Went to take passport photos. Didn’t know you can’t wear white. Ended up sharing same shirt with my boyfriend who also needed to renew his passport. Have a good laugh with the staffs. Services were great.

It seems this pharmacy is consistently under staffed. They never answer phone calls. Prescriptions take way longer here than other pharmacies. Please bring in some support so you can better serve the community.

Waiting for a ‘Consultation’ for about 15 minutes, made eye contact with everyone there, MANY customers taken care on front of me until I just stood there with RBF and finally someone said something. I was taken care of in less than a minute. Please pay attention to your customers.

Nice set of medicines and baby products. Post office is great.no lines thanks to cashier + automated stations, located in a zone where finding a parking spot is easy.prices are higher than in a regular grocery store but I guess that's normal

Something shady is happening at this store. I bought vitamins a week ago and when I came home realized that the seal was broken and someone had skimmed pills (just a handful were missing). No big deal, took it back and staff exchanged it happily. Today, less than a week later, I bought a box of 108 diapers. The box was sealed with tape. Came home, opened the bοx and both packages are ripped, and 10 diapers are missing.

That is 4 visits to the store this week and it makes me question the quality and integrity of shoppers drugmart.

The post office staff is amazing, especially the manager who has always gone above and beyond, and that is primarily why I come here, but they really need to shell out for a security guard to address the people at the front entrance. I am willing and able to help by purchasing anything someone claims to need (tampons, food, etc) but am not going to give someone money for presumably drugs every time I just come to mail something. This makes me sound like a callous jerk, but unfortunately this is reality. I will always stop and hear people and their stories, but not when that is met with lying and manipulation.

Our family has had numerous bad experiences with long waits and unhelpful pharmacy staff. Most recently, I called multiple times and spent over 1h on hold when I wanted to ask about whether they are able to administer the flu shot to toddlers. The pharmacy staff never actually answered the phone - I had to go in person to get my question answered (with my phone, still on hold). While there, they told me that they were too busy to answer. There was no line up and at least two pharmacy staff seemed to be standing around chatting, however, so I'm not sure that this was true. It should not have been this hard to get my child vaccinated. Much better pharmacy experiences at the IDA nearby at Silverthorn and St Clair

They schedule vaccinations for when they're closed, and couldn't be bothered to let me know in advance that they had done so.

Highly recommend getting your vaccines somewhere more reliable.

The pharmacy here is good.

The store however has sales talkers (stickers) on a lot of wrong products and in the wrong spots. I’ve encountered this on numerous occasions where the product rings up at the non-sale price and the cashier will double check then tell me the product or sticker was in the wrong place. It’s not up to the customer to check the barcode of the sticker against the product and determine it’s right or wrong when shopping. That is the responsibility of the store staff to maintain the posted prices. If the entire row of product is listed as the wrong price, or if an expired sales sticker was not removed, that comes under the scanning code of practice. Other stores honour this whereas this location DOES NOT.

I once mentioned the scanning code of practice and was told by the cashier that “we only do that for difficult customers” almost daring me to push the issue.

I also find it frustrating that every derm aisle skin care & cosmetic product is under lock and key that grabbing even a $20 bottle of cream is a pain and you’re forced to pay for the purchase in the cosmetics section even when you COULD go to the front cash with the rest of your items.

This location is convenient for me however I will try and go to any other location when possible because this one frustrates me so much.

Natalia in the cosmetics section is a gem. She cares more for the customers than they do for themselves. And she does that without being annoyingly talkative or nosey. Never let her go!

I came today at 5: 30 PM to return recalled Similac milk for babies and best of my conversation with similar company and shoppers drug Mart his office that’s I can return it without a receipt required and once I met the assistant front store manager Justin he was very professional and helpful and not fully educated about his own product andThe procedure of sale and refund he took the matter personally and asked me to remember when did I buy the product two months ago he wanted the exact date the time hour and minute actually most of the time he was acting he is trying to make me feel that I was drunk witches he was drunk I don’t really recommend anybody to come to the store bad management rude staff

