Worlds slowest post office.everytime i try to simply pickup a package it is atleast a 20min wait in line.the staff is wonderful but the wait is just not worth it.

Katheryn at the pharmacy was incredibly helpful, patient and kind while dealing with an insurance error. I couldn’t thank her enough! She’s always dignified and respectful and is an amazing ally, she’s been great to have in my corner through the legal name change process. She’s absolutely amazing! Thank you so much Katheryn!

Don’t get your passport pictures taken here. First they would charge for the pen drive and the next day they say we cannot use the pen drive for printing the pictures. This is a scam to over sell stuff you can’t reuse in future

** Only reviewing the Canada Post desk. The rest of the shoppers is fine. But certain employees at the post office have her personal skills and basically ignore questions and comments.

Many of your patrons dislike the self checkout! I was in your store 20 minutes ago, the line up at the one open cash was several people long, I asked if there was another cashier available to open another cash, the ‘gentleman’ operating the cash simply said NOPE, in a loud voice VERY RUDE!

I just went by the pharmacy today, and had my ohip and insurance ready so that I could get my meds. I tried to be as polite as possible, but she really made me feel out of place by asking me why I was there with her arms crossed, and that's after I mentioned I just recently moved to the area. I was there for picking up a prescription that my doctor had sent over to them for me. She denied receiving any prescriptions for me, and I left empty handed. I'm really looking forward to dealing with this rude assistant again *sigh*

I've been picking up the same medications there regularly for over four years - and each time I'm still treated like it's the first time I've ever been there. Too many times the pharmacy staff ask me to confirm my full name and address when I come to pick up my prescription medication. Since they're a few metres away when they ask, I end up verbally speaking it and then having to more loudly spell it out when they don't hear me clearly due to ambient noise or my mask muffling the sound, and my street's weird name. Could you please make it the standard practice to instead ask for someone's identification card (driver's license etc.) to confirm name and address so I don't have to announce my full name and address for everyone within earshot to hear?

I usually go to a pharamcy nearby my house but as it was Sunday evening and the pharmacy was closed I went to shoppers drug mart and asked for a drug. The lady who I guess was a pharmacy consultant was extremely rude and arrogant. She even asked me to go to the pharmacy from which I get medicine and buy it from there. IDK how could you behave with a client like that

definitely think twice before going there. Ain't coming back.

I had an appointment for make-up today, for my step sons wedding. Jennifer the beauty boutique manager, did a fabulous job. So professional and knowledgeable I was so happy with the results. She also helped my daughter find the perfect concealer. Thank you again

Not enjoying the teen-like attitude from the post office lady. She acts like she's doing you a favour rather than a paid service. Much prefer the friendly and kind Carlisle post office.

I stayed on hold for over 20min trying to speak with the pharmacy to renew a prescription because for some reason the automated system won’t recognize a number option after the first one. I would be better off going in person and waiting. Maybe it’s time to go to the pharmacy in the fortinos plaza. This is ridiculous and seems to happen every time. So disappointed.

Best pharmacy team I’ve ever interacted with! Always prompt. Even through the pandemic, I’m sure they’ve been busier but they’ve always been friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here.:)

I wanted to put a review of this particular Shoppers Drug Mart. They were more than amazing accommodating my mom with her disability. They went above and beyond and with a smile on their faces. This is a rarity in these uncertain times.

I guess they don’t care about Covid protocols here…I went in today and watched this lady walk in with no mask on. Three employees walked by her and nothing was said to the lady…Considering there are strict protocols in place right now with Covid cases rising by the day, you would think they would be more strict…I definitely don’t feel safe shopping here if they don’t care about Covid protocols.

Their pharmacists are the worst.pretty much every SHOPPERS DRUG MART has the same type.the ones that don't have time to look/talk/answer your questions. Rude. Go with Walmart Pharmacy, 10 times better!

Fail to understand why I was scheduled for an 8: 45 AM booster shot when the doc doesn't start till 9 AM. A whole family sitting in the chairs for one squirmy kid visit with the doc. Pathetic. Waste of my time which is dollars lost. On the other hand the doc was very pro, figure the Shoppers system is to blame.

I received a 100 dollar gift card that was purchased at the Waterdown location it was tampered with and after an investigation they refunded me the money.

Kim who does the deliverys deserve to be acknowledged for her dedication. In our last major snow storm she was out and delivered. Driving and walking in so much snow. I truly hope she was recognized for her efforts and dedication.

We fill out prescriptions here & they’re always accurate & ready promptly. Pierre & Andrew are knowledgeable & kind & have helped us with many enquiries over the years. They have earned our trust & respect.
We also enjoy shopping here & use the post office on occasion. Most interactions with staff have been fine to great, including with the young ‘uns on the cash registers.

I spoke to a lovely man named Jake Zarostec. He was very helpful when talking to me about a personal product. He was a model employee and very respectful. Thank you Jake.

One of the male employees was extremely rude and deliberately unhelpful when looking for assistance while shopping for allergy medication. At no point would I ever reccomend going to them for help.

Just called about getting my second shot at this location after being on the website as stated on the phone call the lady wasn't very friendly on the phone and refused to listen to me as I stated that their website brought me to this location stating they had it in stock.really really hoping she has a better day because thats really bad customer service.

