Shoppers Drug Mart

The customer service at the pharmacy is seriously lacking. At the time of writing it is 8: 01. I'm here with my children waiting for my 7: 20 vaccination appointment. I haven't been checked in yet. It doesn't seem particularly busy; the staff are moving slowly and chatting casually. I understand that things get backed up and waiting is part of life. But it's inexcusable not to address those waiting or to apologize for the long wait. The pharmacist was very soft-spoken and kind. But he didn't administer a bandage after our vaccinations, so we bled on our shirts. Things seem very chaotic and disorganized. It doesn't inspire confidence.

If other options are available, we won't come back here again for vaccinations, even though it is the location that is most convenient for us.

The pharmacy is terrible they put me through a three hour ordeal and refused fill my full prescription because they couldn’t understand how read a script properly and they also refused to release all carry’s even with a doctor order too. Don’t get your prescription sent here they’re will be nothing but problems and they waste you’re time as well

The post office at this location is well staffed with knowledgeable and helpful people. Amanda and Debbie make me smile every day and I much prefer this location to others in the area. While still performing store related duties these ladies multi-task with positivity and great customer service.

Called in a renewal on automated system on Friday 8.4 system said would be ready after 1pm Sunday Aug 7. Noticed Saturday my insurance was charged. So go to pick up Sunday night and I am told it’s out of stock and won’t be in til Tuesday. Did not receive a call informing me of this. Thankfully it’s not something that I need to live day to day but if it was and I was not informed what would it do then? Young girl in pharmacy was rude and short with me when I told her the courtesy would be to call people. Do not like this location at all. Terrible service

I'm giving multiple more stars to Deb from Canada post in shoppers drug mart Fergus. She's knowledgeable, gifted spirit, always wanting to help. Thank you so much for making every parcel I send out effortless. You're the best at what you do. Keep smiling you're truly an amazing soul.

Less than one star. This pharmacy has made mistakes twice on my children's prescriptions, which was extremely concerning. The wait times to fill medications is also way too long. I also feel that they do not take the time to answer your questions thoroughly. I am going elsewhere!

The pharmacy is a joke, tell you they can't give you a prescription you've been getting for atleast 2 years because you dont have the physical copy of the prescription so they give you enough so you can contact the doctor. Doctor calls after faxing the prescription the next week to make sure they will release it and get the same bs from the pharmacist, one of many issues from this place avoid this pharmacy and pick one of the independents in town. 1 star is too many stars for their subpar service not worth risking your health because they aren't competent enough to get a fax and phone call from the doctor to fill your prescription and deny you of your meds that you need and have a prescription for.

Wow! Just placed a call for prescription refill and I felt like I disturbed the person at home. She was curt, short and very unpleasant. I felt admonished when she told me in future " I should call at least 2 days in advance for refills " I definitely will be looking at other options.

Your post office closes way too early. People don’t need to send out mail after 6 pm in Fergus?

Wasn’t given a receipt when I purchased a product, when I tried to return the product they told me I couldn’t with out a receipt. Showed my banking statement and was told to contact manager, they just gave the the generic store number. When I asked when the manager would be in, I was told I wasn’t allowed to be given that information. Garbage customer service skills
