Shoppers Drug Mart

The pharmacy is unprofessional I called and was on hold for 10 minutes only for them to hang up on my call. I walk in and wait in line to fill a prescription on file and the pharmacy tech is selling a sales pitch to a woman about having prepackaged beds for her son who was clearly not interested and was demonstrating using another person's prescription. Than the same clerk refused to fill a prescription I had refills on.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the pharmacy team here. They are kind, quick to fill your prescriptions, and always take the time to explain how to use what you're receiving.

Horrendous customer service at the pharmacy level by the pharmacy assistant. Kept me on hold for hours when I hung up and called back she'd immediately put me on hold instead of asking my inquiry. All I wanted to know was if they received my fax before my Dr office closed for the day. Very frustrating to be greeted with "hold" instead of hello can I help you. Basic customer service skills lacking.

I will say the actual pharmacist is a pleasure and very helpful. Not sure if he chooses his staff or the location manager does but they need to hire someone who doesn't hate their job.
