Worst pharmacy I’ve been too. 3 days is there turnaround for a prescription (ridiculous) Impossible to reach someone on the phone. Always been a line up when picking up. Customer service rude.
Pharmacist are nice but obviously understaffed and poorly managed.

One of the worst shopper to go too. Firstly I brought my service dog in and she’s didn’t have her vest. I was getting attacked cause my dog still a puppy and learning. I show them my document. They still were being very rude and not helpful. Firstly, they should know it’s an against a law discriminate someone that has health problem. Doesn’t matter if the dog is trained or not. My dog is suppose be for my anxiety and ptsd.
One of the worker who work there keep coming at me attack me cause my dog was a bit hyper. She’s still is learning and the lady doesn’t even know her by laws. You need to train your employee stop being rude to the customer who have health problem. It’s against law to judge someone and their support animal! I’m definitely going to go speak to the head office.

Not the greatest location. Security is really a high priority in this store. I picked up an apple card. They're usually dependable. For some reason that one didn't work. Maybe it was out dated not sure. Next time I went in there all the Apple card's were yanked off the shelf. I wished they'd reach out to their customers to make sure they received the money they'd lost. I'll have to call them asap. To recover my loses. Well at least they'll pay you back. Rexhal does the same. These gas bars should as well. After you call Vanilla or Stream to verify the card wasn't used and its defective. If these companies selling card's are dipping into people pockets they should be held accountable.

I went here a week ago to get my prescription filled and was met by Chantel at the pharmacy counter. I have never been so disrespected as a human being by anyone like this before. The absolute lack of care and terrible attitude about something so trivial is unbelievable. This woman is unhinged, yelling when I asked a simple question. Do better, shoppers.

It took 20 minutes or more to get birth control. Maltble times I have called ahead and at one point I was told they can’t get in the birth control until 2 days.

This shoppers in not the closest one to me. I go to this one because they have well stocked beauty section and Nancy is always smiling, friendly and helpful. Pharmacy wait times are long but never had rude service.

Tried using his location for getting my bus pass instead of going out to the mall. Ever since the monthly paper passes for the disabled were switched to Presto, this location seemed to not have the monthly option I needed one multiple occasions. Not a very good location for getting the $46 monthly pass my card is registered for. At least the two ladies trying to help me were nice.
Also had issues using the self check out when buying 3 items a few weeks ago. Machine double scanned one of my items and charged me twice, then proceeded to NOT add the second item when scanned. Screen kept showing me double the items I scanned and I somehow walked out only being charged for 2 of my 3 items. Ended up noticing the this a week later when I found the receipt while cleaning. Not my fault the machine messed up. I don't want to return to this location after having so many issues.

I have had nothing but good service from this pharmacy. Seeing some of the negative reviews prompt me to write this review.
As a Healthcare professional, I have observed some of the disrespectful behaviour from some of the customers. The entitlement, lack of patience and finger pointing at the staff. We have to learn to be kind to one another. You cannot expect to show up with your bad attitude and expect things to go your way. Not sure if we all understand that bad behaviour is not acceptable and should not be tolerated. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

I leave this message with you…. Life is too short to be unkind.

Now that if you are checking out with anything but cash they are forcing you to go through self check out. I REFUSE to use self check out, I will be moving my business elsewhere. Self check out is just corporate and owner greed, and forcing people to use it is not a business I am willling to support.

Sent an email asking for a certain product to see if they have it it’s the Life brand moisturizing base cream, didn’t end up hearing back until the next day from a women named Tina and she said they didn’t have the product. I ended up going there the same day I emailed them instead of waiting and found the product lots of it in stock. She’s supposed to be a specialist that works there she’s clearly not good at her job, get people who know there stuff better.

Worst run pharmacy out there. They loose faxes, don’t even try to fill a prescription, they just say it’s not ready. Take 20+ minutes to answer the phone then 12 hours to fill a medication? Always get told how busy it is, how slammed they are… here’s an idea, hire more people. Worst run since Sherry left. Sherry did not have these issues.

Take your business up the street to the new shoppers, they are actually friendly, they answer the phone within a few rings and I’ve never had an issue filling a medication or faxing my doctor.

I went to the Pharmacy and everything was perfect since the start of the screening process until I left the store. Sierra was so nice to me, I’ll definitely come back when I need it again!

I switched shoppers because of how rude the staff are here. Just by even walking up to the pharmacy counter you can feel the dread and nasty attitude some of these pharmacists have. Especially the red head with glasses, I simply asked to put in my insurance plan and she just looked like she wanted to roll over and die. If you hate your job so much maybe move somewhere else. The other location on highway 2 is much better. They actually take the time to get to know you and treat you well.

