The team members are incredibly friendly and helpful. The only drawback that might discourage me from returning is the absence of parking facilities.

I had been using a sample setting powder that my mom gave me and finished all of it, so I didn’t know what kind of product to look for because I’m pretty new to make-up. The cosmetics lady, Maggie, was super kind, patient, and knowledgeable; she listened to all my questions and took the time to explain what might influence my decision to buy different products! In the end, she found a setting powder that was right for me, which was also on saleXD, and gave me a some skincare samples since we had also talked about how I was struggling with my bad skin: < I’ll definitely come back to this Shoppers for skincare and makeup products!

I'm being generous by giving three stars. There was a mixup with my prescription, so I had to come back, no big deal. Told the pharmacist that it's no one's fault but it was inconvenient. She blatantly ignored me. Wouldn't give me change for the bus cause she said she didn't know how to open the till, sent me to the front till where I got told very rudely to go to the cosmetics desk, went there, was sent back to the front. No one wanted to help me.

For a centrally located location, this store carries the bare minimum or are out of stock fairly quickly.

There was an amazing human who assisted me with an impossible mission of “my BF smelt a perfume years ago… he doesn’t remember the name just what the bottle looked like”. The staff took the time and helped me find the right perfume, even though they didn’t sell it there. Bless. I wish I had gotten their name!

There's always been a bitter person who works there but since they put in self check-out the service there has gotten worse. I was at the downtown location yesterday and the lady told me to use self check-out. She was very bitter and not friendly at all. I told her I needed bus tickets and she got a nasty tone towards me cause she had to scan my stuff through. She didn't want to deal with customers. The customer service at this location is horrible and rude. I don't feel comfortable or welcome here. I think it's better to just stop selling bus tickets and take out the cash register and put self check-out entirely since the people working there don't want to help customers.

New management has taken a well run, efficient and staffed business and run it into the ground. If there were less than 1 star I would have chosen it. I forsee a mass exodus of many longtime customers from this pharmacy!

This is the most frustrating. Thank you Shoppers! We bought a gift card last Saturday as a birthday present to our friends, and as all cards it needed activation at checkout. I specifically reminded the cashier that the card needed activation. He said that it would be done automatically, and I trusted him. As a result our friend was not able to claim their gift by using this card - the balance was 0. I can only imagine how frustrated she must had felt. This is highly disappointing!

The employees here are nice and very helpful. The only problem I’ve run into is other customers in the store, was some are rude and not nice at all.

I come into this shoppers everyday to use their pharmacy and Katie in cosmetics and the blonde one follow me around like im going to steal. Im a brown women and there was a white woman in the cosmetics aisle that they completely ignored. I see them only doing this to colored women. Their racist. Plain amd simple.

Nice layout of the store great to have postal service, convenient to have self checkouts. Customer service is not the best, workers seem to care more about, restocking items them help with finding items for sales. Witnessed pharmacy staff yelling at customers in store, I consider that unprofessional and uncomfortable for others shopping in the store including myself!

Very helpful staff in the pharmacy, with a pharmacist as well to help as any technicians. Thanks for keeping yourselves accessible. It's sadly more of a novelty these days, but it's one that I really appreciate.

Some staff couldn't do their jobs to save their lives, but the other staff make up for it, overall they're decent.

Bad Service Day:

This happens from time to time in many places. It is a product of forcing service personnel to do too much.

I came to the check out with a woman waiting in front of me. The associate was on the phone. No indication was made to me or the woman ahead that she will be with us in a moment.

Associate appeared oblivious to us patiently waiting. Woman ahead is becoming more agitated. I finally placed my items on the counter and leave as no indication of forthcoming service would occur.

Staff need training to handle situations like this. Solutions:
- put down phone and attend immediate customers
- call for another service person
- acknowledge customers and give them a sign you will attend them shortly

Very busy on week days but not on weekends as most of business are closed on Saturday and sunday

Great sales on weekends, friendly staff, and well run. Why only a 3? A new owner took over a few months ago, and the service isn't what it was. Frequent lineups, prescriptions not filled when they said they would be, etc. Hopefully this can be ironed out.

Great location, friendly staff, competitive prices on items that are on sale.

Please start carrying produce! It will be my one-stop-shop.

Be st customer service, best pharmacist, great location. Presidents Choice products available in a beautiful store.

Made appt to pick ip script for migrains. Feel alseep and race there at 9: 55 to have the pharmacist tell me they were filled and it was pushed till tomorrow. I find this extremley rude and unprofessional. I count on my medication and when I run out and get a migrain my only choice is the hospital. Everytime I am in this store the line ups are ridiculous. It's time to go back to my old pharmacy where at least they treat me with respect. I am disgusted!

I've been here many times and the pharmacists are incredibly friendly and kind. Shoppers has all of your essentials and runs weekly flyers (to make up for the slightly inflated convenience prices). Only two things have ever bothered me about shopping here; being passed over by associates in favour of serving older customers in the beauty department, and the long lines at peak hours. The pros far outweigh the cons in my view.

Doesn't open at the posted hours and closes way too early like everything else downtown. Frequent long waits to check out.

I go primarily for the cosmetics and the girls that work in that department are always incredibly helpful
