It’s sad to see how customer’s bad ratings are due to the pharmacy.
I personally go here for other products, quick in and out. There is always available staff on the floor who cheerfully assist me when I need them. Friendly cashier. Quick checkout.

Worst pharmacy ever. Takes weeks to get a refill and last time I got someone else's medication. They are damn lucky I read the label first.

Pharmacist never come on time and due to that they don’t open the store which makes really angry to person it’s not about once but i went twice early in the morning both the time he was not there.

Dude that delivers must be smoking crack, had my package sent back to Edmonton beacuse they couldn't verify age for the package? Even though no one at my house is under 18 and didn't even open the door.

DO NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT PHOTOS DONE HERE.i was unfamiliar with this location as i go to a family pharmacy but mine didn’t do photos. Their backdrop light thing you stand in front of is at the cash register so while a line starts to pile up everyone stares at you annoyed because the cashier does the photos and is now waiting for us. This was their only person on cash too. This isn’t the main reason i say not to go here though.

The main reason not to go here is because this location has not figured out how to purchase the correct ink for the stamps on the back of your passport photos. I mean the stamp that says the date and place the photos were taken, required by the government for these photos. We had to redo my photos 3 times due to this ink on the back smudging. The third time i took the photos home to let them dry over night and the next day i touched the corner of the stamp and it STILL smudged. It’s luckily legible but next to impossible not to smudge on its way to the passport places because it will smudge even in a folder.

My only problem is that they NEVER answer the phone.it goes from ringing, back into the queue 10s of times before anyone answers IF they answer. Other than that I think the staff is very polite and efficient

I wish I could give 0 to pharmacy, they making fun of my mother accent and told her to wait for almost 3 hours. If you care about your time don’t go there.

The worst service, Kunyar (my apologies if I got your name wrong) is the reason I will not return. Definition of incompetent, rude and did not give a care in the world that they were 2 hours late, laughed and said "only ten more minutes" Jordyn was the saviour, she was amazing. This job isn't for you Kunyar, I wouldn't trust you to get a Tims coffee order right.

Lovely young lady at the till at 430 pm. I think her name was Mackenzie (pardon the spelling) went above and beyond to be friendly and super helpful. Thanks again.

I never leave reviews for places, especially negative ones. Usually I'll just complain to myself and get over it, but this pharmacy, it's awful. The worst experiences trying to get medication I've ever encountered. They take FOREVER to fill prescriptions. I took a new one to fill last evening at 5pm. They told me it would be an hour, not amazing but fine. I couldn't wait around that late so I told them I'd pick it up tomorrow and I was told it would definitely be ready. It's now 3pm the next day and it's still not ready. It's a week's worth of some pretty basic antibiotics.
Unfortunately this was not the first time the service has been horrible. The employee attitude is fine, they seem like decent people, but they are just very bad at their jobs. I'm switching all my family's prescriptions somewhere else asap.

Easily the worst pharmacy for service. Every time I need to pick up a prescription they say an hour, I show up two hours later and have to wait another 30 minutes. Good luck getting them in the phone to see if anything is ready. Get your pharmaceutical needs fulfilled elsewhere, this place is trash.

I always request this pharmacy to fax in a renewal to my doctor as soon as I pick up my last repeat 3 weeks later and 3 times I requested the fax to be sent my doctor received nothing it wasn't until my doctor called the pharmacy directly and 5 minutes later the doctor received the fax

Picked up a prescription and realized (during a busy lineup) I was given the wrong amount of pills (less). I thought medication was double counted. After a few minutes waiting (while more people lined up) they informed me they were positive no mistake was made. They announced they would further investigate the discrepancy and contact me later. What shocks me is I just read a review (from only 4 days ago) of the same instance; someone was given the wrong amount of pills. The manager/pharmacist in charge should have at least been extra alert/cautious after the most recent issue. The amount of pills in my prescription was not a lot, so it's even more confusing how it was miscounted. I can understand if it's a lot of pills, but mine was less than a handful. I wonder if the owner/manager takes these discrepancies seriously, because if it was my pharmacy, I would be having a strict meeting with staff about how unacceptable this is and to double count or have more than one staff member check. Eventually they realized, via camera footage, there was a mistake and rectified it later. It's still disappointing and a shame, especially with high dispensing fees. Hope things improve.

I went to this Shopper's for my second COVID vaccine.the pharmacist was the most gentle administrator of a needle that I have ever seen! I did not even feel the injection and there was no blood whatsoever. He could not even find the site of the injection delivery. I would recommend that anyone with a needle phobia see the daytime pharmacist!

Cashier with pink hair is the rudest person. Flipped a lid on a product of styling gel to smell the contents. The ignorant cashier told me it against policy and I had to purchase it. This girl should be fired.