I have usually had great experiences here, but sadly this time, this was not the case. I was treated very disrespectfully by a worker (identified as meghan) who came to assist a worker. She was very rude, and aggressive in her handling of the situation, and I was very upset with the way that I was treated. Definitely not the customer service I am used to, or would wish anyone to receive in the future. Do better shoppers.

I moved to courtice about a year ago and transferred my prescription over to this pharmacy. I learned quickly that It takes much longer than my previous pharmacy to refill my prescription, as they are extremely high volume it seems. This is fine. Although today when I called and asked to refill my prescription, I was asked if tomorrow was an okay time to pick it up. Usually it takes about 6-7 hours. I began to explain that I haven’t been able to for two days due to other responsibilities/circumstances, when I was cut off and asked accusingly why I would not refill it on time. I referred to this as an inappropriate question. The pharmacist then continued to interrogated me in an aggressive, inappropriate tone. I could tell she was stressed, probably from her busy work environment. I will admit that I am as well due to being a Mom of three under three, working part time, and am a student part time. I’m very overwhelmed with responsibility. Needless to say I will not be going back due to this experience. A pharmacist should not blame a person for the pharmacy’s inability to process the prescription in a short time. It is not their fault, but it isn’t my fault either. Previously, the pharmacists here were very respectful and helpful. This one crossed a professional line in my opinion. Another note: the pharmacist threatened me with “making a note of this, ” my prescription is for an antidepressant/anti-anxiety. The pharmacist I spoke to expressed how it was her position as part of my “therapeutic” team to ask these questions. This is a very good example of how people in a “position of power” mask inappropriate behaviour. In reality, this “therapeutic team member” just exacerbated my issues. Not very therapeutic if you ask me.

The location at Eglinton Avenue East n Danforth is really really bad on customer service.they make you wait for 15 to 20 minutes if you call n further more for pick up at the pharmacy.people are not at all courteous or helpful.
I am changing the branch or change to other drug store.it is really disgusting.
I have tolerated enough.

Riley C and Denise are just great, fun and knowledgeable to deal with. I really like this particular location and go out of my way to go there. All of your cosmetics are beautifully displayed and there is a huge selection.

It was awkward though when I arrived yesterday. A staff member was going on adnauseum/very loudly about their hours, arrival times, what happens if they are only 5 minutes late schedule/ payment wise. Uggh.
Times are tough enough already. These kinds of conversations should not happen in front of customers. Awkward. Unprofessional.

Everytime I come to pick up my prescriptions the staff are extremely rude to me even though I greet them with a smile. I've left on several occasions wondering why I still go back there.

I do not normally deal with larger pharmacies when filling prescriptions because I am not a fan of the lack of personal touch. Just recently, I had no choice and took 4 prescriptions for medications to this location. I was told they were busy and that it would take an hour and a half to fill my prescriptions. I signed up for text alerts and went home to await my message that my prescriptions were ready. After two and a half hours I finally called to find out the status of my prescriptions and was told it would be another half hour approximately. I finally received the text over three and a half hours after dropping off my prescription, that my medications were ready. When I returned to the store to pick them up, there was only one pharmacist and one assistant still working behind the counter. There was a woman speaking with the pharmacist and I am really unclear what the assistant was doing but, there were two people in front of my in line to pick up prescriptions. All told it was a further half hour to get my medications, while the pharmacist was still in conversation with the same client. Now I understand that it is important for you to ensure that clients are very familiar with their medications but, if you cannot deal with this in under a half hour then, perhaps not making everyone else wait is not the best recourse. Overall in excess of 5 hours to get 4 medications this will be my last encounter filling prescriptions at this store!

Time. Told to come back at a time and have to wait an hour or come back again. Ridiculous how this place operates. Canceled my account and went elsewhere.

First time in store at pharmacy. Its been told by staff member that prescription will be ready in an hour. Came back after an hour but still not ready. It took another 40mins to get medication. Thankfully pharmacist realized and said sorry for wait on the way out. Store pharmacy really need to work on the customer services.

Pharmacy said they had tomoxefin, prescription was tranferred over. Went to pick it up they said they didnt have anything. Later phone call said said it was there went back and Tammy behind the counter made my 82 yr old mother feel terrible. She acussed her and my brother of trying to pull something because she knew nothing of it and said they never had Tomoxefin to even fill a presciption. They tried twice going back and forth. My mom gave up trying and stopped taking the meds for a couple days over the weekend. Tuesday after many phonecalls around we were reassured they had it there sitting in bottle ready for pick up. When got there it was not ready, but at least this time they knew what was going on. 5-6 days to get it figured out. No compassion from Tammy for the stress my mom was going through. Tammy should be hidden away stocking shelves not dealing or speaking to the customers. Other workers in behind were nice smiley and courteous.

