Rude Pharmacist, Young chinese dude. Didn't even look at me answering my question. Before the encounter, I lined up, after another customer, he went to serve another customer before me. Poor customer service, thats what it seems like at all shoppers i've been to. The pharmacists are just straight up poker face and rude.

Showed up at 6pm to canada Post.sign says break until 6: 35pm. Canada post/shoppers can't afford another trained staff to cover?

Whenever I ask for the washroom from the cashier they don’t delay in answering. This time new worker she took a second to answer.washroom is out service, I take that as dishonesty gesture, many cashier I have asked over 20 years they say yes or no right away without hesitation and not think or look around the store.

Was profiled because I was shopping while black key word buying something not even window shopping wasn't hanging around none of that I'm grown damn near 40. I went to buy toothpaste while I'm looking for a specific brand I noticed a worker eyeing me.she didn't even offer to help me find what I'm looking for. She sees me and i catch her watching me. So I decided walk around and see if there are any other sales in the store. Nothing interested so I make my way to the exit I hear her saying to the manager oh he bought toothpaste so I say whats the problem he comes to me and says sir can I see your receipt. I'm saying to myself for what your employee just seen cash out. Oh just store policy.if it is what happened to all the other customers that left this store unchecked. All I get is sir there is no problem. Anger you feel when you know you are innocent man I haven't like this in a while I had to leave because I felt like tearing up that store

The Sales person under the name of Jasmine; SOoooooooOOOOO GOOD I would recommend her because she was so thorough with my fragrance search and was so patient and so knowledgable, I dropped in to leave a good review in the survey paper they gave me but couldn't find a place to leave her name and hence, here I am.

Had a really bad customer service experience today. I had already paid for the things I bought and it showed approved, I had already charged for everything but I didn’t get the receipt. I told this to the cashier and she made an argument and compelled me to call my bank even it was there system issue. She was keep saying I didn’t pay for that and made me feeling embarrassed. She was really rude and angry on me. I called the bank and they confirmed it’s the shoppers system error. I wasted more than half an hour to make them realize that it was there fault. Very bad and rude customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Dear owner please tell your employees to talk to the customers properly and understand the situations.

I was a long time shopper here and refilled my presciptions here for 3 years. Today, when I tried to pickup my prescriptions, they said I couldn't pick up because I had a email prescription. I didn't know that was not allowed and that the doctor needed to fax my prescription there. But what I don't understand is WHY they filled my prescription and the way the WHITE FEMALE MIDDLE AGED pharmacist told me about it was so rude. THEY MADE IT SEEMED LIKE IT'S MY FAULT THAT MY DOCTOR EMAILED MY PRESCRIPTION? !? !? ! You could have called me ahead of time and told me to call my doctor or better yet call my doctor's office for me?

I will NO LONGER BE USING YOUR PHARMACY FOR REFILLING MY PRESCRIPTIONS EVER AGAIN. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The lady in the Beauty department of the store was amazing. I went to ask for the exchange of my open maybelline foundation as i got wrong shade.she was really helpful in suggesting my foundation shade. Good in answering all my queries

Their customer service is very poor. Even the manager has to go take the training all over again. They can’t even help the customers with good attitude. Each time I go there not even 1 good employee I see. All of them are rude!

This location has poor restocking, often items are not available for weeks. Also, the young Asian male pharmacist has a very poor manner in dealing with customers and does not seem to enjoy his job. Does not care to provide instructions on medicine and seems very cold and rather rude. Unfortunate experience at this location.

The worst shoppers ever. The shelves always empty even in regular time, never mind holidays. Milk section you have to always get the guys to bring milk from the back, and when you do They give you altitude and weird look. Not sure if family run business or so but men I will never ever go ack.

Large selection here although for the pharmacy, expect to wait at least 30-40 min for any prescription.

Best Drug mart in town. I got all my vaccination from here. Manjinder is always eager to help. Very clean and sanitized location.

