Shoppers Drug Mart

Terrible service. Left me on the phone for an hour. Pharmacy staff needs training and education.

My husband and I went to the Shoppers Drug Mart a the Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket to receive our 5th boosters for Covid-19 and our Flue shot. Ruzanna was the pharmacist that assist us. She was extremely friendly and extremely professional. Thank you for the excellent customer service and experience

Small store but has the basic. They have a Canada Post and photograph services. This was the “cheapest” option to take our pictures. Location is not great… parking and going inside the mall takes longer than a normal store….

I have been coming here for a while and the staff in the cosmetic side are regularly rude and constantly breathing down your neck as search through the isles. Honestly I rather go across the street to the other location.

Much smaller store Than I am used to. Found it a little cluttered and congested. A Little too many displays in aisles. Kudos to the staff who in the middle of our cov19 issue they were scrubbing the floor and areas. Good for them and shoppers. This location has been here for years in the Upper Canada mall in Newmarket

The Canada Post staff here are useless and f.ing incompetent, especially the white hags working here.mess up my order everytime.thanks to the young man who helped me out fixing their mistakes.

Febuary 10 2: 34pm i walked into the make up section looking for a face mask to cleanse my face. I walked by the two specialists signalling them for help and they just ignored me. I don’t know if they are homophobic or if they are uncomfortable around people with disabilities. I waited for about five minutes for them to help me but they kept chatting with each other.terrible staff

The BEST Beauty Boutique out of all the Shoppers! I have never been disappointed when I first walk into the store through the Beauty Boutique. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and not pushy for sales at all! Maya the Beauty Boutique associate is absolutely great. She assessed my skin type and recommended the best products just for me! Thanks Maya!

Great store. Always so clean, organized and the staff are exceptional. They are always ready and willing to help you look for products and answer your questions. The ladies in the beauty boutique are never pushy and truly enjoy helping their customers find beauty supplies that fit their needs. Francis (the owner) and the pharmacy staff are always so helpful and always able to answer any questions I have. The employee turnover rate at this location is so minuscule, you never see any new employees in this store. This is how you know they are doing something right.

Nice staff. I take all my medications from this pharmacy. Now almost 4 years. And their online portal is very helpful, you can request refills without leaving your seat. You can even make it auto-refill.

I called in for a Nikon D3400 camera as I am a student and need it for school. A guy named Ken said he would hold it for me as I was coming from Toronto. I offered to give my name and number to keep in touch with me but he said it was fine. I ran over in under an hour but to my surprise it was sold. I asked Ken why it was sold and he told me the manager would not let him hold it. If I was told that I couldn't reserve it over the phone, I would not have wasted my valuable time and money for no reason. Highly disappointed with the lack of communication and the manager's absurd policies.
