The girl working there was too rude, She was like from arab or somewhere. Doesn’t shoppersmart provide proper training to their workers? Or the staffs are born rude?

Worst customer service towards elder customer and the manager was talking rudely to a senior citizen so shameful and the manager name was JOSEPH

The front cash is a joke. I miss way it used to be with Tammy. Friendly professional customer service with a smile. The new girl is rude and unprofessional. Doesn't seem like she has time nor cares about clients. Bring back Tammy in the morning

I honestly wish the managers cared enough to do something about this abandoned excuse of a shop. Today I missed an important medical appt because I was standing around waiting to get my presto card filled. They seem to mostly rely on self check out, and by the time someone came to the front, I got a mouthful of attitude from the usually sweet Tammy. She asked me if I was waiting, and when I said I was waiting quite some time she smirked and said “ well you can take that up with upper management”
Shoppers, your employees always seem either burnt out and exhausted or too bored and can’t be bothered to do their job. As someone that doesn’t drive and relies on this location, I’m really disappointed: (
This is the THIRD time I got curdled/poorly handled milk.
I didn't check the milk before drinking as the date for exp was November 9th. But clearly this milk was not refrigerated or handled properly as when I opened it there were lumpy curds and it tasted disgusting. The last time, the bottom of the 3.25% lactose free milk containers had a leak. This time, it is Thanksgiving and now nowhere else is open for me to purchase milk.
I do not want to know the horrors that go down where they store the milk and dairy products, but for your own health and safety please avoid. Clearly based on the rest of the one-star reviews here they do not really care about this location.

I called for a renewal on two of my medications. I was called they were ready. They gave me one and one I didn't need renewed.
I waited four days for the other one. They called and said it was ready. When I arrived it was a medication I didn't take any more They refused to take them back and I'm out of pocket. Very unhappy with Shopper's.

Shoppers Pharmacy employees should receive some training about customer service. They also treated another customer very poorly while I was at the store and argued with the customer.

The reviews on here say it all, more negative than positive reviews, and that makes sense to me. Horrible customer service, and the pharmacy never ever ever ever! Answers the telephone.

REGARDING THE PHARMACY, YOU MIGHT WANT TO BE PATIENT. THEY ARE VERY BUSY, YES, THEY SEE YOU THERE, BUT, THEY ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF SOMEONE ELSE'S PRESCRIPTIONS.

It has to be worse store in Scarborough. The pharmacy people see but they choose to ignore you. Rest of staff just as bad. Not a good store for seniors like me. I don't think anything will change.

Pharmacy stuffs are extremely rude, even when you ask the pharmacist a questions she get irritated.

Went there looking for Oralgel for my mother as she has a infected tooth and the dentist is closed for the weekend and today for Thanksgiving could not find it, when o asked the pharmacy the lady just stood behind the counter and looked at me lost and put no effort in helping me, I could not find anyone on the floor and only 1 cashier. When I asked her the same question and told her I could not find what I was looking for she tells me they don't have it without even trying, I left and went to the shoppers at Markham rd and Lawrence Ave and sure enough they have what I was looking (Life Brand) for plus 2 pharmacist even helped me find it and answered question I asked about it. I don't like going to this shoppers (Cliffcrest) cause the customer service sucks and usually cant find someone if you have a question and I only go there when I need to.
