Why is this literally the absolute worst shoppers in Ontario? !
I can't even go here & do my best to avoid it like the plague because literally 9 times out of 10 they never have ANY of the products I'm looking for despite buying it from any other shoppers outside of Woodstock just fine.
They always provide you with the excuse that they didn't get it in their latest shipping But it will be in next Friday and sure enough you return On that very next Friday like they said & they still don't have it and they give you the exact same excuse.
How long can you be a broken record and repeat the same excuse for over 2 years now
Additionally the products on their shelf are in the wrong location more than 70% of the time & they just blow it over saying a customer must have done.
So you're trying to tell me a customer moved and relocated more than 20 of the items that don't match the current skew tag or placement
& that would also mean you don't have even one employee that does front facing in your store
The main pharmacist, a female, whom I believe is the store owner, Is beyond unprofessional unprofessional & rude to the point that I relocated drugstores for my prescriptions back in 2016!
The supervisor of the beauty boutique counter Is a flat out liar whom is ignorant in her knowledge and will not honor 30 day receipt returns even though at the time she makes a suggestion to you she says you can return it if it's incorrect providing it's within the 30 day return policy and you have a receipt.
The fact that they don't care less a citizen ties their dog up directly outside the store barking nonstop for over 20 minutes straight while you're trying to conduct your business Speaks volumes.
I understand the store and it's Staff cannot control a specific individual from tying their dog up outside however when it's an ongoing occurrence and it's directly outside your door providing an unsafe environment in which Preventing customers from entering your store perhaps you should at least speak to the individual and ask them to relocate their dog elsewhere.
Furthermore the amount of homeless and addicts that Congregate outside your store on a daily basis also speaks volumes (Especially when it's a member of your own staff Who is doing the narcotics interaction!)
Glad to see this specific establishment has absolutely no morals when it comes to what takes place at this store location.
Make it make sense Shopper's

Waited for consultation for 20 mins and totally understand that it might take more time, then on asking a girl if somebody else can help me just had to ask something about multi vitamins, she directed me to a lady on another counter wearing white jacket. Instead of helping she just snapped on me that I know I am wearing white jacket but cannot help and on telling her that I am getting late for if you can please help she simply said even I am looking 2 customers at a time and either you
wait or come some another time.

The assistant manager Michelle went above and beyond regarding a product I had purchased online and wanted to return. Thank you so much for your patience during my unexpectedly complicated return!
