I’m not sure what is happening in there but it needs to be addressed. When I go get prescriptions that are ready there is usually a huge lineup to get served, then when you call in you’re on hold forever. I’ve been on hold for over 20min, I know this place is busy but seriously why is it that the customer is being held hostage and it’s all about the staff needs. I have COVID I need salbutamol and I can’t come into the store. So I need to get some forwarded from the pharmacist.

Dropped off prescription and was told they can do it and it would be ready at 5PM go to pick it up today and am told they can’t mix the medicine so I need to go somewhere else I will never go to this pharmacy again.

The beauty boutique is the BEST!

Sherry is lovely & very friendly, there is another girl with dark hair that is very nice and makes good suggestions, and then there’s Dallas. Every time I have gone to him he has given the best recommendations and has great taste. So happy to see him back!

Apparently they have a new phone service, it's the new we don't answer the phone service, 52 minutes on hold and gave up. Called customer service today and they said to sign up for auto refill. We'll that doesn't always work. Plus I asked for my file from Kemptville to be transferred to the SDM in the 1000 Island mall and of course it was transferred to the one on King Street.

This is the worst pharmacy we have ever had to deal with. My wife waited 29 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and then were in a rush to get her off the phone. She called earlier in the day to have a prescription filled and she was told that they couldn't refill it until October because they said she had enough until then. She had filled the prescription in June which is good for 90 days, they have no lue what they are doing. We will be switching to Leeds Pharnacy, we have heard nothing but good things about them. After being with Shoppers Drug Mart for decades and having nothing but bad experiences, they deserve to lose our business.

They told us yesterday 11: 45 am that there system was down fine we gave them our information from their website off my wife's phone they told us it would be ready later that evening and we would be text but here we are in the store more than 24 hours later asking for the perception and we give the same response
Please get your act together. We did this yesterday. We gave you the information ourselves, and there is no excuse not to have this read last night

Sherry in the beauty department has really bad customer service skills. I was just browsing the ailes and she spoke to me twice in a rude condescending manner. I have shopped at this location many times and I will not be returning. Judging by how many bad reviews there are regarding this specific individual, you’d think something would be done by now.

Appalling, horrible managers and costumer service. Manager "Brenda" gave cashier an unnecessary amount of trouble with a condescending attitude after they put an item in a wrong place.

Sherry, the beauty manager, was so rude. Rather than providing advice, she told me what to buy. When I didn’t purchase her choices she was condescending and unkind. Really unpleasant. She also said I was required to purchase beauty products from the cosmetics cash, which is false (she gets commission if purchased from there, and doesn’t if it’s purchased at the regular cash).

Manager "Heather" has a horrible attitude. She was unnecessarily rude when asked to help find an isle, and then snapped at cashier for ''standing around'' while they were seemingly helping a costumer.

Poor service in pharmacy. For 4 yrs I have called to refill the same prescriptions that are due every 14 days & every time it’s time to refill the prescription there is always a problem. I call at 8 am & I have to call a couple times on that day to make sure there’s no problem & to make sure it gets delivered. The pharmaceutical team do not seem to care. I have complained many times about this issue & nothing seems to be done about it. You don’t not treat your customers in this manner it’s unprofessional