If you happen to stop in at Westgate plaza to use the post office, Isabelle is the perfect person to help assist you with your needs. She is kind, and does a great job in making sure you get what you need.

Shop here regularly for the last 6 years. Most the staff are nice but some think sarcasm and making more the 15 go together, which they don’t.
For example- at Walmart if you don’t like the product you can return it even if you used it. When I asked the lady old enough to be my mother If I open it can I return and and she goes obviously not rolls her eyes. I said well Walmart does so I was just asking. I’ll go there.
Little to not items and none I want. Always driving to water street.

Post office workers are nice.

Today was my last day going to this pharmacy. I've had enough.
With such a low level of competency the staff has, I'm shocked they haven't severely hurt or killed anyone yet.

I can actually see this store from where I live, but after a year of incompetence and rudeness I have decided it's worth going across town to the other shoppers.

Went to purchase a pair of 2025 battery for $10.99 and they charge an $9.00+hst Environmental Handling Fee. As of Feb. 1,2019 the EHF fee in Ontario has been changed to $0.00. Who's pocket does this overcharge go into?

Asked the pharmacist to suggest medicine for my cold.told him all my symptoms and he was rude and didnt suggest an accurate medication.not impressed.cashier was nice.but ill be shopping elsewhere.everytime i go here the pharmacy acts like youre an inconveinance and talks down to you.

One of the worst Shoppers Drug Marts in the area, no food section, the post office section is extremely rude to the customers. A small store with nothing in it that caters a convivence of overpriced items to seniors. I gave shoppers another try yesterday and my opinion has not changed, very unorganized.

Pharmacist was incredibly helpful and patient. Took the time to look up different medications to make sure I'd have no issues with my allergies.

Service is not only poor it’s potentially life threatening. If they can’t fill a prescription in it’s entirety they will give a couple pills but not warn you before pick up. If you’d had plans to leave town or go on vacation & need your meds, you’d be cancelling. They have a surprising inability to read the prescription label and prescribing doctor, sending refill requests to random physicians and then call the patient to advise the refill was denied, of their own fault. College of Pharmacy must be advised. STAY AWAY!

Terrible pharmacy service. No need to ask if prescription can be done at a certain time.it wont. I gave 4 hours notice.had to leave and return again

They have made multiple mistakes with my prescriptions, once causing me to be extremely ill. They also have terrible communication with doctors and hospitals. They have told me the doctor never called or faxed when I was sitting with the doctor at the time. They are incompetent, do not trust these people with your life. The last straw for me was the way I was treated on the phone, they are ignorant and disrespectful and do not deserve anyones business.

It's a small store but staff is really friendly and helpful. Pharmacy people are great and make my prescription ready on time. I am really happy with their service. I don't know why some people have negative reviews may be they are not telling the truth of why they are not happy. I have found no problem over the years. Great job and thank you.

Excellent customer service through out and my prescriptions are ready on time every time. It's a thank less business and people will do review mostly when they are not happy. We need to remember that they are humans too!

The lady that works at the postal part is very rude and tries to make you feel stupid when trying to return products to places. I quickly let her know I’m aware of the numbers needed to return the items and read them off to her. Only for her to keep asking for the number for each box! Same number for six boxes. The lady was very annoyed huffing and puffing letting me know it was extra work the way I was sending things in their individual boxes! Sorry it’s what the company sent me for the return. I continued being polite but my blood was boiling because I’ve had this issue with her before a number of times. She makes sure to let you know they don’t supply tape, extra stickers, boxes, or even to offer you a pen. I came prepared this time knowing she would try to belittle me but I was prepared pen, tape and the items boxed nicely. She still tried to get one over but today I won:) Make sure you are prepared before standing in front of her because she will not help you in any extra way.

Pharmacy service is brutal. I ended up walking out. No one is willing to assist. Customer service has always been a huge thing, especially when needed in medical departments. They have none. Will drive the extra miles to somewhere else.

If I could give this pharmacy no stars, I would. I am a registered nurse and if I was working at the pharmacy, I would have the entire staff fired and the placed overhauled. I cannot believe the incompetency and absolute lack of customer service of the pharmacy staff. I would have to call in my prescriptions up to six times per month before the pharmacist and the staff would get them right. I would be late in starting meds and therefore be overdue to get them for the next month. I would be charged medications when they know that I never get charged so would have to wait and have all the medications deleted and then re-registered and this would happen several times within a year. I would have to explain to the pharmacist my dosing and brand of medication that I would need at times. Then, I was given the wrong person’s medication twice last year. When that started to happen, I started going to another pharmacy. I’m very surprised there hasn’t been any major problems or medical malpractice suits.
