The pharmacist was really rude. Don’t know his name but he was Indian in his mid forties. The store was supposed to close at 10 and I went at 9.30. He said he doesn’t allow any late comers. Very very disappointed.

The pharmacy employees are lazy. They won't answer the phone and will just hang up if you don't hang up first

Toronto Shoppers requested a file transfer. The 'smart' employes of this brunch sent it to some random brunch in Kitchener instead. It took two weeks and a lot of time on the phone to refill my prescription

This is for the pharmacy specifically. I've had ENOUGH with dealing with them. They are so disorganized and there is only 2 pharmacy assistants that actually know what they are doing. I'm here almost every 2 weeks because they give me either the wrong medication or a lower amount then what the doctor ordered. It takes them all day to fill 1 script. I've had to go to other pharmacies to get meds because this one always seems to be out of everything.

I don't recommend this pharmacy unfortunately. I understand that I am young and picking up opioids, but they are prescribed and for chronic pain. I have them prescribed from a pain clinic, as well as having years of history, but they still pretty well accuse me of being an adict when picking up every single prescription.
They are currently attempting not to release my medication, although they have received a fax from my doctor as well as it being time for the medication to be released.
I will be finding another pharmacy, anywhere else, where hopefully I can pick up the medication without judgment.

Looking at other reviews, it appears it was just told to new owners, and it also appears that a report to the Ocp wouldn't hurt.

Postal manager made mistake when sending money, then blamed me. Never apologized Tooked weeks to get my refund

The indian guy at pharmacy did not have manners to speak with customer so rude and harsh please atleast teach him some atiquate

Like other Shoppers Drug Marts in the Windsor area and in other municipalities. (By way, this site seems to fight you when making a comment. Just why is that? !) ; they have set up many self- checkouts! This site has become extremely difficult to make a post. There is so something extremely wrong with this site.

Called the pharmacy twice to confirm rapid test availability, and was hung up on both times as soon as I mentioned the word “rapid”.

Worst shoppers with terrible customer service attitude. Employees are rude, and need to be trained to respect customers. Employees need to know why they get paid. This shoppers has worst employees ever seen in any retailers so far.

Customer service executive was rude to my Indian friend today. Check your cameras, we shop very often and if you want to investigate I'll come with my bank statements on how regular I'm to same branch. They treated us like shop lifters and behave rudely which is not tolerable. When asked for manager every one ganged up against us. This is how you treat people from other part of the world? How can your employees be so racists. We deserve an apology. I'm going to court and file the defamation against your branch employee.

I called this place to enquire about passport size photo and the lady who received the call was very rude and unprofessional. These people don’t even know how to talk to customers. Looks like the employees at this location are just there for making money by passing time not by serving customers.

I visited this store about four days ago and bought a Polo cologne it happened the lady gave me the wrong one they both look same colour but different smell any way I realized that after I threw the box and receipt came back to the store the lady was nice to me and show me sympathy until that rude girl that happened she work as probably an assistant manager her name is Megan, she sounded very dry giving me a look like I’m a homeless coming to beg I asked her nicely what’s more important to the corporation’s benefit to make customer satisfied and replace it for me she says she care less, I told writing a bad review is not a good idea for the store she said I don’t care go ahead, I just want to ask the manager if they ok this kind of bad personality to represent the store really I couldn’t believe what I heard, all I wanted to replace it for the right one, I had to give one star because there is nothing below it …

Good place to pick some snacks and pops and that’s it, staff is okay but the old lady called Leslie from Canada Post has got some serious attitude problem.

I went there Wednesday, the 14th of April to take photos for me and my family members after I called and confirmed with them. When we were in, I asked a lady she was organizing the chocolates e on the shelfs. I asked her about the photographer. She said the camera was broken. I told here I confirmed our appointment with the lady who answered my call 30 minutes ago so she asked me to wait. Then she asked loudly “ROBIN, IS THE CAMERA BROKEN? ”. Robin said that it is still broken and I wasn’t able to get my photos taken.

Above and beyond helpful staff on the floor, good availability of products, even during covid.
Great sales, worth the extra trip out for essentials. Pharmacy is also helpful.

I’m in utter disbelief. I used to love this location. The employees that work during the day are wonderful. But after my moms experience on December 22 at 7: 00, I will never give this location a dime of my business. My mother is 63,2 year away from becoming a senior (65) in Shoppers eyes. She recently was in medical distress and needed to urgently pick up something from the pharmacy during senior shopping hours. Being the honest wonderful person she is, she asked for help from the security guard. She told him what was happening and her age. He proceed to tell her she couldn’t come in, even though she’s 63 years old and in medical distress. She asked to speak with a manager, who was equally unhelpful. She even pleaded with them to go to pick out the product themselves, then she would give them her credit card to swipe. She also offered for them to pick the product and all she would have to do is pay at the cash. They said no to both of these options. She wasn’t looking to buy anything other than one essential product from the pharmacy. It wasn’t like she wanted to shop frivolously for unnecessary products. He even said, you can only come in if it’s a medical emergency, which she proceeded to tell him it was. Even then, he said no. I understand as does my mom the severity of this pandemic, but shoppers should EDUCATE their employees on what it looks like to have some humanity. I’m so angry, I’d actually like to take this further than a simple review but this is a WARNING to everyone out there about this place and their horrible management. These men (the manager and security guard) are in desperate need of sensitivity training. SHAME ON THEM. They also offered no alternates and sent my mother away in tears. I’m just so disappointed in their lack of compassion during these exceedingly difficult time we’re facing.

