Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Their staff is very racist. Worst store!

Worst customer experience of all pharmacies in Sudbury. They hold you to a process rather than trying to deliver the service you want in as short a time frame as possible.

It's a business service culture issue as we've experienced same attitude and approach with all agents behind the counter.

I am tired of buying expired product here. If it passes the best before date, you can't sell it.especially at regular price. Pop and crackers were both expired -_-
I go to call to get it corrected, and they HAVE A BUSY TONE.for HOURS.

It's a okay place. I just don't like how they never answer the phone and everytime I pick up my liquid meds it takes forever. They don't have it ready when I get there. I have to wait about 10 to 15 min at a time in order to get my meds and need to do this every week. Can they not make it a day before so it's ready when I go there in the morning for pickup? And. For the love of God pick up the phone. Lol

I have extremely bad Athsma, I use to get my puffers by ODSP.
My athsma got so bad to the point I over used my puffer and now they WILL NOT Give me a puffer to breathe, I HAVE to pay 20$

I just got prescription today from the Clinic across the road. I now have to take actual Medication to breath, so I once again went to Shoppers handed a newly prescription for puffer AND the medicine
I still got to pay 20 Bucks I do not have. For MONTHS I been struggling to breathe. Only if you even knew the struggles trying to breathe, like out of a thin straw.
I'd vote no stars if I could.

I’m disgusted. *warning! Racism* I have spent thousands in this store and the shoppers franchise in general. Last night this middle aged blonde bobbed Karen followed me as soon as I walked into the skin care section. She stood right behind me as soon as she saw that my partner and I are Indigenous. There was no shame in her game. Literally right behind me just staring making me so uncomfortable we had to leave. You disgust me! Your store has a racism problem, and that’s more costly and disgraceful than a shoplifting problem. I’m contacting the shoppers head office. This has been happening to us even more lately. But yeah, keep wearing your orange shirts, keep pretending you’re not racist, because the spirits set their own justice. You’ll see.
