Shoppers Drug Mart

Assistant Pharmacist would not write a prescription for a rash on my hand, instead they wanted me to purchase Life brand cream from shelf.
Being on Ontario Works, my prescriptions are covered, but I'm not able to see my doctor for a few months. I felt discriminated against.

Very unkind staff after purchasing some perfume I asked to use the washroom so I could continue to shop mind you i have three kids and they rudely refused and told me to go to McDonald’s Donald’s they said it was because someone stole items which is ridiculous shame on you shoppers. You can tell that they make exceptions because the staff asked me to come with her to ask the supervisors. I’m sure if I wasn’t a person amid colour they would have not judged me

Terrible shoppers. Asked pharmacist which thermometer to use for my newborn and was recommended a thermometer that could not be used for a child… why would you recommend that for a newborn. Place is dirty and never has items stocked.