They don’t sell gift cards or prepaid credit cards I was looking to buy a gift card for my friends birthday gift.

Wow No Free Wi-Fi as been told. Can't use Pc Optimum App.maybe you need to look into it same as other corporations like Tim Hortons.update: free Wi-Fi is supported, but you need to ask pro employees & they'll show you how to use it.

Frequently out of stock on many items, even on the first day of a sale. Terribly rude customer service and under staffed the majority of the time.

I used to shop here weekly, but am finished with this location.

Security guy closed the door on me at 9.57 PM. But the closing time is 10: 00 PM. I had to get milk only, requested him but he did not even respond.

Walked into the beauty line of shoppers and I had a wonderful customer experience with Amerie. She's exceptional with the skill that goes beyond customer's service. She is a keep gift for shoppers.

I like the location, and it's spacious and clean. Staff are friendly. But whenever I called the Pharmacy, the staff/pharmacist (not sure whom) have very heavy accent, and they usually cannot really articulate themselves. They sometimes confused when I talked about my medication. Not sure if their English is even up to the par or not. Get frustrated sometimes. But they are nice people, but I really hope they can be more aware of their pronunciation.

I bought an eye mask from here and tested it out in the car, but it didn't block the sun very well. 2 minutes later I try to return it, but the staff didn't allow me to. I can't see why it can be disinfected and I've wasted 10$

Very poor customer service.the lady at the counter was so rude and it was almost starting of the day and when I asked for the manager she lied. No doubt, this place need a manager.

This goes for ALL Shoppers locations in Windsor.get rid of that security company you are using. Obviously, they are of all the same ethnicity, whatever, welcome to Windsor, but to chase after a guy down the street, then when he opens his bag and they find nothing (no, it wasn't me) and the security guard drops his bag, upside down, on the sidewalk, then there's an issue. I'm shocked the guy didn't do more than verbally assault the guy. Like I said though, welcome to Windsor! Once off the property, they can't touch the person.

Great selection. Could use a little bit of improvement in managing the lines outside under the current covid19 situation.

The pharmacist Nekpen Asemota is terrible to work with. Nothing but a horrific experience and I've been going here for years. Please do something about this!

Beyond disappointed with the service I received the other night. I'm 8 weeks pregnant and suffering from terrible morning sickness, I had to work sunday all day then I tried to stop by on my way home from work because I realized my anti-nauseant prescription had run out. It was close to closing time, about 10 mins away, which I've never done to them before and never would have tried to do unless it wasn't absolutely necessary. I was denied service and told to go to a different pharmacy. I would be entirely more understanding about this situation if I hadn't gone to another shoppers and had to resign up with all my information and PAY FOR MY PRESCRIPTION because they had none of my insurance information on file. Signing up and paying for my prescription took us maybe 20 mins to get through. Filling my pill bottle took him less than 5 mins. I understand wanting to get out of work on time, but to deny service before closing for something that would have taken her basically no time to do and would have helped a heavily sick pregnant student? That's just beyond cold and cruel. Never getting a prescription here again.

The post office has the worst hours, its essentially impossible to pick up a package and I literally cant ship packages to my apartment so I HAVE to send them here. Is it really that impossible be available for pick up for more than an hour on weekends (the ONLY time I am typically able to come by?)

Avoid this pharmacy if possible. Went in after a root canal because I was in serious pain and they refused to let me purchase a small bottle of tylenol with codeine. I'm a clean cut, responsible, 45 year old adult and was treated like I was a scheming junkie.

Also, they never have white eggs. It's a 50/50 chance that they'll have eggs if you go there. You'd think whoever manages grocery inventory would eventually figure this out, but no.

A shop with all the required items at one place. Though I didn't find anything at steal price. Everything is arranged in good manner. Isles are full of stocks. Could find winter items and other required items at one place. Milk is cheaper over here. There are cool drinks and other daily required items.

THIS IS A PHARMACY YOU WANT TO STAY AWAY FROM,
Customer service at the pharmacy is ZERO. They claim they deliver, they do but incomplete and with errors delivery! They're not willing to fix their pharmacist or assistant pharmacist mistake, But they want to keep the undelivered for the second delivery day! That was at 8: 00 p.m. While their business hours are till 10: 00 p.m. Claiming that the driver is gone home! A dollar in their pocket is more important for them than their clients health.

How are you going to start a sale and the same day it starts your sold out literally Sale starts at Saturday call at 8: 10 and your sold out but store open at 8 lol. And this is all shoppers drug Mart. Don't read the sale flyer because chances are your not getting it. Save your time and gas money shop somewhere who actually get there sale items in. Oh and if they do get 3 or 4 in they are safely tucked away for employees.

Called the pharmacy about my needles to take my insulin and was told their not covered but yet a crackheads and junkys methadone and serboxine is covered the pharmisist who owns the pharmacy did nothing to help yet i called another shoppers and explained my situation and he offered to give me the needles needed to get me thru on a credit dont use this pharmacy at wayndotte and campbell they dont help their clients they dont care about anything unless your able to pay cash go to a pharmacy who cares about the wellbeing of their clients this is not one of them pharmacys
