Called the pharmacy to ask if they had any Covid Rapid tests still available as a lot of locations do not have them. They picked up the phone and quickly put me back on hold saying "let me check", waited for an hour and 15 mins on hold just to hang up and call another location that had an answer for me in 5 mins. Absolutely ridiculous service.
Brought in a prescription and said I would wait for it. Was told I would be called up when ready. Sat down at one of the chairs in front of the pharmacy. After 1 hour and 5 minutes I went up to the window to ask how much longer it would be only to be met with a huge attitude that it has been ready for a while. If this is the case why did you make me sit here for over an hour and not just let me know?
Don’t bother calling if you have any questions about medicine as they never answer their phones and even going in there is useless. Thinking of switching.
I have only ever had positive experiences here.the staff are very nice and I have never had an issue with their attitude. I am not ignored or dismissed and I never have any problem finding someone if I have a question. I like this store.
The staff are very friendly and they try to be helpful but this place is consistently very understaffed. It took me 15-20 minutes just to get someone to unlock the baby formula.
Absolutely horrible pharmacy service. My wife switched to this Shopper's years ago because she was tired of waiting for 10 minutes. Now this Shopper's will tell you you need to wait 45 minutes to pick up a prescription that was placed hours earlier. They put prescriptions on hold without notifying you or explaining why. Staff behind the counter smirk and make smart comments if you show frustration. If you look at the reviews you can see this is the rule rather than the exception. We are taking all our business elsewhere. Don't bother with the canned, trite generic responses - nobody at this store means it.
I’m done with this pharmacy! Every single time I try to pick up a script and it’s not ready. I’ll go back when they say and it’s still not ready! In the last 24 hours I’ve been back FOUR TIMES and each time they say “ready in an hour”. It’s been like this for YEARS and my loyalties have been wasted. I asked to speak to the manager (wasn’t in) but apparently it’s the head pharmacist anyway. You are not made to feel welcome here, people don’t care, not enough staff, they take in way more scripts than they can fill. I am so done. Independent pharmacy will be the new norm, where they actually care.
Love shopping here because I'm able to collect points for every purchase and they add up quickly, gives me a incentives to shop here more frequently when I receive bonuses by collecting points and earn money by shopping.
