Do yourself a favour and go to a different pharmacy. This place is so unorganized and half the time the staff don’t know where to look for prescriptions. They gave me an empty bag that apparently had my prescription today. They always forget to fax the dr for a refill and are always “not receiving the faxes” my doctor sends.

The worst Shoppers location in the city. And that’s saying something about a stagnant chain.

I am a new customer who was judged and made to feel bad about my medication… within earshot of others. S Bhula, how dare you. I am also filing a complaint with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. I will never use you pharmacy again, and will share my experience at every opportunity.

I’m honestly not surprised at how low they’re rated. It’s a wait every time I come in, even if they have confirmed that it’ll be ready for pick up. And even if what you’re picking up is already pre-packaged.
It is not such a struggle at other Shoppers locations. Im not sure why they struggle at this one.

This location sucks for prescription services.issues every month. I would NOT recommend this place for perscriptions unless you have tons of time to wait for your perscription.
I've had the Dr fax antibiotics over for my kid and gotten there from the other end of the city and call on the way to make sure I got it then had to wait an additional 30 min once I got to the store. I have had multiple times where I have called and talked to them the day before to deliver a perscription out the next day and they "had miscommunication and the perscription was never set for delivery and the driver is already out for his last delivery". I've waited in store for around an HOUR just for a perscription that I was told would take 20 minutes. They also told me that a perscription wasn't ready to be filled as I got 2 months worth in May (it's July now).
Obviously reading through the comments shoppers is aware of issues with this pharmacy for over a year and has done nothing to improve it but tell ppl that review to call some 800#. I called the 800# to tell them about this pharmacy and they hung up on me!

I stopped going to them years ago they screwed up big time with my prescription waited forever to get it that still wasn't ready when I got back.then they told me they didn't have any in stock. Just recently my wife went in there told her prescription would be ready in an hour she come back in 75 min and they told her she would have to wait another half an hour not only that it was for an EpiPen she had a prescription for and she already had a prescription on their screen from the previous doctor they said it did not exist when at first they did.they went to charger for the second one which she could not afford and she left it these people are useless I would not recommend going there under any circumstances there are lots of other good pharmacies with good mannered people that would apologize if they got something wrong there was no apology from them at all just an argument.

You will wait & wait forever even if you call ahead and then you’ll finally get your medicine and it’ll be the wrong dose or the wrong amount. The reviews for this place are not wrong.

The pharmacist owner Sahar Chatham isn’t professional, she’s rude & judgemental if your wearing a hijab & getting a certain prescription filled.

Pharmacy area is a mess and floors and counter are dirty. The pharmacy staff basically ignore you. An “ I’ll be right with you” from across the counter would be appreciated

Constantly having issues with prescriptions. Can never fill them on time and have to wait. Sometimes you can't get prescription days in advance for when you need them.overall, dealing with the owner and staff are frustrating. They just don't care. I will not be going back to this pharmacy and I would recommend for others not to go there.

Very unpleasant people. I am now with a different pharmacy were I get treated the way it supposed to be.

Always have issues with getting mine and my son’s prescriptions. With them sending or receiving prescriptions.
