There is constantly an issue with the computer system at the pharmacy. Stop letting your family member be the tech person and get a professional person in there to fix the computer system! It's 2024! This is not dial up 90s time. It's unprofessional. I wait for at least 20 minutes on hold every time I call and I know that is the reason everything is slowed.

This was back in the summer, but one of their Beauty managers, GOL (black/dark brown hair usually in a slicked back bun), argued with me like a highschooler when I brought up an issue she caused that completely wasted my time when i was in a hurry. Even when I explained I've been a customer here for over a decade and I NEVER had a bad experience here, GOL continued to give me attitude and argue back- total mean girl bully vibe, tone and attitude- extremely unprofessional. I asked her for her name and, very condescendingly refused. Did GOL really think she's all that and that I wouldn't find out her name in 2 minutes? !? !? ! LOL. Luckily Ji (sorry if I spelled that wrong) listened to my complaint about GOL'S unprofessional behaviour and said he would speak to her. I sure hope he did. Everytime I come here now, I get anxiety entering, since the main entrance is in the beauty section, not knowing if I'm going to see GOL'S unfriendly face and self. Thanks Ji for listening.

Pharmacy is a mess. Booked vaccine appointment. Asked twice the pick up counter staff if we needed to check in and was told to just wait. Staff was so impatient and cut me off before I could finish my question. After finding out that I need to check in and ask the staff for explanation, staff said we could go elsewhere and she did not care.

Zero Stars. Cashier (Dayle) very unalert, untrained, disrespectful and impolite. She took my winning Scratch Lottery Ticket and tells me she included with my purchases and tucks the ticket whole to her side. A few seconds later I realized she did not process winning amount at all on my receipt. I returned to her and at first she ignored me. I asked her for my ticket back and for her to process the winning amount. Instead she rings it up on her Register and thinks and says to me unusually I owe her money on a winning scratch ticket. After alot of back and forth talking in her language to another Cashier, she provides me the winning amount. No manners or apology from her for all the errors until I asked. Asked to speak to a Manager, no one came. Had to approach a department leader myself. Very concerning experience. Requires serious training on duties as well as on basic proper manners skills.

If I could I would give 0 stars. I've been a customer here for years, but during the past year, the pharmacy has become a disgrace.
Staff ignore the phones all day and all night, make errors in fill quantities, and they blame all this on being short staffed. Two weeks ago I had to stop on my way home from the hospital after having a hip replacement to give them the script because the phone wasnt being answered and the fax machine didn't work.
Incredibly unprofessional pharmacy.
Shoppers Head office needs to come review their operations.
I've had it, and will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

Customer service@ Cosmetic dep are either useless or very rude, pharmacy dep their nice and post office workers are disaster. I try my best to avoid going to this location. Not sure how the hiring works but they manage to hire terrible people at CS.

Horrible stock in the cosmetics specifically. The employees will follow you around but won’t assist you when you need help finding a product. Disgusting customer service and when a product says in stock on the app or website, the workers will claim they don’t have it. The employees have a bad attitude as well.

They are not responding the calls, if they do they kept you on hold for over 30 minutes… worst customer service. You ask for a different prescription to renew and they do for a different. A TRUE DEFINITION OF DUMBNESS!

Had an issue and was helped by the Manager in a professional and personable manner. Store is under new management. Very grateful.

I've actually found the staff to be polite at this location, and I frequent the store often. Though I have found a good share of extremely rude and grumpy customers, and one even belittling the staff until I spoke up and said something. I think it is likely store policy to keep expired products on the shelf, not employees. That being said, there use to be a really grumpy cashier there who I haven't seen for a few months. I do agree that Shoppers and all the grocery stores use flyer sales to bring you to the store, fully knowing that the items will be out of stock. This is a tactic I've noticed at fortinos, loblaws and no frills. If you ask them to check in the back, without even checking they say they are out of stock. Only to be fully stocked when the item goes back to regular price (there is a work around to this if you give it some thought). Otherwise, great loyalty reward program which is the only reason I continue to shop here. Prices are better than Rexall, if that's any constellation.
