managed to calm down my Mom who was in a state of panic searching for my phone number. Melissa found it and called me, offering to stay with my parents until I arrived. A 15 minute crosstown drive. Meanwhile…

Brian, hearing of the situation, came to the rescue and by the time I arrived, order had been fully restored.

Thank you both for making a positive impact on my family's life. We highly recommend Shoppers Drugmart neighbourhood store and their exceptionally compassionate staff!

This Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy has the best staff. They are always kind, patient and knowledgeable. Ravi is an exceptional pharmacist. I have used other pharmacies in the past and often felt judged or like an inconvenience and that has NEVER happened here. They are extremely accommodating and work with you to meet your pharmaceutical needs. The delivery staff is also fantastic, especially Michael. I cannot recommend this location enough!

I have to share my experience with this shoppers drug mart. I am so incredibly grateful I went here searching all the shoppers in London, Rexall, Walmarts aswell as I was trying to order a certain baby food that all of a sudden stopped becoming available. It was a nightmare trying to find what was left in stores since online ordering was out of stock.

I spoke to many different retail personals/ managers in what was happening with this product or if they even had any left and often felt like they would give me the easy answer not knowing when the product will ever be available again. I know there is a storage all over the world and is difficult to get certain products and they limit to how many you can order.
When it comes to infants it’s that much more stressful.

I had the most amazing people helping me at this Sherwood location I forget the First Lady that was stocking the shelves when I asked if she could check the back room for more of the product since they had only a few left and came back with the store managers card and was greeted by Alex the store manager assistant. He was so informative in what was happening with this product and said they had a supplier that would that it the NEXT day! I was in shock and almost didn’t believe it but I got a call the next day and the order was in!
I was greeted by the store manager Mike and he was very pleasant and incredibly helpful how to order this particular product from them and how diligent he and his workers are in checking their system multiple times a day when they are able to order it for their customers.

I truly felt like Mike, Alex and blonde lady shocking the shelves aswell as the cashier were wonderful to deal with and I felt like a valued costumer. I’m sure they have alot of this issue with customers complaining where certain products are so I am grateful how friendly they were about it.

Mike went out of his way to bring out the heavy cases of my product to my car. I felt such relief that I didn’t have to drive all the way to Toronto or port Huron to other stores outside of London where we found more.

Everywhere else in London and surrounding area did not have any and were not as informative in to what’s happening at his this product.

To anyone that can’t find certain products like children’s Tylenol etc please try this store they are on top of everything there and super friendly!

Have dealt with this location for over 20 years, all the old staff have left, new staff are rude and seems like we are an inconvenience. Switching to a different pharmacy. I actually wouldn't give them 1 star but app will not allow anything less

DONT shop here especially if you’re a person of color! They will follow you around the store. I couldn’t go shopping in peace had someone following me every time I come here! It’s either the old lady with the short grey-ish hair or the short older man with long grey hair

Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and positive. Always a great experience. Good staff make all the difference in a business

Young Girl in the makeup & beauty dept. Was very helpful and knew her products. Will visit this location again.
