For the love of humanity, fix your automated phone attendant. I don't mind waiting, but I hate being forced to endure scratchy kiddie pop, or any kind of 'entertainment' someone else presumes I need to hear.

I got all my vaccinations for me and my gpa super quick! The pharmacist was really KIND and did a great job!
10/10 will be going back for my flu shot in the fall

I'm getting really tired of having to call all the time to get my prescriptions properly sorted out. The pharmacy staff could use some customer service training as well, the last girl that I spoke with was combative with me rather than help me with what I'm asking for. I'm losing my patience with this place. So far my prescriptions have been missed, deleted, changed and so forth. I miss the old owner and team that used to be here.

Under the new ownership at the Michigan Road Shoppers in Sarnia the service and customer care has dropped dramatically. They have started giving me a third of my 90 day prescription and with the amount of meds I'm on I am going in weekly to pick up my meds. I imagine that this is so the pharmacy maximize their dispensing fee.

Also prescriptions that I need keep getting dc'd and I have to either call the pharmacy or go see my NP again. This has become frustrating.

Absolutely ridiculous that they don’t do passport photos on Thursday because “it’s senior day and they might not have enough staff as it can take a while to do photos”…? There were plenty staff walking around. I walked into staples who had TWO people working and took my photo in literally 2 minutes… photos can take a while? Get real.

I have nothing against shoppers but I don't like that it costs 25 for a passport photo
