Hands down worst pharmacy I've dealt with. There's a couple excellent employees at this location, but sadly the good does not outweigh the bad here

Rude and i was verbally abused by an arab male who kept looking at me and making me uncomfortable he is a file.

This SDM stopped accepting delivery of my psoriasis injection.they didn't even have the decency to tell me, they just canceled through the pharmaceutical company. No reason given. The pharmaceutical company cannot deliver to a Campground because of the injection needing to be refrigerated. We are at a Campground for 6 months and relied on SDM for deliveries. This means I now need to drive 70 minutes to my sons house and wait for an 8 hour delivery window
My family uses this
pharmacy for all our prescriptions and I do weekly shopping there.
Receiving my injection was simple. They accepted it, put it in the fridge and I picked it up.
As a regular patient I feel disrespected.
I went in to ask why. The manager wasn't there. I was told he'd call me yesterday. No call yesterday nor today.
Poor customer service

This store is pathetic. They advertise stuff on sale, but don't stock it. They had clamato on for 2 for$7.00. The sale started today, so I thought I would go in early. They had a total of 10. I put 6 in my cart. Went to checkout at 3 pm, and he told me the sale starts at 6 pm. Avoid this store unless you want poor service and frustration.

Ordered a skincare set online and received damaged boxes with green and black moldy contents. I did receive a refund but it was gross and disturbing.

I find the store to be rundown looking, messy, sparsely stocked shelves, and staff nowhere to be found for help. I avoid going there and prefer in town stores and ordering makeup from Sephora or The Bay. Even the Optimum points aren’t enough to lure me anymore.

Picked up a bag of milk along with other items. When I opened the bag I noticed it was 2 weeks past the Best Before date. I suppose it was my fault for forgetting to check, but really - 2 weeks! Along with my frustration at the attempts to get me to use self checkout, I'm afraid I won't be a regular customer anymore. Tried calling before posting this, I've never posted a complaint before, but got time wasting automated answering machine.

Called pharmacy and was given two seconds to speak. They hung up the phone before I got a word out. How are the elderly going to manage with this type of service! Go elsewhere!
