Ereni Girgis is the absolute best pharmacist I have dealt with. She is very thorough, caring, empathetic and provides all around great customer service. I have dealt with Ereni on a few occasions for myself and for my daughter. She has always taken the time to explain and answer all of my questions. When dealing with my young daughter she made her feel comfortable and safe by bringing out a teddy bear from her office. Ereni has also always went above and beyond to help me find the information I needed if it was out of her scope. I believe she deserves to be recognized for the amazing work that she does.

Changed to this pharmacy from the one in niagara, have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. Will be changing to walmart's pharmacy and DO NOT RECOMMEND CARLTON SHOPPERS PHARMACY for anyone who wants their perscriptions on time, to even be notified when your medications are refilled WITHOUT REQUESTING IT & have notification that they are ready, that they have filled the prescription and been sitting in the pharmacy for days. Never had these problems with any other pharmacy. Heavily recommend taking business elsewhere as they won't give you the run around for your prescriptions, LIKE THIS SHOPPERS DOES; ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED THE MEDICATION FOR LIFE, not just a "one time refill" i shouldnt have to tell them not to refill prescriptions without having it requested by me first. STOP WASTING THE REFILLS THEN, AND THEN THE PHARMACY WOULDNT HAVE TO CALL MY DOCTOR EVERYTIME I VISIT. I DIDNT EVEN REQUEST THE REFILLS YET.

Went to the post office to express mail something and the older lady working was extremely rude. Bad attitude. Won't be going back to this location to shop again.

Very helpful pharmacists, well mannered & prompt to attend the walk-in customers. Huge collections of required drugs.

I've used this location in the past and don't remember having any issues. I will return on Tuesday (tomorrow) for a script refill so hopefully my experience is good as well.

Store and products available as expected. Self checkout only when I was there. Much prefer to deal with a person. Spend some money, hire some people for cash to make to make the store a more enjoyable, personable experience that might make people want to come back. Pretty cold and sterile as is!

Drove across town for this specific store, customer service is usually good, I went through the cashier and she threw my change back at me. She looked miserable the whole time. Didn’t get her name but her actions don’t make the store look good at all.

I recently bought a gift card at this location. To find out that it had a fake bar code over the original card. Paid for someone else's gift card. Told the store regarding this thinking they would take them off the self. Went the next day an still had many on the shelf. Until I physically took them off myself. Beyond ridiculous.

Excellent Canada Post / Shoppers location. Staff is helpful & polite, store, pharmacy & CP desk are all clean, organized & stocked.

My boyfriend called on a Wednesday and told his prescriptions would be ready the next day by 3pm. They were not ready the next day and then told they will deliver them the next morning at 11am. No one showed up. The next day (Now Friday) someone calls and says his presciptions (yes plurel) would be ready for pick up the next morning. Saturday morning, only 1 of 3 have been filled, and the one that was filled is for intravascular use, meaing it requires a needle injecter.which they don't have but will order some.for sometime next week.

This a most awesome store, ALL the staff are Wonderfull! They remember my name when I go in and when my partner went for his 2nd Covid shot, he was very impressed! I always get wonderful service, no matter how small my needs are. The Pharmacy staff especially are amazing in how they treat me and all their customers, like family and friends, rather than just customers. As Tony the Tiger would say. "They're GRRREAT!

Ereni, Pharmacist/Owner, AND ALL of her staff, are AMAZING!

One of my favorite stores. There is a but. How do they get to charge so much more for their products? It bothers me profusely. Especially when the majority of customers are seniors. Something wrong with this picture?
When I get say shampoo it is 2 to 3 dollars more than at any other store. Hmmmm.

Good selection but the employees all hide in the back and avoid the customers when trying to check out in order to force customers to use the self checkout. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. Most recently, the employee insisted I use the self checkout, when I told them that I would prefer not to, they went to the back and hid.

