I have never felt more cared about and looked after by a pharmacy the owner barb is the most caring pharmisist I have ever dealt with in my 55 years. The people work there are great and service is amazing thanks to all of them.

Best Shopper's Drug Mart ANYWHERE!
I have special needs and I have never received better treatment than at this Shoppers Drug Mart. I have dealt with Shoppers in the past a store I won't mention that is terrible but often times they are good stores. However, this store in particular has treated me with dignity and respect and compassion. I appreciate the staff in the pharmacy Department the most! Don't let that discount the others though, for I have had to pick up mail there as well and the experience was very pleasant.

Never enough cashiers for people who don't want to use self checkout. Customers shouldn't have to do their jobs for them. They could also have way better etiquette towards customers while checking out. Good manners and good service go a long way.

I was in the store at around 3 pm Mon. April 24th. When I went to check out, the male cashier was busy talking to a female employee about a hair styling he was going to get that evening. He reluctantly came over to check out my purchases and never stopped talking to the female employee about his hair appointment. He refused to scan my optimum points card and told me if I wanted the points I would have to scan it myself. Then he refused to remove my bag of purchases from the hooks and told me to get it myself, while continuing his chat with the female employee. I have never had a problem like this before at this store, nor had I ever seen this cashier before. He is certainly not a credit to your service record, and I would question his continued employment considering his disrespectful attitude to customers!

Getting shamed for asking for a naloxone kit is ridiculous. I got grilled by staff about why I needed one, as if it was some illicit substance. Like come on, take a look outside! There's a massive opioid problem in this area. Folks are dying on the street.

The amount of times I've seen someone nodding off at a bus stop or shooting up in the park, you'd think Shopper's would be throwing these things at their customers

Sister has social anxiety and wouldn’t let family use their Indian status card while she paid due to a policy set by the manager I was told by the cashier. Now in my opinion that’s a bit racist but I think stores can set and enforce any policy they want as it’s their property. I just won’t be spending any of my money there from now on.

Not very helpful at all. Seemingly couldn't get a fax through to my doctor's office to verify my prescription, and that's where they stopped trying. Finally asked to have my prescription paper back.

The cashiers and staff are always friendly. They either know or get someone who does. They're helpful and will always say 'bye. '

Called said prescription is ready picked up turned out to be something not asked for and nothing that was asked for then when asked next day they couldn’t figure it out then after 30 minutes they finally figured it out not very professional please go to the other shoppers drug mart in Owen sound
