Tammy that works in the beauty section is very rude and disrespectful. Will never shop there because of this person.

Shoppers pharmacy needs a overhaul quickly, they are incompetent and not user friendly.having said that accept for the young clerks that work in their post office their full time post master is rude not friendly at all and certainly not helpful!

9 people working in the pharmacy and no ones helps. It's like you don't exist snd they don't see you! Very problematic pharmacy. Go to another shoppers of you can.

They have a wonderful staff and great service. One of the staff workers in the pharmacy especially, Feras, is wonderful and so helpful anytime I come in.

It’s not really considered convenience compare to others I stopped going there for many reasons This location more expensive than other shoppers and they don’t carry most items in the sale Flyer also expect to wait for longer if you are going to use Canada post office inside this place! Watch out for some cashiers they might be not too polite. I don’t know why!

Pharmacist shamed me for picking up birth control for my daughter, which was prescribed by CHEO to treat her painful endometriosis! Male presenting with glasses, not a good person and shouldn't be working there.

Worst customer service from a pharmacist - I can’t have my thyroid medication ready just because she didn’t wanted to look up into the system.it’s a thyroid medicine and I have to skip one day just because it requires 48h apparently to refill, She was clearly in a bad mood, and for that reason I have to skip one day medication.

When there are 2 pharmacy checkout lanes and only one is manned with eight impatient, complaining customers in a lineup and six employees behind the counter you certainly begin to think that your money is much better deserved elsewhere. They know you’re not going anywhere though because you need your prescription. All this after waiting 20 minutes for one of them to pick up the phone before visiting the store. The woman ahead of me was complaining that she had been hung up on. Unscrupulous behaviour, unbecoming of a supposedly professional organization. We’re not sheep. We’re paying clients. Please don’t say you’re understaffed. Prepare yourselves appropriately for suitable business readiness.

This 1 star is purely for the experiences with one of the pharmacist at this location. She is extremely rude and accusatory. I have expressed my concerns to another pharmacist which had advised me that they had spoken to her although she continues with her horrid attitude and rude comments. Although their wait times aren’t very accurate, the other staff has been very kind and pleasant to deal with. Daytime staff in the general store are warm and welcoming. Despite all this, I can’t look past this one employee/pharmacist, it’s beyond me how this women is still employed. 3 times I have come into contact with her and all 3 interactions have been the same… Have respect and treat people like human being.

I telephone in my prescription renewals using their automated system. It's true that the pickup time stated is two days later, but my prescriptions have always been ready when they were supposed to be. However, there's always a long lineup with only one clerk assigned to pickups. When an error is made (I'm on two separate insurance plans that overlap), it's always fixed up properly and promptly.

When buying non-pharmacy products, Stephania at the cash recognizes all regular customers and gives the whole store a personal touch that I greatly appreciate.

I bought a Skip the Dishes gift card from here at the cash register and I paid with my Visa. The cashier scanned it and I paid for it and later found out that it was a fraudulent gift card and they wouldn’t return my money. I have the Shoppers receipt with the card and they can’t refund it even though it was sold from their store. It’s an elaborate scam in which someone has to enter the store and swap out the real ones with the fraudulent ones. But I don’t understand how Shoppers can still go ahead with this purchase at the cash register and not detect that it’s not their product. Unbelievable!

The customer service and staff treatment is not it whether it's pharmacy or general customer service. I went in to get a syrup for a cold/chest congestion. I thought it would be beneficial and quick to ask the pharmacist to direct me to the most appropriate medication. I expressed my symptoms and told him that he can recommend me any medication but Robatussin cause this particular brand had not worked well with me every time I've taken it, I've felt very agitated internally. He then proceeded to say that all ingredients are same in each bottle so he doesn't understand what I'm saying. I again said just recommend me anything else but that one, he literally took the bottle and showed me the one "ingredient" that's in every bottle, he failed to acknowledge that it could be any other ingredient that could be disturbing my body over all, and then he literally told me to go see a doctor when I expressed that I have chest congestion from the cold and it's difficult to breathe. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think going to the doctor because you have cold symptoms is the right suggestion to make to a customer especially as a pharmacist and mind you, he kept cutting me off while I was trying to get my point across and continued to say that I should go see a doctor a few more times. How rude of him to suggest that. This shoppers really needs to get their staff in check, cause it's not new that a pharmacist is being rude or the front cash area people. Looks like they’re just hiring anyone these days.

Worst Shoppers I have ever been to. There are always various issues at the cash. No customer service what so ever. Everyone is grumpy, borderline rude. I keep ending up there once in a while, as it's the closest to my home. I always leave disappointed for one reason or another. I will never again set foot in that store.