I love this location. They are so sweet and kind and helpful. I'll admit, the wait times can be ridiculous (dropped off a scrip with about 4-5 people working at the pharmacy, and had to wait 2 hours to get it). But all in all it's honestly a nice location, well stocked and very kind.

You are a number to them $ not a person who is suffering and in need of compassion. Their extended hours do not make them any more conscientious or attentative to patients needs. Horrendous wait times whether dropping off or picking up.

As stated in other reviews, the pharmacy wait times are higher than other places I've been to. However, as someone with numerous prescriptions and lots of health issues, I am very pleased with how attentive and caring the staff is. If a prescription is expired, they'll follow up with my doctors (at least one of whom is not very prompt - which they are usually on top of). They know who I am and seem genuinely concerned about my well-being.

I needed something slightly complicated corrected on my receipt and I went to the beauty boutique and Shannon went above and beyond helpful, and we had an awesome conversation while I waited for my receipt to get fixed. She was very nice and super understanding and honest!

The pharmacy has been understaffed for years. Not only does this mean longer wait times for medications but the staff are usually grouchy and today, one was even rude. I can't remember ever seeing a pharmacy staff member smile and I've been going to this location for almost 6 years. Are the pharmacists too cheap to hire more staff to help their customer service improve?

I personally have never found the staff at the pharmacy or store anything but pleasant but the prescription wait time as others have stated were unacceptable. I still shop here for convenience of location but my prescriptions are filled elsewhere.

Pharmacy staff are rude. Unacceptable wait times when the place is empty. Pharmacy staff does not make eye contact. Dropped off my last script there today, went to my car, walked back in and took my prescription to a different pharmacy around the corner. I am tired of giving business to companies who don't even slightly care. Why charge higher dispensing fees than other pharmacies and offer way worse service?

Beware the Pharmacy tends to mix up the medication and never delivers as stated over the phone.i placed a pick up order with Nicole after their automated system wouldnt take my RX# (just as hopeless as the pharmacy staff). Clearly stated the RX# as it appeared on the medication bottle, and she confirm 2pm pick up for the same day, when i show up a different woman said its due for the next day.i brought up the conversation i had with Nicole 1.5 hour ago.after a 30 min wait, Nicole scrambling around to get the medication hands it to me i pay and leave, only to find out it was the incorrect medication with entirely different RX#. This time the pharmacist came over to explain they dont have a refill from my doc.after advising that they could have saved me a trip if the lovely Nicole would have clarified over the phone the pharmacist became rather defensive of the incompetent staff insinuating i provided the incorrect RX# even though they were entirely different numbers? !? When i came home i had a voicemail from them saying i entered the RX# on their automated system even though i had verbally confirmed this with Nicole.will be going the extra mile to Walmart to avoid these guys like a plague.

Having a cashier standing at the self checkout yelling for people to come over is not efficient. There were many many people in line and while the one cashier was going crazy trying to help the people in line the other cashier just kept yelling for self checkouts. It would have been much better if she had jumped on a register to help clear the line. The self checkout doesn’t take cash, you can’t get lottery there and from listening to the older people in line they are not comfortable using them. Also when you call out over and over again and no one is coming, read the room.

Just called to refill a prescription, nothing special. Similar to a previous comment, the pharmacy staff were rude and snarky, as if this was some kind of huge inconvenience to them.

5 stars for this location. I incurred a little hiccup at this location during a spend your points event in which a cashier made a mistake that resulted in me not getting the most of my purchase. I called quickly after noticing and spoke to Sherri. I must admit that I was upset during the phone call as I misunderstood the intentions of said cashier, but Sherri remained polite and calm and assured me she would look into the problem. Both Sherri and then another manager Kim came up with a solution to fix the problem. You might be wondering why the 5 stars as all of this could have been avoided in the first place. Well, because mistakes happen from time to time, and if managers are willing to put in an A+ customer service effort, having me leave happy, then that constitutes a 5 star review in my books.

My nurse Sent over a perscription to the pharmacy here. I waited for a while to go get it (went to Walmart then dollarstore) went over to get it and was told I didn’t have a file (I go to a different shoppers usually). Then told me to go to drop off had to make a new file so I did and the pharmacists were rude, very rude. I asked if they go just send my prescription to my shoppers and said they have no idea to do that and thought I would get it here so I said no problem and made the file and hey said an hour wait and started getting snarky with me and very rude so I said forget it and got my nurse to call it into my regular one. Very disappointed in the service here these pharmacist need a customer service training

This pharmacy is the worst one I've ever dealt with. Going to take my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.
