So far very long wait time, the pharmacy staff didn’t know what to do do put me on hold and then hung up. All I want to do is get a refill which was complicate by changing pharmacy’s, still shoppers drug mart

This Shoppers Drug Mart has a lot to offer from cosmetics to baby needs, groceries, medical care and gifts. It's clean and well stocked. The prices are always more than Zehrs which is a bit bothersom considering they're both Loblaws companies. So, I mostly only buy from here when it's a good deal or I can't get it anywhere else.

Do not buy gift cards at this store been scammed and the store did nothing to deal with this.time to lock up your gift cards

Dispicable pharmacy, no time for their patience. They never have my precription in stock and have to go back multiple times. Recently tried to switch to a competent location near where I live- especially as my car is in the shop. But they never tell you they can’t transfer a remaining balance…. So they will leave you without your medication. Dealing with a serious medical issue now because of this incompetence.

The store is usually well stocked and is spacious overall. Having the Canada Post onsite is a bonus and likely half of the reasons for my trips here.

I can't comment on the pharmacy, as I've only used it on the odd occasion but had a pleasant experience with staff each time.

Parking lot it is oddly laid out, but not surprising given the running theme of them in Alliston.

Big thanks to the ladies in cosmetics Nov 16 day shift (Sorry, I didn't take your names.my bad, would prefer to make this more personal) Not only did they help me with my cosmetics purchases, they were extra helpful getting me in and out with the least amount of physical hassle/distance to walk, which I really, really appreciated. They were aware I was in some pain and made my life a little bit easier. Thank you again, Ladies!

I just live this place never had a bad experience sometimes I just go here to just walk around and enjoy looking at everything

The kind lady named Stella at cosmetics was superb. Not only was she very kind with dealing with my relatives antics, but she explained everything they wanted to know in an efficient manner while dispelling their confusion. Thank you Stella

Good store, everyone is nice but there is one girl who works there with red short hair and she was very rude and will give you attitude and say things that arnt true.very disgusting

Staff is fantastic, easy to maneuver around, very helpful and friendly, also easy to talk to staff and knowledgeable.

Had lots of great options to chose from and got really overwhelmed by the selection. Luckily Jennifer in the cosmetics section was there to help me with my new makeup routine! Thanks Jennifer!

This shoppers drug mart pharmacy is the worst customer experience i have ever encountered. Nothing is ever ready on time. Never on time. If using always call before you drive back. They never text or call as requested by us multiple times, and their rude about it. Their terrible at following up, their attitudes are miserable. They even make you wait to drop off a prescription when theirs no one there to drop off a prescription.

Im editing the star rating based on the actual store is nice and it's not fair of me to give 1 star based on the pharmacy that needs improvement. And I appreciate the polite reply and gives me hope this will be improved.

This is great Shoppers Drug Mart store. Large selection of products and well stocked. Always very clean and tidy. My only critique is that the customer service at the Pharmacy is not always the greatest (seems to be a common complaint).

This shoppers drug mart has the best service and I found out why yesterday. I went in xmas shopping and had no idea what to buy, but with the help of Sona, I managed to spend 300$ for my wife stocking. Sona was so happy to help and took her time with this old veteran, when Sona had a problem with my points card she called over the Asst Manager Tracy and she could not do enough to fix the problem, Tracy was so kind and did not make me feel I was a bother, in the end the problem could not be fixed because of a mix-up on my end but I still left the a very happy customer with two bags of xmas gift. THANKS SONA AND TRACY

I've lived in the GTA for years and I recently moved to Alliston. This shoppers is one of the best I've ever seen. I love going here to pick up my favourite goods. The pharmacy is especially amazing. The staff and pharmacists are very kind and have great customer service. They always help clear any confusion I have and I recommend others to come here for your pharmacy needs!

My favourite Shopper's and the manager is friendly and knowledgeable. I have always had good experiences here.

I have been coming to this shoppers outlet now for 6 years and I have never been disappointed with the service or the staff.

Always a long line and one person working. I also don’t want to use self checkout as I don’t work for or get paid by shoppers to check my own items out.

The ladies in the pharmacy are RUDE and lack customer service skills. I called to ensure they had received my doctors fax for my prescription, the lady that answered the phone was rude and sounded annoyed. On another occasion, I went into the pharmacy to fill my prescription and was treated rudely-I felt like I was inconveniencing her day.
I always smile and am polite but am always treated unkindly at this location.
Another instance, when picking up my prescription, Betty Anne said a wrong last name for my prescription and when I tried to confirm my correct name, she got snippy and rude with me - it was uncalled for!
I have filled prescriptions at other locations for many years and after filling a couple at this location, I will definitely NOT be returning. Very disappointed with their service and don’t appreciate how I was treated.
The pharmacist was the only polite and professional one there.
If you’re thinking of going here, don’t! Drive a little further and get treated with the respect you deserve.

Cosmetics department is horrendous! Pretty much told my wife it was time for correction not prevention. HA! I will be filing a formal complaint with the head office. Gina & Deb are from a decade or two ago and are not qualified to be giving advice anymore. Time for some younger blood! The only saving grace is my wife will go back into the store when Laura is working as shes at least friendly and doesn't over step.

Unbelievable.last time I’m going there.so unprofessional and the older lady in the pharmacy has been at it way way too long and it definitely shows when she talks to people. I will save her name. (maybe because I wasn’t in my suit today). So many better and places in Alliston and the sad thing is.shoppers can be a great store.people like this wreck and hurt the shoppers brand.

Went in to get my lorazepam prescription for the first time due to anxiety and panic, i was told i was going to be briefed on how to use it. There clearly was a private briefing room right beside the counter but the pharmacist instead decided it was appropriate to breif me infront of the whole line and store which included people i know in the community, she said ativan pretty loudly and didn’t even make an effort to keep my prescription private. It was very embarrassing to me and i am very embarrassed and upset that now all these people in my community know what medication im on and what medical issues i have! It was very embarrassing to me and the pharmacist had absolutely no respect for my privacy!

The alliston shoppers pharmacy is the worst. The people are very rude. Especially over the phone. I ran out of meds and they wouldn't even give me 2 pills till Monday when my doctor would be in. This is emergency and they dont even care. I thought the pharmacist was there to help with our health. My pharmacist at doctor's office is making a special trip from Barrie to open his door to get me my meds. I stopped dealing with shoppers because of the 2 hour wait for them to count 30 pills and put in a bottle. Not a single person before me but it's a 2 hour wait. The lady (I use this term loosely) I spoke to today is Connie and she needs to take a refresher course on people skills.
