Pharmacist is always helpful with any questions you may have. Staff is always willing to help when you are in search of products and don’t know where they are located

The staff stop all of what they are doing help you. They will walk you to the the product you cannot find - rather than just telling you where to go.
Always pleasant and even work up as a team to find what you want or need.
If not available they will ask and find out when it will be in at Grand Bend.
Just a really pleasant experience every day I come in.

If anything can go wrong, here it will. The last straw was last night, July 8,2023 called the pharmacy at 5: 54pm to see if my drugs were ready, they said yes come in and get them neglected to mention. They closed in 6 minutes and I live 20 minutes away. Needless to say, I was completely out of my medication and brutally sick all night. Not to mention the 40 minutes I wasted in my car for nothing.
