Shoppers Drug Mart

During my visit to fill prescriptions, I encountered an Indian pharmacist who exhibited unprofessional attitude and lacked proper responsiveness to mt quiries. Their attitude suggested a sense of superiority, as if customers had no choice but to seek prescriptions at their mercy. This arrogance needs to change in how they address and serve customers, considering the presence of other pharmacies. In a previous instance, they took my prescriptions, promised to call back in 2 days, but only did so when reminded. It's essential for them to improve their attitude for better service to the Brantford community.

Parking lot is atrocious, finally they added a cart corral which took up a parking space.

Went to buy toothpaste on thanksgiving Monday. The store stated it was open. The dental aisle was blocked off as they were only selling “essential items” due to it being a holiday. I asked an employee if I could get toothpaste. She proceeded to make me stand at the end of the aisle and tell her what toothpaste instead of just allowing me to pick which one I wanted. I followed her down the aisle and she very rudely stated to me “you can’t come down this aisle” all over toothpaste, which in my opinion is essential. Do better shoppers.

The pharmacy.omg. They are friendly enough, great.but if your doctor uses fax (like most do) then you can expect your prescription in 3-5 business years. I have delays EVERY single time I need a prescription ready within the next couple of days! I've lived in different towns in Ontario and never experienced this anywhere else. I don't understand it - but will be changing pharmacies to literally anywhere else.

We have been patrons of this location for over 16 years. The staff is amazing and the service outstanding. Never a bad experience.