If I could rate 0 star I would. The worst shoppers, worst customer service. I have been shopping in this shoppers for years. Yesterday, I planned my shopping around $100 and I had a few coupons and I remember in the past they let you use 4 coupons per transaction. Yesterday, the store manager (super rude lady) came up and said: 2 coupons per customer. There is nowhere in the store that says that. I had to leave everything I was going to buy because they make up their own rule and wasted my time. In the past, I had to educate her about the coupon’s rules because she DOES NOT KNOW what is one coupon per purchase vs one coupon per transaction and one coupon per customer.

Poor service, there was a Chinese gentlemen at the pharmacy very rude and pure racist. I went in today Sep 7th to inquire about covid testing and he is like why did you come here go somewhere else to do the testing don't spread the virus at his location, come on man that is not acceptable at all. Just advise politely where to go to do the test instead of talking like that. I would not go back there again, looks like he was the owner of that pharmacy not sure, if he is the way he treated me not fair at all.

Store shelves looked a bit empty and didn't really see staff around but it's a convenient location.

Hello owner, I have been your store bought cosmetic stuffs today. I paid for everything. When I leave your store. All products should de demagnetize. But your store didn’t do that. I have been many times purchased stuffs from your store. All the time cosmetic’s staffs and cashier did not do demagnetize for me. They checked my receipts and bag inside very well really embarrassed me. Actually is your staffs problem (just sell and want customer to leave). They didn’t do all the steps to customer. Again, after I paid for everything, should be no sound for customer exit your store. Please talk to your staffs and re-training them. Your store should hire security guard not the staffs be security to check customer. I am hurt and I consider calling lawyer. It made me uncomfortable. For this time, I really finish with your store. Goodbye!

Canada Post just stare at the phones or what? I tried so many times on different days and they never pick ip their phone. Better off if I were to use pigeon messaging.

Terrible customer service, make sure you bring your ID with you when you buy gift cards there! You will be consider as a criminal! ！！

Beauty department advisor went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. I’ve been to many shoppers over the years and have never had such amazing service. Really made an impression on me!

While the pharmacists there did try to be helpful, I’m extremely surprised that they were not aware that certain drugs are actually available and free at some hospital clinics. Or maybe they did know of this, but chose not to tell us? Ended up paying nearly $200 out of pocket when we didn’t have to.

The Pharmacist Owner, Dominic Ng, is always professional, helpful and goes above and beyond. My prescriptions are all filled on time, and available when requested. He explains all possible side effects and answers all questions. I would definitely recommend his pharmacy!

Do not buy electronics from Shoppers - no refunds, guarantee or warranty per their Refund & Exchange Policy. I bought a tablet that could not even turn on. I explained the situation to their store associate the same day but they would not budge. Buy electronics from somewhere else - they can literally sell you a tablet they kicked around in the backroom and you wouldn't know until you open the box at home.

Poor customer service. Very unpleasant experience trying to exchange “Shoppers” medicine item that had a broken safety seal. No luck. Conveniently absent responsible “Manager”. Staff is trained to frustrate customer and offer excuses to avoid providing service. Best to stay away from this location.

Staff have no life and not enjoying their work. Unfriendly and rude at check out. Unwilling to help us look for stuff. Been there twice. Both times leave with unsatisfactory results. Staff not professional. Will not be going back to this store ever.

Most sale items are usually out of stock. They don't replenish stock like other Shoppers Drug Mart's. This location does not remove stolen merchandise from the shelf. I've visited this location numerous times and keep finding the same items on the shelf with the actual product missing from inside the box - the staff don't remove it. The customer service at this location is also quite horrible compared to other stores. If you are purchasing cosmetic items at the front cash, the cashier will tell you that he/she cannot process the transaction and that you'd have to go to cosmetics to buy it. If the cosmetician is busy with another customer, you have to wait, you cannot go to the front cash to buy your cosmetic items. The type of clientele at this area makes it understandable for staff to be irritated while on the job.

This Canada post representative is always on break. It doesn’t matter what time I come.

Canada post please do something about this.

Poor customer service. I asked to purchase an OLG $20 super pack and the cashier said they don't offer it. I kindly asked her to look in the OLG terminal and she will see it. She still refused and added that she was never shown how to do it. Lack of training does not justify refusal of service. Ask. For. Help.
