Waiting on heart meds that were supposed to be delivered Friday. Called at end of Friday, they said Saturday. Called at the end of Saturday, they said Monday
Don’t deal with there deceit, shop somewhere else

They treated me like family, very kind people. Especially the supervisor Sue was very helpful. Probably the best employee in the building. If they hired more people like Sue Shoppers would have a better franchise.

Horrible customer service. Pharmacists are rude and obviously over stressed in their position as health care professionals. We called 3 separate times and were hung up on, each time, by the same woman. Absolute disgusted with the way the pharmacist spoke to us. Was unable to acquire the name of the pharmacist as she wouldn’t give it to us nor transfer our call to the shift supervisor. Zero stars, if you have an account with this Shoppers location I strongly suggest you consider switching to a different pharmacy and avoid being dismissed by folks that obviously don’t want your business. Very glad that this wasn’t an emergency situation where we needed medication promptly and I feel bad for those who are in a similar situation who need medication in a pinch.

I find this Shoppers at the corner of Adelaide and Oxford extremely convenient since it at the corner of a major public transit transfer hub. The store has ok prices as long as you take advantage of the free Optimum card point program and follow the sales.

, i went there with my wife same situation regarding the cosmetics manager sumy… we’ve never had someone from a shoppers talk to us with such disrespect as we are both really peaceful people.
I myself Ended up going back into the store 1 minute after that situation to buy the product that she ripped the tags off for the original price of $18 just so I can make my wife happy
Sumy comes from the back sees me and comes up to me and one of the other shoppers employee, I Did not want to talk to her but she came up to my face while another employee was helping me, then started disrespecting me and humiliating me to a point where I did not want to buy the product and told them both that I am not buying this anymore because of Sumy’s disrespect and I felt horrible. If you are shopping for cosmetics, just go to the shoppers one block away.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, THE BEAUTY BOUTIQUE MANAGER SUMI IS HORRIBLE. I WANTED TO PURCHASE 2 EYELINER AND THE PIRCE SAID ON SALE FOR 8.99. WHILE CASHING OUT IT SAID 17.99. I ASKED THE CASHIER TO CHECK THE PRICE SHE CAME AND SAID WRONG TAG YOU CAN TALK TO THE LADY AT BEAUTY BOUTIQUE. I WENT THEIR AND I SEE HER RIPPING THE TAGS OFF, SO I SAID THAT WAS THE PRICE, SHE SAID ITS WRONG. SO I TOLD ACCORDING TO POLICY YOU HAVE TO GIVE IT TO ME FOR THAT PRICE YOU CANT JUST RIP IT OFF. She didn’t listen.than I seen at the bottom of sale tag 14.99 and she’s like that’s wrong too and started ripping it off. I WENT BACK TO THE CASHIER TO CHECK THE POLICY AND SHE CAME TO THE FRONT YELLED AT ME AND HUMILIATED ME. I SWEAR I DIDN’T MIND THE PRICE ITS THE FACT THAT SHE DIDN’T ACKNOWLEDGE STORE POLICY AND YELLED AND WAS RUDE. CANT BELIVE SHES A MANAGER. February 7th 9: 35

The staff are SO nice. The pharmacy staff really take their time. The cosmetic staff is super helpful and make great recommendations and the cashiers are always friendly. I really like this location.
