Why must it take 18 screen touches to “pay now” at the self checkout? I just want to pay and leave and not touch the screen more than I have to. Otherwise it’s nice.

Won't deliver my prescription that I've been without for 2 and a half days! I NEED those pills, I'm sick. I have no vehicle! I called them a little after 3: 00, plenty of time to deliver it!

Shoppers is a great place to get what you need if you’re short on time but definitely not the most economical for spending.

Absolute WORST customer service I have received in my life. Staff was tremendously rude and unhelpful. Have worked retail for years and have never encountered a business that conducts like this. Rude, racist, and incompetent staff.

Asked if flu, rsv and covid vaccines were available for snowbirds, answer was no not until end of month. Asked if he knew if available for Canadians in USA. Told to ask Joe Biden and quit wasting his time. Thought that pharmacists would have some info regarding this!

Go to place for many essentials but buy expensive. I only go if I have to otherwise I always prefer walmart closest to me.

Was told by Cashier, tall blonde girl with Attitude that her line is for cash only and I have to use self check out. I told her I do not want to use self check out. She says it's corporate office instructing them to enforce this self check out. This happened on Saturday May 20th. Why am I forced to do self check out.

My friends give me $100 LCBO gift card from your store. When i go LCBO they said there is no amount inside. Then i came to your store. I told to store manager. He said we know this problem. You have to call customer service. Why i have to call customer service? Why i have to spend time in holiday for your security problem? This is your problem not the customers. If there is this problem all the employees have to be extra careful. They have to double check if not enough they have to check three times. Especially all the cashiers. Your store manager wasn’t kind and helpfull. He cannot manage this situation. You have to solve this problem this is not customer responsability.

Excellent staff. The layout of the store and wide aisles allows for easy movement without crashing into another person's cart or getting stuck in a crowd/line. Self checkout options as well as having almost every cashier lane open makes for a quick easy shopping experience

I was overwhelmed how the pharmacist Stephen helped us on a Saturday early evening when my sister in law was released from hospital and the medications were not clear. He called the hospital ward and got it all cleared up. Saturday evening is above and beyond! Thank you!

Had an awfully bad experience when calling the pharmacy at this location today. Last night my mother was there to pick up my medications and they refused because they said I could not pick it up until today because it is considered Day 90 BUT my family doctor approved it so that I can pick up my medications on Day 85. They were made aware that I work tonight and told me over the phone that I would get priority and get my meds first thing in the morning. 10: 00 rolls around and I don't have them and on a number of occasions I experienced staff being very unprofessional indirectly telling me to shut up and on another situation indirectly telling me the world does not revolve around me BEFORE me telling her what the situation was. Also called me today and was told to wait at least four hours, FOUR HOURS to get my meds when it takes AT MOST 15 minutes to get there from my house in a standard drive? Really?

Sooo disappointed.

Close early open late great business most shoppers are open 14-16 hours days. But apparently this location only does 12 hour days. I think it would be fair if you put in the same length of day as every other shoppers. Why don't you open early and let the other location stay open late? That would be fair.maybe they should start paying the employees at other locations more for the longer days too.balance? Efficiency? Hahaha your selling x mas. Chocolates in October and your outta Halloween candy. Real efficent