If I could do 3.5 ’s then I would. I visit the pharmacy on the daily for the moment, and the more I’ve been coming in since moving to this end of the city 6 months ago, I feel like the pharmacists and the pharmacy’s assistants know who I am when I come in, which is nice and helps with my anxieties and stuff. I feel comfortable with them and their service. Although, as I’m reading these recent reviews from others about the pharmacy service, I can definitely relate and empathize with them about how they feel because other shopper drug mart pharmacy’s I’ve been to in the past weren’t always as efficient and fast dealing with me. However, this pharmacy i can honestly say I’m happy and satisfied with the service ultimately.
The reason why I gave 3 stars is the stock in groceries. Sometimes what’s on sale isn’t always advertised as on sale on the shelves, but as a daily grocery shopper from shoppers I sort of have an idea about what’s on sale and what isn’t. I just wish there were more options to choose from like fruits and vegetables, etc.

Always had good service here! Will say they get incredibly busy and you can wait a while for your prescription or services! Don’t head over when you’re in a rush:)

The only person who knows what he’s doing at this Pharmacy is Andrew. He is superb. Everyone else really needs a lesson in customer service. Horrible wait times and the y are great at ignoring you.

I Hate this Shoppers. There's this blonde manager who stopped me before and made me took out all my grocery from the bag. I came shopping with my son who is in stroller. And today one of the blond ladies, tall started to follow me again. I let her but it's the last time I'm gonna shop at this one. I'll go for a drive to go to others. If I can put zero star I would.

I DID TO DO THE FLU SHOOTS AND I DID REGISTER FOR THE ONLINE APP and have the BAR CODE FOR THE FLU SHOOTS. I wait for a long time, line up AND I FOLLOW Two white individuals andBOTH DONT HAVE BAR CODE OR REGISTRATION OR APPOINTMENT, they allowed them THEY ARE YOUNG NOT ABove 65yrs old same age as me.because the lady is white pharmacist allowed them but in my Turn.they don’t allowed me to the flu shoots and no line up and not busy at all.and They told me just come COME BACK ON NOVEMBER.and it says In there website flu shoots available.how ridiculous this they will ENTERTAIN YOU ACCORDING TO YOUR RACE AND COLOR, #ASIANRACISM

Always has what we need, including a post office and good prices on a range of groceries. They have self-serve checkouts, but I personally prefer to use the staffed cashier. Groceries features good prices on eggs and milk.

Yesterday I received a notification via text that my prescription was ready for pickup, and I phoned to confirm. Today I arrive to pick up my inhaler to find that it is not there, and the pharmacist told me they gave it to someone who needed it more. She apologized and blamed it on the fact that they didn't get their shipment. What kind of service is this? How do you decide which customer is more important? Why didn't you at least give me the courtesy of a heads up rather than wasting my time?

I am not impressed.

Came in today and someone who works in cosmetics was stocking the shelves with her mask BELOW her entire nose & coughing uncontrollably. How on earth are you allowing employees to come into work SICK and not enforcing them to wear their masks correctly in a PHARMACY with sick folks everywhere. Smarten up Shoppers as I am extremely disappointed.

As a regular customer who comes here on daily basis unfortunately today was my last day at this unprofessional and unfriendly place.
Followed by two unprofessional employees, and one of them happened to be a "MANAGER" Kim or Kimberly or something like that, who should be more friendly and welcoming and probably helpful regarding the customers who come here every day! Annoying and unpleasant "chat" behind the customers' back? This is not the way you should treat people who are inside the store!
Anyway, I have just switched this place with more friendly and professional at St. Clair and Bathrust!

The pharmacy can be quite busy at times but customer service is great! With super high traffic, it's understandable why there can be delays but they always deliver. Thanks!

Terrible post office. Clerk got the address wrong when she entered it from my phone. Usually the sender fills this out. Had to correct it. Now it is delayed at the recipient's city due to address verification indicating it is still problematic. Will never ship here again. And Canada Post does not reimburse shipping charges. Another pathetic, cheap Canadian service like everything else here.

I’m not a fan of Shoppers but the staff at this location are great! Andrew and his pharmacy team are the best I’ve ever dealt with and the floor team is very friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars if the outside grounds were kept up better - so much garbage!

Lots of negativity here and it's well deserved.