I just shopped here this afternoon and there was a lady worker walking in the back with with a male coworker saying out loud how a customer was such a horrible person. Also I was in a long line to get checked out and the cashier just put her sign up and left. Also it took me a while to leave the store because no one was staying 6 feet apart. I am from out of town now, but I used to work for Shoppers In town many years ago! I just found this shopping experiment appalling! You really have to work on your customer service, especially when I saw a lot of elderly in your store!

I just want to appreciate the pharmacy staff. They are always helpful. Especially the lady pharmacist that helped me one time to get my prescription for the night when I lost my house keys. She was very understanding and made an effort to give my a dose for the night. Thank you so much. I will always remember your kindness.

Have been dealing with this store for years, however, I must agree with a few other reviews about one particular person who takes your scripts - very rude and short with customers. The ladies in cosmetics are great as is Sharon the cashier.

Pharmacist Christopher was very helpful. I had so many questions and he answered them with patience and he was very knowledgeable. Definitely coming back here for prescriptions.

Having a great pharmacy is almost as important as having a great physician, and this Shoppers exceeds expectations. The pharmacy staff - from the knowledgeable and professional pharmacists to the friendly and accommodating pharmacy assistants - is top notch. Owner/pharmacist Ereni took the time to sit down with my records and review every medication, suggesting alternatives where appropriate and helping me better understand effects and side-effects. The other pharmacists have been extremely helpful as well, actually coming from around the counter and discussing and advising on meds on the shelves. They are great about contacting physicians for refills and provide wrap-around service. Most important, they take a genuine and personal interest in me and my health. The fact that you can basically live on the variety of groceries and basics in the front end, staffed again by friendly and helpful employees, not to mention a bewildering array of beauty and health products and a post office, is a bonus that makes this place a huge asset to our neighbourhood. Now, if they'd just get rid of those darned self-checkout kiosks.

Horrible pharmacy. Filling a toddlers medication and since the birthdate somehow doesn't match on his insurance coverage and what they have entered in Thier data they won't fill the script.
Clearly I'm frustrated cause my child needs his medication.instead of reminding me I can pay for it out of pocket the pharmacist just kept saying they couldn't fill it. Had I been thinking clearly I would have gladly paid for the meds. Instead I went to another pharmacy and explained the situation and paid privately. Such a runaround considering they filled his script before without issues. Didn't have time to try and fix the situation with my husband's insurance company as they were not answering the phone.and I just needed to get my son home and get his medication started. Thanks for the hassle.

Worst pharmacist I've ever encountered at shoppers drug mart. She likes to quote policy but when you question her on it she says she can do what she wants. Extremely unprofessional and rude. The store is great but I recommend using another shoppers for your prescription needs.

Ms. Draper posted a one star review 3 years ago and I see nothing has changed. The same miserable lady taking prescriptions is still there. We have since moved our business to the Costco Pharmacy where they are always pleasant and helpful. That lady needs to retire.clearly she's not happy at her job

Favourite shoppers to go to. The staff is helpful and friendly. The cosmetics team is amazing, best I've seen at any shoppers location I've ever been to. They are all knowledgeable and listen to your needs and will give you options. They helped me discover the Vasanti line (Canadian to boot!) and its the best foundation/concealer I have ever tried.

Horrible service and they don't honour their sales. Just bought an item on sale but was charged full price and by the time I went to address the problem she was dealing with another customer. What a joke. Shoppers in this city just seem so horribly staffed.

This is my favourite Shoppers! I love the organic products they’ve been adding over the years! The staff, many have been there for a long time, so friendly and helpful. And the pharmacy team, are helping and always smiling!

The pharmacist team is wonderful. I started coming here because Norris Brown and how compassionate he was. The team that has taken over since his retirement has followed his steps. They go above and beyond and make sure your health is priority.

Dude that works here with the pornstashe made my mom and I super uncomfortable and followed us the entire time we were there 0/10
