I came in to purchase Envelope and tape. But not planning to shipping anything from this post office. The woman who works in Jan 30th morning 11 am, she had really bad attitude, yell at me and keep ask me what I am doing, I told her I come in to purchase envelopes, but nothing to do with Canada post. She didn’t wear name tag but her attitude is out there. Don’t know who hired her for the front line. When I ask how much they dragon coin is, she point it out to the side, so I look at it, but she keep repeating with very RUDE Tone, “” IT IS THERE! ” She repeated more than 3 times. I really can’t stand her. I told her I saw it! She said why you shouting? NOBODY shouting but her! Terrible experience with this unbelievable no customer service skills woman. She needs to find some other job suitable for her, not at front line! And beside wear your name tag!

The lady who works at Canada Post need some raise. She was the rudest lady I have ever see to work at Canada post. She didn’t have her name tag on but she was Indian and I saw her at 4: 20pm on January 25,2024.

I had a surgery recently and I couldn’t be rude to her like how rude she was to me. She could be saying things nicer “if you don’t provide tape that’s okay, say it nicer” and “if I ask you what is estimated time for this to be arrived tell me sth, don’t be raise your voice and say “Siiir you have to scan the barcode” I’m not good with technology and when I struggle and actually scan it through Canada post application it says “Item not found”

1. Don’t raise the voice over costumer under any circumstances.
2. You can say anything absolutely anything in a Nice way. Specially a customer who you can tell who had a surgery recently. Even if you can’t tell be nice to everyone.
3. If you don’t like your job, just quit, don’t ruin other customer’s experience. Your failure in life has nothing to do with other people’s life. Period.

This Shoppers "pharmacy" needs a big improvement with customer service. There is always a very long wait time for prescription medication. Absolutely horrible and how ridiculous this is to be honest. Extremely upsetting. However, pharmacist were apologetic. Which made the feeling a bit more at ease.

This Shoppers really feels like my neighborhood pharmacy. From James to Christine to Krishna, they care. They are always warm and friendly and I never feel like a visitor. I have not had this experience at any other Shoppers and my family and i go to a Shoppers from Mississauga to downtown TO to Markham and Richmond Hill on a daily basis.

Brought my service dog with me today to do a last minute late night shoppers run around 10: 30pm today and didnt bring his vest. The “manager” came up to me and asked if hes a service dog and I said yes because I am epileptic. She proceeded to threaten and lecture me and say that because he is a big dog he needs to wear one. No service dog is required to wear a vest nor am I obligated to put one on him. He has just became my service dog due to my recent diagnoses and she has made the already difficult transition to my new reality very difficult. She was discriminatory to me as someone who does not appear disabled and to my dog due to his size. Assured her that I will never be returning and she lost a customer.

Excellent location- Very well run- Cora, Vaso, Christina and Shu, all very knowledgeable and helpful. In the pharmacy, Jemmie, James, Maggie and Grace are incredible at their jobs. I get my mail at the postal outlet and buy the majority of my groceries and prescriptions at this Shoppers. Highly recommend- Five Stars ️️️️️

Good location with stocked isles and 3 self checkouts as well as cashier's if you need them. Good layout and easy to find products you're looking for. Bonus they have a Canada Post inside for your convenience. Tons of parking available at this location.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, but the manager might give you a hard time if you try to return something. Needed to return a Nintendo console that was purchased in the store one day before with a gift receipt, and the manager was reluctant to do so on the ground that it has no seal on it. How would I know whether it should have a seal or not? If the seal was put on by the manufacturer then why did you sell one without it in the first place? It was a really bad experience.

Very informative staffs and helpful assistance manager, my family usually visit there like a convenience store.

This store’s working hour is 9am to midnight, but the front door locked and refused the customers to enter at 11: 30pm. Their night shift crews are very rude and not professional.

We recently had the pleasure of shopping at the cosmetic section of Shoppers Drug Mart, and I had an outstanding experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by one of their sales ladies - Angela. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness truly made my shopping experience a delight.

Brittany at the beauty boutique is amazing! Very knowledgeable and always such a great help!

If I could put 0 star I will. Came April 29th to buy skin care products thought the promo for 2 movie tickets is on. The lady told me 29th is 20x points and 30th is for the movie tickets. She told me she can hold the products for me and come back the next day. I did and when I came she said they dont have the tickets anymore. Why is that? Why hold the products and ask me to come back then? I could have availed the 20x points on the 29th if she hadnt given me hope to avail the tickets on the 30th?

This place is designed for Chinese only, if you're a Canadian, this place isn't for you. The signs in the aisles are in Chinese making it very hard to find items. While the signs have an English translation, it is very poor.

Walked in was confused but was greeted with a smile by a beauty boutique girl her name was Brittany asked her where the cards were? She took me to the card section and showed me the card for mother’s birthdays. So helpful. She even informed me that there are wide perfumes available and on sale and to check it out. Pretty helpful and no pressure at all.
After I decided on the card I checked it out the perfume section and a young girl I believe Negar was the first to help me cause I didn’t know a thing. She had to leave and help another customer and excused herself politely as she called on another associate to help me, believe her name was Alex. Alex explained all the different scents even what they were made of pretty knowledgeable. She help me focus and narrowed it down for me.there was a lot of different products.
I picked the Doir she recommended and it was a hit! My mother loved it and said reminds me of the scent for when she was younger. Absolutely loved it! Thanks to all associates, I wouldn’t have even thought to check that section if I wasn’t told by Brittany.
Also I notice the isle had Asian writing to accommodate their customers and thought wow that’s pretty helpful. Very culturally.
Big help I recommend for anyone. Great associates knowledgeable staff and friendly!
Will return when it’s my sisters birthday! Or maybe even Christmas shopping.
