Zero respect for people’s time! Booked a travel consultation in advance for rx for Hep A shots and Dukoral. Showed up for my appointment today and no pharmacist available. WTH? I get an apology from a staff member but I would have much preferred they call me to cancel. I live over 45 minutes away so a total waste of more than 2 hours of my time and a waste of gas. They tell me come back at 2 pm and see if the pharmacist can help me. Sorry I don’t live around the corner and can just stop by and hope someone can help me, I have to be home at 2 pm to get my disabled teenager off his school transportation. Anyhow, I will not return and will not shop here again. It would have taken a few minutes to give me a call and saves me time, $ and hassle. Bad business and poor customer service.
