Pharmacist was dismissive, unfriendly and did not listen. Denied Covid shot alleging too busy for walk-ins, even though store was empty.
Prices are extremely expensive, and price signs are not updated, so therefore misleading. Check your receipt to make sure you are paying what the sign said.
I will not be returning here.

They don't answer calls. And if you buy gcs there the cashier rips you off or doesn't know how to count putting the wrong receipt on the cards. Shreya is her name.

For a drug store that is this huge.its a little disappointing as their rarely have the meds that we need.either no stock or sold out.needs a little more focus on keeping what is needed instead of the cosmetics that is so extensively stocked!

Posting a review about the pharmacy here. We ordered a vaccine shot here for our son without realizing our paediatrician made a mistake on the prescription (never understand his handwriting anyway). When we noticed that it was not the right vaccine at our appointment, we still didn't realize it was actually our paedi’s error, NOT the pharmacy’s. We went back to the pharmacy and the assistant there patiently explained to me the situation, the pharmacist also reviewed and confirmed our paedi’s original prescription. The pharmacist was also understanding and he kindly refunded me the charge despite it was not their error.

I tried to get a transfer for a child who was in pain and they put me on hold while child and his parents waiting for hours.

The closest shoppers drug mart to my home, I went for prescription medications with sick child, medications was ready but pharmacist didn’t care at all that I am waiting. I was patient waited, she had 3 phone talking, I was hearing it was not so important she was just laughing at the telephone, then I said send us first, she become extremely rude, throw the prescription on me, she didn’t care about my child’s health and life which is totally not professional.

I was wondering why pharmacy department in this store is so unorganized, unprofessional, and untrained! They even do not know how to work with their own computer software app. All the time they calculate my medicine payment wrong and have no clue about insurance coverage. It is like a ROBOT to tell it just do specific procedure and if not works, they say Sorry we are not creative to check the other options! Those 2 Asian ladies in pharmacy are the worst. Thats why they score is 2,5 out of all these comments. SOMETHING IS WRONG, right?

The worst customer service ever. I won’t recommend this place. The receptionist was so rude and hang on me before I finish my speech.

Bad experience at the store, just self checkout available, have to wait for cashier to buy presto card, they insist to require physical ID to purchase youth presto card, never had the issue at any other Shoppers store.

Worst store ever rude management insisted to talk the manager and was dealt with utter rudeness and the owner really doesnt care its like a stable running on loose horses…

Called into Pharmacy and was on hold for 20 minutes. Decided to call in with another phone while on hold on the other. On the first phone, the pharmacist picks up and asks me to please hold and immediately back on hold. 15 minutes later, my other phone is picked up for literally 1 second, "hello" and before I could even unmute myself, the pharmacist hung up. I wait another 15 minutes on my first phone and now the phone is transferred to customer service which I then get transferred back to pharmacy. After another 20 minutes wait, the male pharmacist working at 7: 45pm October 12th, 2022 picks up. I asked him if he could prepare my prescription for pick up in 1-2 hours, as I always do ahead of time. He tells me no, and that I have to physically go in, drop off my prescription and wait 30 minutes? Isn't calling in ahead of time the whole point? On top of that, he was extremely rushed and dismissive to hang up. This is the same person that picked up and hung up in literally 1 second.

Terrible service. This location should be more accountable of their customers.