Pharmacy staff gave us the wrong prescription. They asked my mother to confirm the medication. Now, my mother is not fluent in English so she advised the staff to provide the medication written on the prescription. If the staff believe that the text is illegible, then they should do one of two things: Call the doctor to confirm the prescription or refuse service to my mother.

My mother paid for the medicine, but luckily she did not eat any of it. She brought it to our family doctor to confirm. Yes - it was the wrong medicine and my mom brought it back to the pharmacy. The male staff was frustrated and was rude to my mother. Thankfully the manager helped her out and provided a refund.

Disappointed
My wife went in to get a flu vaccination. We are from BC and the staff seemed confused about how to manage a vaccination for someone not from Ontario. We offered to pay privately but that didn't help. We left after about 15 minutes of waiting. The whole point of having pharmacies do flu shots is to make the vaccine widely available. Administrative issues should not limit access to the vaccine.

Andrew and his staff in the pharmacy are all wonderful! They make an effort to get to know their customers. Just about everyone there knows my name and they try and make sure that you're quickly tended to. Can't imagine getting my prescriptions anywhere else!

The black Caribbean woman at the makeup section is legit awful.
She refuses to cash out customers because she claims its makeup only, but yet when she wakes up on the right side of the bed other days, she will cash out people who aren't purchasing makeup. Flip flop.
She isn't helpful at all, and I cant believe she has a job.

This Shoppers is great. I just moved from Toronto and can no longer be a customer. The Pharmasist, Andrew, is the nicest person you could meet. He explained all my medications and took time to do so. I noticed he was kind and patient with all customers. My roommate, Paul Rennie, was on many medications and Andrew made sure he was comfortable taking them. Andrew is the best pharmacist I have had and I thank him. Maria in cosmetics is very sweet along with the cosmetic manager - I am sorry I forget your name. Thank you to all that have been kind to me at this Shoppers. Earla

Cosmetician name on receipt: H W

- No greeting from the cosmetician when I walked in. Wanted to purchase a cosmetic item in one of their locked shelfs in cosmetics.

- Cosmetician on duty was talking to a coworker for about 10 minutes, talking about lottery group play with other colleagues in the store.

- Cosmetician approached me and I asked her to get me a specific item. I asked her if she can provide a later expiry date for a product. She immediately stopped and looked at me. She told me that I shouldn't get anything that expires later because once the product is opened, it will be harmful for my skin after 3 months.

- No name tag was being worn by cosmetician.

- Cosmetician asked if I had an optimum card, presented my PC Financial mastercard to tap machine for my PC optimum points. Cosmetician said, "that is not an optimum card. " I told her that I can tap my card for my points. Cosmetician looked confused, then said, "oh.ok. " She suddenly remembered PC financial mastercard cardholders can tap for points.

- Presented a coupon to cosmetician and she enters the coupon with an incorrect amount on my transaction. I told her that it's the wrong amount. She then added a fake coupon to the transaction to take off the correct amount in the transaction.

- I told her that I'll be redeeming my points. She redeemed an incorrect amount so she had to void it. She insisted she cannot continue with the transaction. Then she suddenly remembered how to void it successfully.

- Cosmetician, H W, needs more training and better customer service. Thanks.

I don't usually go to Shoppers but I recently passed by and wanted to grab something from the Beauty Boutique. Natalia at the counter of the makeup section was phenomenal. Such a lovely woman and made me feel great and taken care of. Thank you for your suggestion!

I got assaulted by the store manager she pushed me, wouldn't let me finish speaking, kept walking away, was so rude and I was sick. The medication I needed is in fact covered by indigenous and northern affairs Canada for free. I was so sick I needed the medication. She still works there she's on camera pushing me and she goes to her colleague call the police when I was the one assaulted Smh. #whiteprivledge #lawsuit #discrimination

This store is terrible, seldom have the flyer items, poor service, rude staff, long line ups and this frequently offers this poor service. I do my best to avoid this location unfortunately they are the handiest location for me. I complained to the floor manager and her attitude was even worse.

Staff is cold and really should think of jobs not dealing with the public. The only good one was on Thursday Feb 28/19. In the afternoon. Friday they were horrible.
