Went with my partner to look at Christmas gifts in the fragrance dept. We both felt uncomfortable, lady was rude when we asked questions, then she called 2 or 3 ladies like we.were thieves! I could have easily spent thousands however I will not shop there again, we went to Masonville shoppers and happily purchased themthgiftsweinquired about.

Absolutely love this store. Kim in pharmacy is super friendly. She always has a smile on her face and cares about your health. The pharmacists also are very approachable and friendly. Totally recommend this store

Given wrong prescription (liquid) even when I had a long conversation at drop off about tabs vs liquid. Ended up waiting after scripts were dropped off for another hour. Then when script was ready, even after being told I would be called - was never called.

I was looking for a setting powder here in the cosmetics section and noticed I was being watched by this asian lady working in cosmetics and so I felt very uncomfortable I will be shopping at another location probably was a race thing!

Had a bad experience with this one asian lady in cosmetics otherwise everyone else in the store is friendly!

Wait times are always more than 1 hour to get a prescription filled, even when no other customer is around. They did not fill my prescription for the next day when I dropped it off previously. They screwed up my prescription too and didn't include one of my medications. I would stay clear of this pharmacy.

Nathaniel the cashier is great at his job! He deserves a promotion. Super adaptable and great customer service. Couldn’t be more happy. Glad we met him.

I like coming here because everything I need is ushlally in stock but I’ve been seeing a pattern with the Asian lady working there every time I come in she is much nicer to other customers but with me it seems she just plain out rude and am not reaching on this one!

Has decent products but really overpriced, not sure what Loblaws thinks they’re doing in a cost of living crisis

I don’t like coming to this shoppers much just because the asian lady who works there at the cosmetics is very rude and acts like she owns the place. I also don’t like the fact she follows me through out the makeup section when am trying to shop!

One female staff at the pharmacy is not competent at all. She doesn't check if prescription is insured or not and she is too lazy to check the basics. My family doctor sent a prescription, which is of course insured. But she argued that it was not covered and we had to pay the entire fee. I went back and asked another staff. The other staff quickly figured out and our prescription was 100% covered. Wonder why such a person works there! She was also very arrogant. Hiring manager, please train the staff! I am changing my prescription pick-up location, not to be ripped off. Very annoying. I've never had such an issue with pharmacy in other places ever! I wasted my time and energy by visiting there again to get a refund.what a useless service.

I have been using this Shoppers Pharmacy for many years and even though I moved I still drive out of my way as they have taken such good care of me and my family Kim is always so friendly and helpful and the pharmacists always take time to answer questions I am grateful for the great care and customer service

Got some skin care products.the lady in the cosmetics section was great help and lots of fun

Online it states pharmacists can do rapid strep throat tests. Went in and was told they could not because there was no lab. Since when do you need a lab for a rapid test? This used to be a great pharmacy but it has completely gone trash. Will be moving prescriptions to a smaller pharmacy for better pricing and actual helpful service

I highly recommend this Shoppers Drug Mart location for the pharmacy, the store (cosmetics/other departments) and Canada Post depot. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in all departments. I have had great service at the Pharmacy with prescription transfer from Waterloo Region to London, ON. Pharmacy has provided shots - flu and COVID, as well as assistance with one of the 13 conditions Pharmacists may now handle (versus Family Physician). I have had rain check assistance when stock was depleted for Saturday/Sunday sale items. Cameron who works in Canada Post depot was absolutely delightful assisting me with a complex mail forwarding request involving two recent moves. Cameron went over and above to provide exceptional customer service. This Shoppers Drug Mart is an excellent shopping choice and I highly recommend you visit this location.

I liked the beurer vibrating massage ball. It gets into the sore part of my muscles but is gentle enough to use for several minutes to get the relief and movement I need. The two settings are useful for getting more or less massage. Easy to use and helpful.

It’s a good store. I didn’t like the fact that some guy was harassing my wife and lingering near our car while I stopped by for some bags of salt at grocery store. They could do with some security in the parking lot.

Worst experience, terrible service at the pharmacy. I just came back from picking up a prescription around 3: 34 today with my son and had the worst experience. The older lady (I believe her name was Kim) was at the pick up station and the service was terrible. Very rude, no hello. I was waiting behind another customer that was being helped out by Kim, and she was very nice to her, but when I approached the desk there was no hello, and her tone towards me was very rude. I am extremely upset after this, and almost believe this could have been racially motivated. Her attitude was so obvious that my young son standing beside me asked me why the lady was so mad. I was being scolded by the woman like a young child.

Here for a flu shot. Terrible service. Unorganized. People were misinformed about paperwork for vaccines and those that had appointments were processed well behind schedule. Will not return here