All the employees are polite, friendly and willing to help. I'm a regular here and they take the time to remember my name and whats going on in my life. They care about their customers Wellbeings.

Worst stocked shoppers I've ever seen! How does a pharmacy not have any first aid supplies? !? ! Had to buy a 50 dollar first aid kit in order to get a roll of gauze for a major cut. Just inexcusable. Supply chain is no longer even an excuse, lazy and poor store management is the only thing to blame here

Helen is absolutely rude. She follows you around and makes you feel like you’re stealing or up to no good. As a woman of colour, I’m very sensitive to this behaviour and I feel it’s nothing short of racist. I have no idea how she is still employed there, there is no way she hasn’t received complaints on her inappropriate behaviour. Avoid her at all costs

Did the online COVID 19 screening and got a confirmation code. Went to Waterdown shoppers location to get my flu vaccine. To my surprise they told me that I need an appointment which wasn't communicated to me when I did the online questionnaire for screening. Then the person in the pharmacy said to check back after October 25th. I wish they communicated clearly without wasting my time and putting myself at risk of going into a pharmacy.

Consistently one of the worst Shopper’s I’ve ever been to, from the over aggressive cosmetic staff to the Pharmacists who generally seem bothered doing their job. I wish there was another Shoppers’s near by.

Quite efficient in obtaining prescription meds. Never seem to be too busy to have it done here.

Never happy with the cosmetic staff in this store. Helen and a few other of the cosmetic girls are rude and quick to make you check out at the boutique with them so they can cash in on their commission. Rarely offer help and when they do most are very clueless about their products. I've never had a good experience at this store in cosmetics, customer service is greatly lacking.

One of the most professional and attentive pharmacy staff I have ever experienced. Clean, professional store with friendly, helpful regular store staff as well. Whom ever does their HR knows how to pick good customer service reps, which can be rare these days.

Horrible customer service all around, I shopped there sunday may 31 wanting to purchase whitening strips and it said ask for assistance to purchase. I asked cosmetic department who was reluctant to help saying she needed to call someone for them. She paged for assistance They came, reluctant to help again said she would have to go in the back and meet me up front. I waited holding up the line the cashier gave me attitude and said she had to cash me out.
All that for whitening strips that i didn’t get.

The guy standing at the Canada Post counter said “were closed” as the clock literally struck 7: 00 pm and wouldn’t help me. Wouldn’t even spare 30 seconds of his time to help.

The owner is useless! One of his employees was very rude on the phone and of course it was my fault. His investigation was asking her coworkers if she was rude on the phone. Well surprise surprise they lied and said she was not rude. Never a cashier always a big line up and lots of attitude. This is just one of many problems I have had with this ghetto shoppers. I will avoid all Shoppers as much as possible and will not step foot in Waterdown shoppers drug mart again.

Website clearly showed opening hours on Christmas Eve till 10: 00pm. Got there at 6: 30 with my son who we suspect has pink eye only to find it closed! Staff that were there completely unhelpful and couldn’t care less! Would rather drive to Burlington in future!

I absolutely love this shoppers. Nice people at Canada post, very kind consulting people at the pharmacy. Unfortunately I was there twice for my daughter’s prescription and I was charged both times. At the beginning I thought it could be that the prescription could be not covered under OHIP kids plan. After reaffirming with my doctor that the specific latest prescription is covered, I was back at the pharmacy again and the same gentleman RYAN who prepared and charged me the latest prescription told me that he is ready to refund me. I asked him since I gave him my daughter’s date of birth, how come he still charged me for her prescription and he said last year every kids were covered and this year 2019 not every kids are covered. I just feel that people working here should check with the parents proactively if their kids are covered for free prescription or not instead of just charging you and assuming your kids do not qualify for free prescription. If you are dealing with RYAN please ask him if your kids are covered before paying. To be honest I don’t think he’s deliberate. But because of RYAN we would rather go other shoppers nearby for prescription from now on.

At Shoppers today, Sobey Plaza, Waterdown for our flu shot. Pierre gave us our shots, lots of info about the flu, couple of big laughs as he is a jokester. We had Pierre last year to and really appreciate his service, professionalism & good humour. Recommend this Shoppers for all your needs.

Pretty good location. It's usually my go-to Shoppers. Staff are friendly and helpful and prompt. They usually have everything I need. There's only been the odd time when an item isn't fully stocked. Their location is so much more practical than the previous setup.

They never pick up the phone when I call to refill my prescription. I suppose these people don't know how to use a phone. All that education to become pharmacists, and they skipped out on the telephone 101 course I guess.

Pharmacy was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been taking the same medication for 10+ years. If I don’t take at the same time everyday there’s problems. I didn’t have my medication on me and asked to buy one pill to get me through the day, and they refused. They wouldn’t call my normal Shoppers location to verify, then insisted that i transfered my prescription to them and buy a whole container. I called their head office and no help anywhere. I went over to IDA, no problems.helped me right away. I would recommend IDA over Shoppers any day. They called to make sure my prescription was accurate and quickly got me what I needed.

I’ve had multiple TERRIBLE experiences with that ONE location. They denied me my prescription.that’s not me trying to get my way.it’s me trying to live. Smh
