I had a poor interaction with a cashier that was not helpful and spoke with the Manager, Derek who was very helpful. Overall a great store with great staff!

Just got a terrible customer service experience. I needed help finding a product but the only employee I saw was doing all the work, helping customers check out, while the rest of the employees, like 4 of them were at the back, in an "employees only" area just laughing. I suppose the management allows employees to slack off in this location.

Do not go to the pharmacy here!

The staff for the sales floor is good and I have no issues with them.

The issues stem from the pharmacy and that team. The pharmacy staff is unprofessional, lazy, incompetent, unhelpful, and often are caught lying. There have been several incidences where they have messed up my families and my own prescriptions. Here are a few examples:

1. They didn’t cut pills properly and when this was brought to their attention by my mom they told her to get a different medication prescribed to her because this one is hard to cut. I have a pill cutter at home and when I did it, the pills were cut in the centre and did not break.

2. I ordered epinephrine injectors, which are over $100 each. I’ve ordered these my entire life and each time I’ve been given ones that expire in 1 year. They gave me ones that expire in 6 months and when I found out which was 30mins after I picked them up I called. The lady I spoke with said that I can return them but just need to speak with the head pharmacist first. I called the next day to speak with Joe (owner/pharmacist) and he said I couldn’t return them. I informed him that I was told I could and he said that’s not true. So now I’m out the money and will have to pay again for new ones in 6 months.

3. During the same time I ordered the epinephrine injectors I order another medication. Since my teenage years I’ve been given a certain dose and it has not changed. I finished my prescription then went to get the new bottle and the dosage was less. I called and once again they didn’t care, refused to correct the issue and was disgustingly rude to me.

There are many more issues that have happened over the past few years but this was the final straw and my family and I will be going to a different pharmacy. I recommend going somewhere where they know how to do their job, are friendly and care about their customers health.

Was greeted by Lilli upon entering with a BIG smile and when I explained I'm looking for a bottle of cologne for my Father's birthday she went out of her way to show me different samples of colognes to makesure I got him the best smelling one. So I had to leave a review because she was that GREAT! I will definitely be back for Christmas because I know I will not feel rushed and Lilli will treat me like a VIP and not just some customer, I can definitely tell the difference! Fantastic hire and excellent location overall always feel a positive vibe when going there unlike some Shoppers where you can tell the employees are not happy to be working. Just my personal opinion so I choose to go to this location if I have the option and I definitely recommend others to try this location if they want to feel like VIPs ask for Lilli;)

If you like having to call daily for weeks on end in regards to your prescriptions, get lied to and promised medications will be ready when they haven’t even been processed in the first place, than this is the place for you! Beyond incompetent, rude, unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere. Worst shoppers location I’ve ever dealt with.

Instead of checking you out, they hover over you and accuse you of stealing while you scan your items at shelf checkout… do your job and check me out instead of hovering over me doing YOUR job and accuse me of stealing.

Terrible customer service at the till 80% of the time. The cosmetic girls are always great.

I was there yesterday to renew my prescription for diabetic test strips which I am out of and I was told that I had to pay for I tried too renew it last month and I was told I had to wait to March and now I'm told I have to wait until the 18th or pay $180 so now I can't test my blood until then I'm done with the inconpatice of your store

Prescriptions NEVER ready at promised time. Guys, you had like 12 hours warning of my arrival to put pills in a plastic container and have it ready, and you said it would be. Every time. Get with it.

And stop posting the BS “we thank you for your review and we’re trying to improve” form letter replies. SHOW us you RESPECT our business by actually doing better, instead of just saying it.

Reviews are real. My blood thinners have been held hostage for more than a week and despite several phone calls, I can't seem to get it delivered.

Nobody seems to care here. It feels like only one or two people who work there seems to know what to do. Otherwise you're stuck literally without life saving medication.

Unreal this is Canada.

Go anywhere else to get prescriptions. Everyone delivers for free anyway.

Id give this a Zero if I could.if you have perscriptions that you want filled with in 72 hours of your doctors office sending to the pharmacy, DO NOT USE THIS ONE.they magically "don't recieve" faxed in perscriptions when your doctors office finally calls the prescription in to the pharmacy it sits on a voicemail box that is only checked "every six hours"

Store manager is at a bar complaining. I'm fine with that but she started to tell specific issues with clients at shoppers. Really gross. She drinks most days after work and talks like this. I am glad I don't shop here

After That They Stopped Selling my Cotton Candy Perfume i Tried (Only the Cotton Candy Body Mist) and i Aint Going Back to Axe Body Spray thats for Sure

and Then They Stopped Selling Games and Electronics (Which is Usually How i Can Tell a Bussiness is Dying as For Example as Soon as Sears Stopped Selling Computer Equipment and Xbox 360s, PS3s and Wiis Thats When They Went Downhill) i Cant Even Get a Nintendo Switch Here Anymore Outside of Contests

They Did Have a Really Cute Alpaca/Unicorn Plush During Christmas 2021 but After That The Plushes Were Just Meh

Rudeness is unbelievable at the pharmacy. They don don’t answer the phone they don’t notify you when prescriptions are ready just the worst service I have had at a pharmacy.
They really should not be operating totally unfit
